Richard Graham leads the evolution of Moody's value proposition in financial crime and third-party risk. With over two decades of experience, he brings deep expertise in technologies addressing fraud, money laundering, and sanctions. Rich has advised some of the world's largest financial institutions, government agencies, and fintechs on complex financial crime technology challenges. 

Abhi is an assistant vice president with Moody's Ratings Decentralized Finance and Digital Assets (DFDA) team. He brings to the table over a decade of professional experience in quantitative modeling, credit risk management, fixed income, and structured finance. Abhi's academic background in electrical engineering and financial risk management helps him stay on top of the latest technological developments and various use cases in the field of digital finance.

Vincent Gusdorf is an Associate Managing Director in the DeFi and Digital Assets team (DFDA), leading Moody’s blockchain technology research. Before joining the DFDA team, Vincent worked for the Innovation and Data Science team, managing several machine learning projects and defining the innovation roadmap. 

Vincent worked as a credit analyst for 16 years and covered investment grade and high-yield corporates. He also contributed to developing Moody’s cyber risk expertise in Europe. Before joining Moody’s, Vincent worked at Standard & Poor’s, Exane BNP Paribas, and Ernst and Young. 

Vincent is a CFA charter holder and holds a Master of Finance from Sciences Po Paris and a Master of Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He is a self-trained programmer and developed his blockchain and machine learning expertise by completing multiple online data science and cloud certifications. Vincent is also a Certified ScrumMaster and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).

Gregory Sobel is a Vice President - Senior Analyst on the Eastern Local Government Ratings Team. He is the lead analyst for Pennsylvania local governments and helped establish an analytical framework for evaluating environmental, social, and governance risks for school districts across the U.S. He sits on the Charter School Ratings Taskforce and Cybersecurity Taskforce, and is a representative for the US Public Finance Group on Moody’s decentralized finance (DeFi) and digital assets working group.

Prior to joining Moody's, Gregory managed a portfolio of hedged energy disbursements for a boutique energy procurement and management firm working with third party real estate management companies and worked as a Constituent Relations Representative for the New York State Senate. He holds a Master of Arts in Economics from University at Buffalo, the State University of New York, where he also completed his undergraduate studies.
