Ms. Walsh is Chief Investment Officer for Guggenheim Partners Investment Management where she is responsible for meeting the investment needs of the firm’s fixed-income clients, including insurance companies, corporate and public pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments and foundations, consultants, wealth managers, and high-net-worth investors. In her role she oversees all elements of portfolio design, strategy, sector allocation, and risk management of fixed-income portfolios, as well as conveying Guggenheim’s macroeconomic outlook to portfolio managers and fixed-income sector specialists. She also serves as head of the Portfolio Construction Group and Portfolio Management teams. Ms. Walsh is also a Managing Partner of Guggenheim Partners.
Ms. Walsh has over 35 years of experience in investment management, and her specialization in liability-driven portfolio management derives from her deep background in insurance asset management. Before joining Guggenheim in 2007 she served as chief investment officer at Reinsurance Group of America, and as vice president and senior investment consultant at Zurich Scudder Investments. Ms. Walsh also served in senior investment roles at Lincoln Investment Management and American Bankers Insurance Group. Ms. Walsh holds a BSBA and MBA from Auburn University and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law. She has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Mr. Robinson is an Associate Managing Director in the Life Insurance Group at Moody’s Ratings. He is responsible for managing analysts who cover a broad array of life and health insurance companies. Prior to joining Moody’s in 1999, Mr. Robinson worked in the Investment Policy and Strategy Group of the Trust Company of the West. Previously he had been with AXA Financial. Mr. Robinson holds a degree in economics from Duke University and a Masters Degree in Actuarial Science from Georgia State University. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a CFA charterholder.
Aniket Deshpande is a Senior Credit Officer and Manager for the US Structured Credit team, which covers over 1300 US CLOs. In his current role at Moody’s, Aniket has extensively contributed to multiple thematic CLO research and newsletters, many of which have been featured by top-tier media outlets. He also speaks frequently on Moody’s behalf at industry events and serves as chair for CLO rating committees. In his previous role at Moody’s, Aniket has served as lead rating analyst for securitizations backed by multiple asset types.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2010, Aniket held positions as an investment analyst at Dynamic Credit Partners, LLC., a fund manager investing in a wide range of CLO and structured finance securities, and as a trader for government-issued bonds at a boutique investment bank in Mumbai, India.
Aniket holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College. He also holds master’s and bachelor’s degree from the University of Mumbai, India. Aniket is also a CFA charter holder.
Keith Banhazl is a Managing Director and Head of Commercial Real Estate Finance for Americas within the Structured Finance Group and leads the team responsible for CMBS & CRE CLO new ratings and surveillance at Moody’s Investors Service. The team is responsible for reviewing Conduit/Fusion, Large Loan/Single Borrower, Agency CMBS, Credit Tenant Lease, Small Balance Commercial, CRE CLO, CRE CDO and other structured products at Moody’s Investors Service. He is also Moody’s Global Structured Finance Outreach Coordinator. He has been involved in various research initiatives and outreach activities related to the CRE securitization space, publishing and speaking on Moody’s behalf. Prior to being appointed to his current position, Mr. Banhazl was a Managing Director within the Structured Finance Group leading the US CMBS and CRE CLO/CDO Surveillance team and the review of primary US CRE CLO/CDO transactions, including the credit assessment team for commercial real estate assets within CRE CDO’s and CLO’s as well as Structured Credit transactions. Previously at Moody’s, he rated various fixed and floating-rate Conduit/Fusion and Large Loan CMBS transactions. Mark Wasden is a Senior Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group. Based in New York, Mark oversees the ratings of a portfolio of US commercial finance companies, including commercial aircraft leasing companies, business development companies (BDCs), non bank commercial real estate lenders, and equipment leasing companies.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2004, Mark was a director in Bank One’s large corporate banking division in Chicago, where he covered finance companies as a senior underwriter. During his 15-year career in commercial banking, Mark held positions in relationship management, credit management, and professional development.
Mark holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan anda Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brigham Young University
Sarah Hibler is an Associate Managing Director in the Property and Casualty Group at Moody’s Investors Service. She is responsible for managing analysts who cover a broad array of P&C insurers, reinsurers and insurance brokers. Prior to joining Moody’s in 1997, Ms. Hibler was a senior manager in the mergers & acquisitions practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP in New York City. At Deloitte & Touche, she also worked for a number of years in both the New York and London offices providing auditing and consulting services to insurance companies.
