Eugene Grinberg is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SOLVE. He spent more than 20 years developing enterprise financial technology solutions, with specific expertise at structuring, modeling, and assessing relative value opportunities of complex and illiquid fixed income securities.
Prior to co-founding SOLVE, Eugene held executive positions at Houlihan Lokey (Red Pine Advisors), Duff & Phelps, and ACA Capital.
Eugene earned his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Cooper Union and is a CFA Charterholder.
William heads the US CLO Customer Success team at Moody’s Analytics where he oversees end-to-end market solutions for participants in the structured space. He has over ten years of experience working with some of the largest banks and asset management firms to provide valuations and analytical solutions for structured finance products. In his current role, he focuses on advanced data analytics and workflow enhancements leveraging the latest technology stack.
Prior to this role, William performed stress testing for Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Dodd-Frank Act Stress Tests (DFAST) submissions for various banks. He also has a background in assessing and providing estimated market values for CLOs and CDOs.
William has a bachelor’s degree with university honors from Carnegie Mellon University.
Arthur Krivoruk is an Assistant Director – Senior Financial Engineer on the US CLO Customer Success team at Moody’s Analytics. He began his career as a CLO analyst for DBRS and DBRS Morningstar, where he spent modelled and rated CLO transactions. In his 2.5 years at Moody’s Analytics, he has worked on the US CLO team, where he where he mainly focuses on supporting & building customer relationships and supporting various platforms such as the Structured Finance Portal.
Arthur has a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative Finance and a Master’s Degree in Business Intelligence & Analytics from Stevens Institute of Technology.
