closeToby Shea is a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer in the Moody’s Global Project & Infrastructure Finance Group. He is responsible for a portfolio of electric and gas utilities.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Toby worked for more than 15 years in the field of credit risk relating to energy and commodities, including Senior Credit Manager at Noble Group, Head of Credit and Portfolio Analytics at RBS Sempra and Director at Standard & Poor’s.
Toby graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and M.A. in International Relations from Tufts University’s Fletcher School.
Michael Haggarty is the Associate Managing Director in the Infrastructure Finance Group. He manages a team of analysts covering regulated utilities and unregulated power companies in the US and Canada.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Mike was a Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at Credit Agricole Indosuez, responsible for the Bank’s marketing and credit activities to investor-owned and municipal utilities nationwide.
Previously, Mike held a variety of positions in commercial banking with The Yasuda Trust and Banking Company, Citicorp North America, and Irving Trust Company, covering companies in the energy and municipal finance sectors.
Mike holds a B.S. in foreign service from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Jeffrey Cassella is a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Global Infrastructure Finance Group, joining the Utilities team at the beginning of 2013. He Is responsible for a portfolio consisting of electric and gas utilities. Prior to joining the Utilities Group, Jeff worked in the Corporate Finance Group’s Credit Policy department as well as the Technology, Media and Telecommunications team covering transaction processors and other IT services companies. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2006, Jeff was a manager in PriceWaterhouseCooperstrans action services group. In that capacity he managed multidisciplinary teams that conducted financial due diligence on mergers & acquisitions and financial statement analysis for clients across a number of different industry sectors. Jeff holds a B.S. in Accounting from The College of New Jersey and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant.
Nana Hamilton is a Vice President – Senior Analyst in Moody’s Global Project &Infrastructure Finance Group. She is responsible for a portfolio of US-based regulated electric and gas utilities. Prior to joining Moody’s in August 2017, Nana was a Vice President in the Power &Utilities investment banking group at J.P. Morgan where she provided financial and advisory services to electric and natural gas distribution companies. Nana holds an M.B.A from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Mount Holyoke College.
Jairo Chung is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Global Infrastructure Finance Group, joining the Utilities team in August 2013. She is responsible for a portfolio consisting of electric and gas utilities. Prior to joining Moody’s, Ms. Chung was an equity research analyst covering utilities and power sector for several years. She began her career at Public Service Enterprise Group, a utility holding company located in New Jersey. Ms. Chung holds a B.S. in International Business from The College of New Jersey and an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Natividad (Nati) Martel serves as a Vice President – Senior Analyst in the Global Infrastructure Finance Group. She currently is responsible for a portfolio consisting of utilities as well as wholesale power generators in Latin America and the U.S. Nati joined Moody’s in 2004.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Nati worked for five years as a credit analyst in the Project Finance/Corporate Finance area at Landesbank HessenThuringen, in Frankfurt, Germany.
Nati was awarded a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in business with a concentration in finance by the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain. She was also awarded an advanced degree in banking studies by the Business School of Finance and Management in Frankfurt. She received her CFA designation in 2008.
Ryan Wobbrock is a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer in the Global Infrastructure Finance Group at Moody’s Investors Service. His responsibilities include conducting industry research and supporting the credit analysis of various U.S. electric utility companies. Prior to joining the Utilities Group as a Senior Associate in December 2004, Ryan worked at Moody’s in the Public Finance Group and spent time in Investment Accounting at Ambac Financial Group. Ryan graduated as an Honors Program Participant and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Colorado State University.
Gavin MacFarlane is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Global Project and Infrastructure Finance Group where he covers a diverse portfolio of pipelines, regulated gas and electric utilities and power companies. Some of the more topical names in the portfolio include Enbridge, TransCanada Pipelines and TransAlta. Gavin joined the Moody’s team in September of 2013.
Prior to joining Moody’s Gavin was an Associate Director at Standard and Poor’s in Toronto where he was the primary analyst on companies in the Canadian pipeline, utilities and power sectors.
Gavin holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Queen’s University.
Yulia Rakityanskaya is an AVP - Analyst in Moody’s Global Project & Infrastructure Finance Group based in Toronto. She is responsible for a portfolio of regulated electric and gas utilities and interstate natural gas pipelines in Canada, and the U.S. Yulia joined Moody’s as an Associate Analyst in the Corporate Finance Group in 2013.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Yulia was an audit supervisor at KPMG where she managed teams that conducted audit for clients across telecommunication and mining industries. Yulia holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Finance University, Moscow.
Jillian Cardona is an Analyst in Moody’s Global Infrastructure Finance Group. She covers a portfolio of US regulated electric and gas utilities, interstate natural gas pipelines and yieldcos. She conducts industry research and leads complex credit analysis for maintaining and formulating rating opinions. Jillian joined Moody’s in 2016 on the Infrastructure Finance ratings team as an Associate Analyst, supporting coverage of a diverse portfolio of North American regulated utilities, natural gas pipelines and independent power producers. Jillian studied at Barnard College of Columbia University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History. She is currently a CFA Level III candidate. At Moody’s, Jillian participates in several Moody’s Foundation Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and is an active volunteer in the Woman’s Business Resource Group.