Ms. Hibler holds a degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Becky Leeper is a Senior Director Strategy & Innovation for Climate at Moody’s, working with insurance and financial services organizations on deploying catastrophe models to understand climate and climate change risk. At Moody's RMS she leads client and partnership work to maximize opportunities for our climate models and data. This includes promoting the use of Moody’s RMS models, analytics, and data across a variety of climate use cases within banking, CRE, investment management, corporates, and governments. By clearly understanding the impact from climate change, these organizations can report, manage, and respond when a large event such as a flood, wildfire, earthquake, or hurricane happens.
Prior to RMS, Becky spent more than a decade partnering with financial firms in the use of models for valuation and risk management within fixed income. Becky holds a BS in computer science from Duke University.
James has lead coverage responsibility for a portfolio of U.S. and Bermuda-based insurance and reinsurance companies. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2001, James was an Associate Director at Aon Capital Markets where he was involved in the structuring and placement of catastrophe bonds, alternative risk transfer programs and contingent event capital for corporate and insurance company clients. Before to joining Aon Capital Markets, James was as an independent floor trader at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and a corporate legal assistant in the Asset Securitization Group at the law firm of Hunton & Williams. James received an A.B. in History magna cum laude from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Mike joined Moody’s in September 2017 and is currently responsible for covering the property & casualty insurance sector, including personal and commercial insurers, reinsurers, brokers and title insurers. He brings to this role a wide range of experience in the equity and credit markets, having worked as a sell-side and buy-side equity analyst covering financials, especially insurance, as well as a credit analyst. Prior to joining Moody’s, Mike was co-head of research of a start-up research operation for UBS Wealth Management and also covered the financial sector. Before joining the buy-side, Mike was an equity analyst, primarily covering the property & casualty sector, at Sandler O’Neill + Partners, ABN Amro, and Hoefer & Arnett, now part of Raymond James. Before receiving his graduate degree, Mike worked as a financial analyst at the Industrial Bank of Japan and the Banc of California. Mike received his MBA with an emphasis in Investments and International Finance from the University of Notre Dame, and a BS with a focus in Finance from theUniversity of Southern California. Mike is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts and the CFA Institute.
CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Peter is a regional manager in the Northeast Zone for Marsh’s US Cyber Practice and serves as an advisor for large commercial clients across the country. Based in Marsh’s New York office, Peter is currently responsible for the execution of the firm’s cyber strategy within the Northeast Zone while also identifying and brokering complex risk transfer solutions to help clients address professional liability and cyber exposures.

Prior to joining the E&O/Cyber Center of Excellence in 2018, Peter was an associate in Marsh’s TRAC program where he spend two years rotating from Marsh’s Property Practice to Marsh’s Excess Casualty Group. Jack has 26 years of experience consulting, building, and leading technology and risk management programs for Fortune 100 organizations. As VP, Head of Cyber Risk Methodology for Bitsight, Jack has overall responsibility for the systemic development and application of frameworks, algorithms, and quantitative and qualitative methods to measure cyber risk. He is also the co-author of the foundational book on cyber risk quantification (CRQ), which was inducted into the Cybersecurity Canon in 2016. Jack was awarded a Ph.D. in Information Systems after his research in disaster informatics and cyber resilience at Nova Southeastern University. He holds multiple security and risk certifications and was named Fellow of several security organizations. Jack also serves on the board of the ISSA Education Foundation.
Manoj Jethani is a Vice President – Senior Analyst in the US life insurance team within the financial institutions group at Moody’s Investor Service where he has lead analyst responsibility for a portfolio of US life insurers. Manoj is also a speaker at internal and external conferences and investor events on insurance related topics and maintains ongoing dialogue with investors, media, intermediaries, and rated insurance companies. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2006, he worked as an actuary at a private actuarial consulting firm in Stamford, CT and as a credit analyst at Mashreq Bank in Dubai, UAE where he was responsible for the monitoring and reporting of the bank’s retail product portfolio, which included credit cards, auto loans and personal loans.
Manoj holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of Connecticut and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Accounting and Corporate Finance at New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Michael is a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer in the Financial Institutions Group of Moody’s Investors Service. He is responsible for a portfolio of U.S. life insurance companies and has more than 20 years of life insurance experience. Prior to joining Moody’s, Michael worked as an actuary in KPMG’s Financial Risk Management group.
Shachar is responsible for the credit analysis and rating of a portfolio of US life insurance companies as well as structured insurance transactions. Previously, he was a member of Moody’s Structured Finance team evaluating and rating RMBS transactions as well as conducting financial and market analysis.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2003, Shachar worked as an Associate at JPMorgan in the Technology Investment Banking Group, and also served in accounting and consulting roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Shachar holds a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University and an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business. Shachar is a CFA charterholder and a CPA.
