Keeran is Vice President responsible for ESG Outreach and Research at Moody’s Analytics. In this capacity he is responsible for delivering impactful and content focused initiatives to meet the growing needs of investors, issuers and other key ESG market stakeholders. Keeran regularly represents Moody’s in ESG industry body working groups, webinars and workshops. Before his current role, Keeran worked as an Executive Director at the Vigeo-Eiris rating agency overseeing its institutional relations, strategic marketing and communications operations. Keeran and holds an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from the University of Manchester and an MA in International Security from the University of Sussex.
Richard Gardiner joined WBA as EU Public Policy Lead in May 2022. He supports the WBA team by tracking and monitoring the relevant policy developments with regard to sustainability matters in the EU. In particular he looks at legislation on corporate accountability and furthering corporate transparency. Richard has more than 10 years’ experience working on EU legislation and has experience interacting with the European Commission, Council and Parliament.
He has previously worked for European stock exchanges where he focused on market transparency and integrity. He then joined Global Witness where he led their campaign for binding rules on supply chain due diligence for multinational enterprises. He is an Irish national based in Brussels.
Lisa Codo is a Senior VP, ESG Product Strategy lead in Moody’s Analytics. Lisa is responsible for product strategy and development of ESG and climate solutions to meet the growing demand of clients. By embedding ESG data, sores, incidents and solutions into analytics, research and workflow solutions across the domains of lending, underwriting, investing and supply chain management, clients can gain a clear understanding of the inherent risks and opportunities they face.
A seasoned professional in product management and strategy, Lisa is focused on driving innovation across ESG solutions to help market participants to incorporate best-in-class data and analytical tools and ease responses to emerging regulatory requirements within the ESG domain.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Lisa spent almost two decades at Bloomberg L.P. Most recently, she was European Head of Product Management – responsible for the creation and enhancement of execution strategies and workflow solutions for equity and derivatives trading for institutional clients.

Enrico Aresu is a Compliance Industry Practice Lead for DACH & BeNeLux at Moody’s.
Enrico started his career in renewable energy. It is within this sector that he started his entrepreneurial journey, successfully co-founding two businesses, both of which are still going strong.
Transitioning to consulting, he became a trusted advisor to major organizations, guiding them through compliance and AFC technology transformations.
Enrico's passion lies in pioneering new technologies to combat money laundering, fraud, and sanction violations.
Armed with an MBA and a Master of Engineering, he brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit and technical expertise to the forefront of regulatory compliance.
Onur Durmus has 20 years’ experience in engineering and consulting, with particular expertise in, ESG Disclosures, Operationalizing Sustainability, EU Taxonomy, Energy Efficiency, Sustainability Advocacy, and Product Environmental Performance. Onur is trained as a mechanical engineer and has a master’s in energy conversion and management. He has worked in Belgium, Germany, Turkey, and the United States for leading industrial companies and consultancies in regional and global roles.
Onur Durmus has an extensive experience in managing ESG Advisory for corporations, banks, and private equity. His industrial experience covers sectors such as automotive, biomaterials, warehouses, chemicals, food and beverage, forest and agricultural industries, iron and steel, home appliances, maritime, metal working industry, mining, railways, real estate, packaging, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, testing institutes, tourism, and recycling and waste management.
