closeJason Wong serves as Head of Business Development for Moody’s ESG North Asia Ex. Japan. Previously, he led sales efforts for IHS Markit’s pricing and valuation services; an awarding set of services providing independent pricing and data to help financial institutions manage risk and operations effectively. He started his career in sales with Bloomberg, a global new, data and analytics provider. Jason holds a Master’s in Law (LLM) from University of Greenwich, UK and a degree in history from University of Toronto, Canada.
Juliette Macresy is Senior Director, Head of Asia sales at Moody’s ESG Solutions. She worked at VE since 1997 based in Hong Kong. As the Head of Greater China and South East Asian markets, she covered the region for both investors and issuers on sustainable finance transactions and its derivatives. In September 2020 she became a member of the Executive Committee of VE and took the global responsibility of the issuer team expanding MESG footprint in the sustainable finance markets in key regions North America, LATAM, EMEA and APAC.
In 2021, Juliette has won the award for ‘Excellence in Sustainability’ at Women in Finance Asia Awards. The ceremony’s judging panel recognized Juliette as a driving force for the APAC region’s sustainability agenda, commending her work in bringing greater transparency to green, social and sustainability bond markets and advancing diversity in the financial services sector.
Holding a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Dauphine University (France), Juliette has been working in financial markets in London and Paris for almost twenty years. She started her career in major French banks as a credit analyst before joining Moody’s Investors Services in London as a credit analyst. Then, she moved to fixed income positions within Natixis in Paris and Hong Kong.
Juliette is a CFA charter holder since 2003.
Jenny is the Under Secretary General for Hong Kong Green Finance Association (HKGFA), primarily responsible for driving green and sustainable finance initiatives across its eight working groups and contributing to the Centre for Green and Sustainable Finance capacity building and data analytics workstreams. Jenny has over two decades of experience in global investment banking, primarily in equity derivatives, prime brokerage sales, equity financing and new business development at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and JPMorgan, and has lived in London, New York, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
Jenny left a career in banking to pursue her desire to make a positive impact, shifting the focus of her business and finance experience into sustainability. She co-founded Development Finance Asia, is certified in CFA ESG Investing and in her last corporate role, worked as a client relationship manager for Mercer’s multinational clients, helping them navigate the employee experience during the pandemic.
Liza is Head of Responsible Investment at Prudential. She is accountable for the responsible investment strategy for all markets in which Prudential operates across Asia and Africa. This includes setting ambitious responsible investment targets with special attention for the challenges in emerging markets and the trade-off between responsible investment initiatives and the risk/return profile of the portfolio. Before joining Prudential, she was an investment strategist at PGGM, where she focused on responsible investment and strategic asset allocation. Liza is a CFA Charterholder and obtained her masters in International Economics cum laude.

Mr. Frank TSUI is a senior member of the Value Partners Research and Portfolio Management Team. He is responsible for the Group’s investment process and strategies, as well as investment team’s communications. He has about 20 years of financial industry experience.
As the Head of ESG Investment and the Chairperson of ESG Committee, Mr. TSUI is responsible for leading the Group’s environmental, social and governance policy, as well as integrating ESG factors into the investment process.
Mr. TSUI joined Value Partners in September 2015 as a Fund Manager, and was promoted to Senior Fund Manager in 2019. Being the key member to establish the Group’s Responsible Investing policy since 2017, he was appointed as the Head of ESG Investment in November 2020.
Prior to joining Value Partners, Mr. TSUI was a Director at UBS Wealth Management responsible for portfolio management for ultra-high-net-worth investors. Before joining UBS, he was a Vice President with Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management where he was responsible for managed products and equities advisory for North Asia business. Earlier, he was Head of Investment Centre, Direct Business at J.P. Morgan Asset Management.
Mr. TSUI graduated from the Max M. Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University in the United States, with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics.
Yiwen He is Associate Director, Solutions Specialist – Asia Pacific – for Moody's, based in Hong Kong.
In her current role, Yiwen is responsible for helping customers navigating through complex needs of physical and transition risk solutions. She has been engaging closely with local regulators, stock exchanges, industry bodies in North Asia, ASEAN and Oceania countries across banking, asset managers, insurance sectors and corporates. She has also been involved in trainings to regulators, sovereign funds and multi-national banks to upskill the teams. She is actively responding to sustainable initiatives such as ISSB, TNFD, PRI, ASIFMA etc. to bring market insights and address customers' needs.
Before her current role at Moody's, Yiwen worked in the financial data service industry for 12 years, across APAC and EMEA, led an analyst team of 50 people, especially focusing on integrating data from 30+ global data vendors and providing customized data management service to financial institutions.
Elizabeth has over 6 years of experience in sustainability rating, sustainable supply chain management, and sustainable financing. Her role is to drive the ESG implementation and improvement for the enterprise clients in Greater China area. She is passionate in enabling businesses to maximize their contribution to a sustainable future in a progressing way and to fast-track climate action through the adoption of a strategic perspective on ESG and climate impact and she holds strong confidence in this market.