Bob is a Vice President- Senior Credit Officer on the Financial Institutions Group of Moody's Investors Service. He is responsible for a portfolio of U.S. ratings within the Life Insurance Group.
Prior to joining Moody's in 2016, Bob worked for over ten years at Swiss Re where he held various roles including Senior Vice President and Head of Business Development for Swiss Re Life & Health North America. In addition, he served as a Vice President, Head of Origination in Admin Re US covering the US and Canadian markets.
Bob also worked for AM Best as a Managing Senior Financial Analyst, where he rated emerging and complex financial institutions and provided credit analysis coverage on life insurance-based financial services organizations and retirement savings companies. In addition, Bob worked at Mutual of New York in various roles including Corporate Actuarial and Reinsurance
Bob has an MBA Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in Economics from the University of South Florida. Bob also has the Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation from LOMA.
Wally is a Vice President - Group Credit Officer in Moody’s Financial Institutions Group. As Group Credit Officer since 2014, Wally has responsibility for monitoring ratings quality as well as assisting in the development and implementation of rating methodologies and practices for insurance groups globally.
Before becoming Group Credit Officer, Wally was a member of Moody’s Accounting Specialist group, providing technical accounting support to the Life, Property and Casualty, and Specialty Insurance teams and publishing research on complex financial reporting topics.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2007, Wally was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young, LLP’s Transaction Advisory Services group, where he consulted and performed due diligence on mergers and acquisitions involving insurance companies. Wally had also worked for the General Reinsurance Corporation, in financial reporting and investment accounting.
He holds a BS degree in Accounting from Fairfield University and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Wally is a CFA charterholder, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
Robert Colangelo is Vice President for the North America Financial Institutions Group. Based in Toronto, he is a lead credit analyst for the largest Canadian banks and insurance companies and publishes related research on these institutions as well as the banking and insurance sectors.
Rob joined Moody’s in June 2021. Before joining Moody’s, Rob worked at another credit rating agency based in Toronto where he was a lead analyst on the large Canadian banks and various credit unions and other financial institutions in Canada. Rob also held a wide range of senior level positions in Finance at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), including roles in External Reporting, Investor Relations and performance management reporting and forecasting. Rob holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CA).
Vincent Del Gatto is an Associate Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group of Moody’s Investors Service. He is responsible for assisting in the ratings, surveillance, and research coverage of a portfolio of life insurance companies within the Life & Health Insurance team.
Previously, Vincent worked in Moody’s Public Finance Group as a Lead Financial Data Analyst, where he assisted in the data gathering and analysis for analysts within the Public Finance Group.
Vincent earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Fordham University and is currently a CFA candidate.
Jasper is a lead analyst of property/casualty insurers in the Financial Institutions Group. In addition to following a portfolio of P&C insurers, Jasper has published research on the impacts of inflation, reserves, autonomous vehicles and catastrophes on the insurance industry. Jasper has a B.A. from Columbia University, where he majored in Mathematics-Statistics and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. He is also an Associate in the Casualty Actuarial Society and a CFA charterholder.
Bruce Ballentine is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in the insurance rating group at Moody’s Investors Service. He is the lead analyst for several major property & casualty insurers as well as insurance brokers and service companies. He also writes and speaks on various insurance industry themes. Bruce has worked at Moody’s since 2005 and in 1991-95 and has done insurance related work at the global bank ABN AMRO and The Bank of New York.
Paulette is a lead analyst for insurance brokers and property & casualty insurers. Prior to joining Moody’s in late 2015, she worked in a variety of credit and underwriting roles at money center banks and large property & casualty insurance companies. Paulette holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance from Stern School of Business at New York University.
Evelyn Ocas Salazar is an Assistant Vice President – Manager in the Ratings, Research and Support group, where she manages a team of junior analysts supporting the insurance, and funds & asset management groups. Evelyn started her career at Moody’s as an Associate in the Banking team in 2017 and transitioned to an Associate Analyst role in the UK Insurance team in 2018.
In 2019, Evelyn moved to the US as an Associate Analyst where she supported the Life insurance team. Later in 2022, Evelyn became the manager for the US insurance, and funds & asset management team. Evelyn is a member of Moody’s NYC Pride BRG serving as secretary of the steering committee and actively participates in recruiting and mentoring events.
Evelyn has a Masters’ degree in Finance from University Carlos III of Madrid and passed CFA Level II in 2022.
