Single-Family and Multifamily Market Trends and Expectations
A discussion on some of the key data, trends, and dynamics in the home and apartment markets and how much cooling off should be expected after unprecedented periods of strength in both, as well as where the most weakening or continued strength may be found.
What trends for housing and housing finance businesses suggest about what’s next?
We take a look at some of the most exposed sectors with our rating analysts, with a focus on the fallout from weakening affordability for home buyers, urban-to-suburban population movement, higher borrowing costs, and a decade of subdued building.
