Christophe de Noaillat is a Managing Director in the Moody’s Structured Finance Group and is based in London. He is responsible for the monitoring of corporate asset-backed transactions in EMEA such as CLO’s and SME’s, as well as the new ratings and monitoring of commercial real estate securitisations (CMBS) in EMEA.  Prior to assuming this position, Christophe was responsible for the monitoring of consumer asset-backed transactions, such as ABS and RMBS. From 2000, when he joined Moody’s, to 2009, Christophe worked as an analyst and rated a wide range of transaction types in most European markets. During this period, he also focused on emerging markets and the impact of country risk on securitisation.  Before joining Moody’s, Christophe was focusing on Credit Risk Management within the consulting arm of KPMG.  Christophe holds a diploma in Aeronautical Engineering from Ecole de l’Air and graduated from Sciences Po in Paris with a post-master’s qualification in finance and capital markets.

Kruti Muni heads the U.S. Consumer Assets Securitization surveillance team at Moody’s. This team is responsible for surveillance of all consumer-focused asset classes in the U.S including consumer ABS and RMBS.Prior to her current role, Kruti had managed multiple credit ratings teams at Moody’s including those responsible for analyzing securitizations backed by the U.S. credit cards, consumer loans, student loans, auto loans & leases, RMBS, covered bonds,Single Family Rentals, among others. She also led the U.S., Originator Assessments and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) RMBS teams.Kruti has published and spoken extensively on Moody’s behalf and serves as an editorial board member for two related monthly newsletters, ABS Spotlight and ResiLandscape. She has also been actively involved in developing and updating Moody’s structured finance methodologies in various sectors and jurisdictions.Kruti holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Rochester (William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration) in theU.S.A.

Frank Medrisch, CFA, currently serves as a VP - Senior Analyst within Moody’s Ratings Sustainable Finance Group, based in London. His expertise lies in analyzing the credit implications of the energy transition across various sectors, with a particular focus on corporate net zero strategies, climate governance, carbon transition public policies, and emerging low carbon technologies. Frank's contributions have been instrumental in the creation of Moody’s Carbon Transition Indicators (CTI).Furthermore, he co-authored Moody’s framework for Net Zero Assessments(NZAs) in 2023, marking a significant milestone in his career. From 2024 onwards, Frank has been a lead analyst assessing corporate transition plans under the NZA framework. His role also extends to participating, presenting, and moderating at Moody’s events and webinars. He is also frequently involved in external outreach meetings and working groups. 

Prior to his tenure at Moody’s, which began in 2015, Frank gained valuable experience in corporate finance credit ratings and equity/fixed income research in Latin America. Frank is a CFA charter holder and has also earned the CFA Certificate in Climate and Investing, demonstrating his commitment to understanding the intersection of finance and climate change. His academic background includes a Master’s degree in Finance and a BA in Economics from UTDT, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Antonio is a Vice President, Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Structured Finance team in Madrid. Antonio’s responsibilities include the surveillance of EMEA RMBS and ABS, most particularly focusing on Spanish, Italian and South African jurisdictions. 

He has 15 years’ experience in credit rating analysis of European and South African ABS and RMBS, with special emphasis on securitization research. During his tenure at Moody’s, he has covered different asset classes (RMBS, SME ABS, Auto&Consumer ABS and NPLs) and jurisdictions across Europe. 

Antonio Tena joined Moody’s Investors Service in Madrid in 2005. Prior to joining Moody’s, Mr Tena worked as an Infrastructure Project Manager for a Spanish consultancy firm. Mr Tena holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a BA in Political Sciences

Inga is a Vice President, Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Structured Finance team in New York. Inga’s responsibilities include methodology development, research and the monitoring of commercial and esoteric ABS transactions, covering various sectors including aircraft, equipment, and tobacco settlements, among others.

She has 20 years’ experience in credit rating analysis globally, including ABS and RMBS. Mrs. Smolyar holds a MBA from the University of Oxford, Said Business School, a JD from Brooklyn Law School, and a BA in Economics from New York University.

Annabel Schaafsma is a Managing Director and Global Head of the Structured Finance Group within Ratings and Research. She is responsible for a global team that both assign primary ratings as well as the surveillance of existing ratings covering all asset types including Asset Backed Securities, Corporate and Residential Mortgage Backed Securities, Structured Credit and Covered Bonds.

Annabel has many years of experience in credit analysis, as well as managing credit professionals. Annabel first joined Moody’s in 2001 in the Structured Finance Group where she went onto leading teams assigning Primary ratings to Residential Mortgage Backed securities and the surveillance of Consumer Asset Backed Securities in EMEA. Prior to her current role she worked in Credit Strategy and Standards Group responsible for the Methodology Development Group. Prior to joining Moody’s Annabel worked for Credit Suisse in the Credit Risk Management department in various roles in London and New York. In 2006 Annabel joined Standard Chartered Bank as Head of Credit Research for the Structured Credit Investment team that invested in structured finance instruments. Before re-joining Moody’s in 2010, Annabel was head of Traded Credit Risk Management for Standard Chartered Bank in London responsible for the identification and analysis of credit risks within the firm’s trading business.