Rory is currently responsible for Moody’s Funds & Asset Management ratings practice in the Americas. This includes ratings on over 60 asset managers and 400 investment funds across 5 countries. He joined Moody’s Global Managed Investments Group in1998, working on analysis of investment funds. Rory regularly speaks at industry conferences on trends and developments in the asset management sector. He holds a BA in Government from Georgetown University
Neal has over twenty years of experience workingwith asset management firms, as an investment banker, analyst, and portfoliomanager. He joined Moody’s Funds & Asset Management team in 2011, where hefocuses on credit analysis of asset management firms and industry research.Previously, he was a Managing Director at Proctor Investment Managers, aprivate equity investor in the asset management industry, where he led managerresearch and due diligence efforts. Earlier, Neal was a Vice President andDirector of Research at Putnam Lovell Securities, where he focused on assetmanager research and industry strategy. Mr. Epstein earned an M.B.A. and M.A.in Asian Studies from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration atthe University of Virginia, an M.A. in Economics from Columbia University and aB.A. in Philosophy from Swarthmore College. Rokhaya is responsible for a portfolio of closed-end funds, money market funds andasset managers. Previously, she was a member of the US Life Insurance Group, covering life insurance linked transactions as well as providing analytical and research support to senior analysts.Rokhaya holds an MS in Financial Engineering from NYU Tandon School ofEngineering and a BS in Chemistry from SUNY Stony Brook. She is a CFA® charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society of New York
Dean joined Moody’s in 2015 as a senior analyst responsible for a portfolio of US asset managers and managed investment funds. In 2016, his responsibilities expanded to also include a portfolio of health insurance companies. From 2000 – 2015, Dean served as an equity analyst. As a Vice President at Neuberger Berman from 2000 – 2006, Dean initially covered the banking sector in Neuberger’s research group and then covered small and mid-cap financials, including asset managers as part of the Genesis fund team. After joining UBS Wealth Management Research in 2006, as one of the original members of the group’s equity research group, Dean covered banks, mortgage REITs, and consumer and specialty finance. Dean also served as a bank examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the head of internal audit at the New York branch of a Finnish bank, a consultant on bank regulatory issues at KPMG and the compliance officer for Commerzbank’s US offices. Dean earned a B.A. in Economics from Fordham University and a Graduate Diploma in Economics with honors from the London School of Economics. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Dean is member of the CFA institute.

Shachar is responsible for the credit analysis and rating of a portfolio of US life insurance companies as well as structured insurance transactions. Previously, he was a member of Moody’s Structured Finance team evaluating and rating RMBS transactions as well as conducting financial and market analysis.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2003, Shachar worked as an Associate at JPMorgan in the Technology Investment Banking Group, and also served in accounting and consulting roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Shachar holds a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University and an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business. Shachar is a CFA charterholder and a CPA.
Bob is a Vice President- Senior Credit Officer on the Financial Institutions Group of Moody's Investors Service. He is responsible for a portfolio of U.S. ratings within the Life Insurance Group.
Prior to joining Moody's in 2016, Bob worked for over ten years at Swiss Re where he held various roles including Senior Vice President and Head of Business Development for Swiss Re Life & Health North America. In addition, he served as a Vice President, Head of Origination in Admin Re US covering the US and Canadian markets.
Bob also worked for AM Best as a Managing Senior Financial Analyst, where he rated emerging and complex financial institutions and provided credit analysis coverage on life insurance-based financial services organizations and retirement savings companies. In addition, Bob worked at Mutual of New York in various roles including Corporate Actuarial and Reinsurance
Bob has an MBA Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in Economics from the University of South Florida. Bob also has the Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation from LOMA.
Wally is a Vice President - Group Credit Officer in Moody’s Financial Institutions Group. As Group Credit Officer since 2014, Wally has responsibility for monitoring ratings quality as well as assisting in the development and implementation of rating methodologies and practices for insurance groups globally.
Before becoming Group Credit Officer, Wally was a member of Moody’s Accounting Specialist group, providing technical accounting support to the Life, Property and Casualty, and Specialty Insurance teams and publishing research on complex financial reporting topics.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2007, Wally was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young, LLP’s Transaction Advisory Services group, where he consulted and performed due diligence on mergers and acquisitions involving insurance companies. Robert Colangelo is Vice President for the North America Financial Institutions Group. Based in Toronto, he is a lead credit analyst for the largest Canadian banks and insurance companies and publishes related research on these institutions as well as the banking and insurance sectors.
