Tina Maria Eloian is an accomplished Real Estate Broker with over 25+ years of experience specializing in Commercial and land real estate and has maintained a consistent top producer throughout the Tampa Bay Area. Tina earned her CCIM designation in 2010 and is a very active member in the state and national chapters of the CCIM Institute. Michael Hinton is a seasoned real estate advisor with over 22+ years of experience in CRE in the South Florida markets, now serving as a Senior Associate, Investment Sales at APEX Capital Realty. Michael achieved the CCIM designation in 2018 and has been involved with the institute’s leadership across the local and national levels. Most recently, Michael was elected the 2022 Commercial President of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS representing 53,000 residential, commercial and international real estate professionals.
Joe Pelayo has been a top producer in leasing and selling industrial, office, and commercial properties in Florida for more than 38 years. He has worked as a consultant for international customers, pension funds, and private and government investors in Europe, Latin America, and the United States. Currently, he serves as CEO and broker of Total Real Estate Consultants Inc. Joe holds CCIM and SIOR designations and is a member of NAR, NAIOP, BOMA, CIPS, and ICSC.
