As a member of the Cyber Risk team she is responsible for researching and publishing credit relevant cybersecurity reports in collaboration with the broader Moody’s analytical community. Although her role supports all industry groups Moody’s covers, Ms. Ritter is particularly interested in industrial control systems’ cybersecurity and has been a regular speaker on this topic at a number of ICS cyber conferences. Prior to joining the Cyber Risk Group, Ms. Ritter was a lead credit analyst in the Public Power and Infrastructure team where she covered a portfolio of US-based regulated electric and gas utilities as well as natural gas pipeline companies. Ms. Ritter completed her credit training at GE Energy Financial Services where she was an associate in the origination team covering the global power, midstream, and oil and gas space. Ms. Ritter holds a Bachelors in Economics from Union College and a Masters in Finance and Energy Policy from Columbia University.

Leroy Terrelonge is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in the Moody's Ratings Cyber Credit Risk Group, where he is responsible for creating and executing the group's research and outreach agenda. He works collaboratively with stakeholders across Moody’s to build and assess cyber datasets and publish timely and relevant research on cyber risk and its impact on financial performance. Leroy has more than 20 years of risk experience working in government, international education, tech startups and corporates. Prior to joining Moody’s, Leroy led a team of analysts at Flashpoint, a threat intelligence company that researches cybercriminal communities, and previously worked as  an analyst at the National Security Agency. e has been cited in both domestic and international media on cyber risk issues and has presented at cybersecurity conferences around the world. Leroy graduated from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy with a Masters in International Business and holds an A.B. in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations cum laude from Harvard University. He also served as a Princeton-in-Asia fellow in Almaty, Kazakhstan and serves on the board of this organization. He is an avid touch rugby referee.

Irina is an Analyst in the EMEA Insurance Team, with lead responsibilities for a portfolio of insurance companies in several European countries. Irina joined Moody’s London office in 2018 and transitioned to Frankfurt in 2020.

Prior to her current role, Irina worked as an Associate Analyst providing analytical support for a range of insurance companies across the EMEA region. Irina also supported ratings for UK asset managers.

Irina graduated from the Vienna University of Economics with M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting and holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the same university.

Matthew Jones is a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer within the Corporate Finance Group at Moody’s. Matthew currently specializes in the Software, Connectivity and Communications Equipment industries. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2006, Matthew spent 16 years in the banking industry including positions as Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance Group at CIBC World Markets and as Senior Vice President in the Technology Media and telecommunications group at Royal Bank of Scotland. Matthew also has an extensive background restructuring troubled credits. Matthew is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Tufts University with a Bachelors's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds an M.B.A. degree from Columbia University.
