Annalisa Di Chiara Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance Moody’s Ratings

Annalisa Di Chiara is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Based in Hong Kong, Annalisa covers a portfolio of telecommunications, media and beverage companies throughout South and South East Asia. Annalisa is also a lead coordinator for Moody’s high-yield research and outreach initiatives for the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to joining Moody’s, Annalisa worked for UBS in credit related roles across debt capital markets and leveraged finance. She spent a significant portion of her career as a senior ratings advisor covering corporates across a variety of industries throughout the US, Asia and Europe. Annalisa has also worked for Credit Suisse and the Bank of New York as a Ratings Advisor and a Corporate Finance Banker. She has worked in Hong Kong for over 13 years.

Annalisa holds a double major from Brown University in Business Economics and English & American Literature.

Marcos Schmidt Associate Managing Director, Corporate Finance Moody's Investors Service

Marcos Schmidt is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group in São Paulo, Brazil, leading the credit analysis and rating process for a diversified portfolio of media & telecommunication, airlines, and building materials companies in South America. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2014, Marcos worked at Morgan Stanley, Citibank and Deutsche Bank. Marcos received his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Escola de Engenharia Maua in Brazil. He also holds an MBA from FIA - Fundacao Instituto de Administracao.

Richard Etheridge Associate Managing Director, Corporate Finance Group Moody's Ratings

Richard Etheridge is an Associate Managing Director in the EMEA Corporate Finance Group based in London, leading a team of analysts in the high yield and leveraged finance franchise covering a diverse portfolio of industries.

Prior to Moody’s in 2014, Richard had spent the last 18 years in the leverage finance market. He was most recently a senior credit analyst at Pramerica Investment Management, focusing on European high yield bonds and leveraged loans. Previously Richard was a senior portfolio manager in the leveraged loan group at Aladdin Capital, where he managed a team of credit analysts and operations professionals. Prior to Aladdin, Richard was a director and head of warehousing and credit analysis for European leveraged loans at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. He started his banking career at Natwest Bank. His early career was in the Royal Navy. Richard has a Physics degree from Imperial College of Science and Technology in London, an MBA from Henley Management College, and is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Christina Padgett Associate Managing Director, Head of Leveraged Finance Research and Analytics Moody's Ratings

Christina Padgett leads the Leveraged Finance Research and Analytics Team and Private Credit Research. Her remit includes facilitating in-depth, cross-disciplinary research on credit trends in the US leveraged finance, US private equity and global private markets. Ms. Padgett brings multi-cycle expertise in the credit markets to her role, which is informed by frequent meetings with issuers, investors, regulators, alternative asset managers, and bankers. She presents often at industry conferences and is regularly quoted in the financial media.

Before joining Moody’s, Ms. Padgett was an M&A investment banker at JPMorgan Chase. At the bank, she also worked in Europe Corporate Finance and Credit Audit following the completion of the bank’s credit training program.

Ms. Padgett received a M.A. in International Political Economy from Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs, and a B.A. in History from William Smith College.

Egor Nikishin, CFA Assistant Vice President - Analyst, Corporate Finance Group Moody's Investors Service

Egor Nikishin is a lead analyst in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group, based in London. Egor joined Moody’s in 2013 and is currently responsible for a diversified portfolio of EMEA high-yield issuers, which includes food and leisure companies. His previous coverage also includes real estate, shipping and airlines.

Prior to joining Moody’s, he worked as a supervisor for EY (audit of financial institutions). His previous experience also includes several internships in the banking industry in Russia. Egor graduated from Finance University, Moscow and is also a CFA charter holder.
