Nidhi Dhruv is a Senior Credit Officer, with Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Based in Singapore, Nidhi covers a portfolio of issuers across the telecommunications, telecom towers, mining, construction and airline industries in South and Southeast Asia.
Before joining Moody’s in 2007, Nidhi was an analyst with Citigroup Investment Banking in India and Singapore for three years.
Nidhi is a CFA charterholder and a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She also has an MBA in Finance from Mumbai University.
Jonathan Root is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Jonathan is the U.S. airline analyst and has rating responsibility for Enhanced Equipment Trust Certificates on a global basis. He has led Moody’s analysis on more than 55 EETCs since he began covering the airline sector in 2009. Jonathan also covers selected aerospace & defense companies including The Boeing Company, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin and Northrup Grumman and the global package delivery companies, UPS and FedEx.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Jonathan was a Director of Finance at Automatic Data Processing, including at its European headquarters based in Paris. Jonathan started his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young and has performed different roles in financial services, including in US and Australian insolvency, litigation consulting and M&A advisory work.
Jonathan is a CFA charter holder. He has an M.B.A. in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Ian Chitterer is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group, based in Sydney. His responsibilities are primarily the retail,telecommunications and airlines sectors.Prior to joining Moody’s, Ian spent 6 years at AMP Capital where he worked as a Credit Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager in Sydney. Before this, Ian worked in London at Alliance Bernstein, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in South Africa. Ian holds an Honors degree in Accounting from the University of Natal in South Africa and is a South African Chartered Accountant.
Earl Heffintrayer is the U.S. airport sector lead analyst and covers a diversified portfolio concentrated in transportation. In addition to Earl’s work in the airport sector, he actively leads new ratings on bids in the US public private partnership market. Prior to joining Moody’s in June, 2011, Earl worked at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey where he primarily analyzed alternative capital project delivery methods. Earl began his career as a civil engineer on large infrastructure projects in the New York City region. Earl is a CFA charter holder. Earl holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from Stern School of Business at New York University.
Spencer Ng is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Public, Project & Infrastructure Finance team. Based in Singapore, Spencer is responsible for project finance and infrastructure credits, including power utilities, renewables and airports in South and Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2007, Spencer worked for Ernst & Young Transactions Advisory Services in their Project Finance team. Spencer has also held various analytical and accounting roles at ANZ Bank, JP Morgan and State Street Australia.
Spencer holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales. He is also a CFA charterholder.
Mark Wasden is a Senior Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group. Based in New York, Mark oversees the ratings of a portfolio of US commercial finance companies, including commercial aircraft leasing companies, business development companies (BDCs), non bank commercial real estate lenders, and equipment leasing companies.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2004, Mark was a director in Bank One’s large corporate banking division in Chicago, where he covered finance companies as a senior underwriter. During his 15-year career in commercial banking, Mark held positions in relationship management, credit management, and professional development.
Mark holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan anda Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brigham Young University
