Yaroslav Sovgyra is an Associate Managing Director in the Financial Institutions team, responsible for coverage of financial institutions in the CIS region. Yaroslav also coordinates a number of Emerging Market and ESG initiatives in the FIG franchise. Evan is a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer working on sovereign ratings focused on Northern and Eastern Europe as well as the CIS. His portfolio has included the UK, Switzerland, Iceland, Hungary, Serbia, the Baltics, Ukraine and Moldova. Evan joined Moody’s in 2015 after a varied career in the UK public and private sector. Prior to starting at Moody’s, he spent five and half years working as an economist at the Bank of England, where his last role was an economic adviser in the External Monetary Policy Committee unit.
He also worked as a financial economist in the Monetary Analysis division as well as in the bank resolution area working with other UK authorities to monitor and resolve financial institutions as part of the UK’s Resolution Regime. Before joining the Bank of England, he worked in corporate finance at KPMG focusing on debt advisory and mergers and acquisitions. He holds an MSc in Finance from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Spain as well as an MComm in Economics from the University of Cape Town in South Africa.

At the time of recording, Mr. Tchoukhlov was Acting Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer of Alfa-Bank (Russia).
Mr. Tchoukhlov joined Alfa-Bank (Russia) as Financial Officer in April 2013 and in August 2013 he has been appointed Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to that Mr. Tchoukhlov held various positions at Societe Generale Group and Rosbank. From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Tchoukhlov was Supervisor at General Inspection at Societe Generale Group. In October 2006 he was appointed Director of International Retail Network in Europe at Societe Generale Group, also being responsible for organization and management of integration of Rosbank and Societe Generale Group. Mr. Tchoukhlov joined Rosbank as Advisor to Chairman Executive Office in 2008 and in 2009 he was appointed Deputy Chairman and Member of the Executive Board at Rosbank responsible for Finance and Accounting functions. He was also in charge of the merger between BSGV and Rosbank.
Mr. Tchoukhlov graduated from St. Petersburg State University, Department of Philosophy, specializing in Political Science in 1997, and from Paris Institute of Political Studies, Economics and Finance Faculty in 1999.

С момента покупки Буйкомбанка (переименован в Совкомбанк) в 2001 году до сегодняшнего дня активы и капитал банка выросли в несколько тысяч раз, а сам банк вошел в топ-10 крупнейших банков по размеру активов и был включен в список системно значимых кредитных организаций.
Сергей Хотимский также является учредителем благотворительного фонда «Будущее сейчас». Фонд инициировал проект поддержки и социального попечения детей-сирот и семей, принимающих их на воспитание.
В 2018 году Сергей Хотимский вместе с братом Дмитрием получил премию «Банкир года» финансового портала «Банки.ру», в 2020 году был номинирован на премию «Бизнесмен года» в спецпроекте «Ведомостей».
Sergey Khotimskiy was born in 1978 in Moscow. He graduated from the Moscow International University in 1999, majoring in Law. He is currently on Sovcombank’s Supervisory Board and, as First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, directly involved in the running of the bank.
Since the acquisition of Buoykombank (later renamed Sovcombank) in 2001, the bank’s assets and equity have increased by a factor of several thousand, while Sovcombank made it into the top ten banks by assets and was included in the list of systemically important banks (SIBs).
Sergey Khotimskiy is also the founder of the Future Now charity. The organization set up a project to provide financial and social assistance for orphans and their adoptive parents.
Together with his brother Dmitry, Sergey Khotimskiy received the Banker of the Year Award from Banki.ru in 2018. He was nominated as Businessperson of the Year under a special project of Vedomosti in 2020.
Victoria Maisuradze is an Associate Managing Director for the Moscowbased CFG team. Victoria leads a team of analysts covering a portfolio of Russian and CIS issuers. Prior to her current position Victoria was Vice President-Senior Credit Officer and Lead Analyst for the Russian and CIS Oil & Gas portfolio. Victoria joined Moody’s in February 2007 after working for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for over 10 years, in London and in Moscow. At the EBRD, in the capacity of a Principal banker she was responsible for leading, structuring and execution of debt and equity transactions across a variety of general industry sectors in Russia. Prior to joining the EBRD, Victoria spent two years at the Banking division of Deloitte&Touche audit firm in Moscow. Victoria holds two Master degrees in Finance from the State Academy of Finance in Moscow and the London Business School.
Denis Perevezentsev is a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer at Moody’s Investors Service Ltd, Russian branch, based in Moscow. He is responsible for ratings of corporate issuers in the oil and gas sector in Russia and CIS.
Denis joined Moody’s in 2012 after working for KPMG for almost 9 years, in Moscow, specializing in the audit of industrial companies and since 2008 providing corporate finance advice (M&A) on domestic and cross-border transactions. Prior to joining KPMG, he worked for two years as an auditor at PWC in the oil and gas audit department. Denis holds Master degree from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation in Moscow, and is a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Olga Ulyanova is a Vice President-Senior Credit Officer at Moody’s Financial Institution Group. She is based in Moscow and is responsible for ratings of financial institutions in Russia and CIS. She acts as Moody’s lead analyst for Russian banking system, her portfolio comprises Russia’s largest and systemically important banks. She is also a backup analyst for a number of banks in CEE region and in Mongolia. Olga joined Moody’s in 2007, after 8 years spent with KPMG working latterly there as manager in the Risk Advisory Services department where she had been involved in a large number of financial risk management and strategic consulting projects for large local and global financial institutions operating in Russia, as well as for treasury departments of non-financial companies. Prior to KPMG, she had worked for 5 years in various positions for a large Russian bank. Olga holds Master degree from the Moscow State Academy of Management and is a UK-Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA).