Rob joined Moody’s in June 2021. Before joining Moody’s, Rob worked at another credit rating agency based in Toronto where he was a lead analyst on the large Canadian banks and various credit unions and other financial institutions in Canada. Rob also held a wide range of senior level positions in Finance at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), including roles in External Reporting, Investor Relations and performance management reporting and forecasting. Rob holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CA).
Evelyn Ocas Salazar is an Assistant Vice President – Manager in the Ratings, Research and Support group, where she manages a team of junior analysts supporting the insurance, and funds & asset management groups. Evelyn started her career at Moody’s as an Associate in the Banking team in 2017 and transitioned to an Associate Analyst role in the UK Insurance team in 2018.
In 2019, Evelyn moved to the US as an Associate Analyst where she supported the Life insurance team. Later in 2022, Evelyn became the manager for the US insurance, and funds & asset management team. Evelyn is a member of Moody’s NYC Pride BRG serving as secretary of the steering committee and actively participates in recruiting and mentoring events.

Jasper is a lead analyst of property/casualty insurers in the Financial Institutions Group. In addition to following a portfolio of P&C insurers, Jasper has published research on the impacts of inflation, reserves, autonomous vehicles and catastrophes on the insurance industry. Bruce Ballentine is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in the insurance rating group at Moody’s Investors Service. Dean joined Moody’s in 2015 as a senior analyst responsible for a portfolio of US asset managers and managed investment funds. Keith Banhazl is a Managing Director and Head of Commercial Real Estate Finance for Americas within the Structured Finance Group and leads the team responsible for CMBS & CRE CLO new ratings and surveillance at Moody’s Investors Service. The team is responsible for reviewing Conduit/Fusion, Large Loan/Single Borrower, Agency CMBS, Credit Tenant Lease, Small Balance Commercial, CRE CLO, CRE CDO and other structured products at Moody’s Investors Service. He is also Moody’s Global Structured Finance Outreach Coordinator. He has been involved in various research initiatives and outreach activities related to the CRE securitization space, publishing and speaking on Moody’s behalf. Sarah Hibler is an Associate Managing Director in the Property and Casualty Group at Moody’s Ratings. She is responsible for managing analysts who cover a broad array of P&C insurers, reinsurers and insurance brokers. Ms. Walsh is Chief Investment Officer for Guggenheim Partners Investment Management where she is responsible for meeting the investment needs of the firm’s fixed-income clients, including insurance companies, corporate and public pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments and foundations, consultants, wealth managers, and high-net-worth investors. Jack has 26 years of experience consulting, building, and leading technology and risk management programs for Fortune 100 organizations. As VP, Head of Cyber Risk Methodology for Bitsight, Jack has overall responsibility for the systemic development and application of frameworks, algorithms, and quantitative and qualitative methods to measure cyber risk. He is also the co-author of the foundational book on cyber risk quantification (CRQ), which was inducted into the Cybersecurity Canon in 2016. Jack was awarded a Ph.D. in Information Systems after his research in disaster informatics and cyber resilience at Nova Southeastern University. He holds multiple security and risk certifications and was named Fellow of several security organizations. Jack also serves on the board of the ISSA Education Foundation.
Aniket Deshpande is a Senior Credit Officer and Manager for the US Structured Credit team, which covers over 1300 US CLOs. In his current role at Moody’s, Aniket has extensively contributed to multiple thematic CLO research and newsletters, many of which have been featured by top-tier media outlets. He also speaks frequently on Moody’s behalf at industry events and serves as chair for CLO rating committees. In his previous role at Moody’s, Aniket has served as lead rating analyst for securitizations backed by multiple asset types.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2010, Aniket held positions as an investment analyst at Dynamic Credit Partners, LLC., a fund manager investing in a wide range of CLO and structured finance securities, and as a trader for government-issued bonds at a boutique investment bank in Mumbai, India.

Becky Leeper is a Senior Director Strategy & Innovation for Climate at Moody’s, working with insurance and financial services organizations on deploying catastrophe models to understand climate and climate change risk. At Moody's RMS she leads client and partnership work to maximize opportunities for our climate models and data. This includes promoting the use of Moody’s RMS models, analytics, and data across a variety of climate use cases within banking, CRE, investment management, corporates, and governments. By clearly understanding the impact from climate change, these organizations can report, manage, and respond when a large event such as a flood, wildfire, earthquake, or hurricane happens.
Prior to RMS, Becky spent more than a decade partnering with financial firms in the use of models for valuation and risk management within fixed income. Becky holds a BS in computer science from Duke University.
