Jeffrey Lee is Vice President and Regional Manager for Second Party Opinion (SPO) production for Asia Pacific with Moody’s Ratings. Based in Singapore, Jeffrey oversees a team of analysts in HK, Singapore and Tokyo, who are in charge of producing SPOs and publication of thought leadership research related to APAC sustainable finance market. Jeffrey is a regular speaker and panelist at external conferences and other industry events in APAC. He also represents Moody’s on various high-profile industry working groups. Before his current role at Moody’s Investors Service, Jeffrey managed the team of SPO production analysts in APAC with Moody’s ESG Solutions.
Before his current capacity, Jeffrey worked in Moody’s Investor Services’ Financial Institutions Group. He joined Moody’s in 2013 as an Associate Analyst covering Korean financial institutions and served several roles within the group since then. Most recently, he was a Assistant Vice President – Analyst and part of the team responsible for portfolio of banks and non-bank financial institutions in South and South East Asia. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Vice President – Manager and led a team of associate analysts covering financial institutions in APAC.
Before joining Moody’s Jeffrey worked at Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Equity Division in South Korea, covering a portfolio of Korean clients. Jeffrey holds a BSc in Economics from Korea University.
| Vincent Allilaire is a VP-Senior Credit Officer in the ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) team within Moody’s Ratings, focusing on integrating ESG risks within our credit analysis. This role draws on Vincent’s dual experience as an ESG and Credit analyst, having previously led the Moody’s Analytics team focused on Sustainability Ratings, as well as having assessed and invested into carbon transition assets. Vincent joined in 2017 from Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM), where he was leading the credit team focusing on illiquid, unrated debt investments, including assigning internal ratings across a wide range of structures and sectors. Prior to joining LGIM, Vincent worked for MetLife in an investment role focusing on infrastructure debt in Europe. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Standard & Poor’s as an analyst covering corporates , then project finance credits. His first credit role was at Deutsche Bank. Vincent is a dual French-British national, and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Southampton, having previously graduated in Economics and Political Sciences from the French Institute of Political Sciences in Bordeaux, where he originates from. |
Frank Medrisch, CFA, currently serves as a VP - Senior Analyst within Moody’s Ratings Sustainable Finance Group, based in London. His expertise lies in analyzing the credit implications of the energy transition across various sectors, with a particular focus on corporate net zero strategies, climate governance, carbon transition public policies, and emerging low carbon technologies. Frank's contributions have been instrumental in the creation of Moody’s Carbon Transition Indicators (CTI).Furthermore, he co-authored Moody’s framework for Net Zero Assessments(NZAs) in 2023, marking a significant milestone in his career. From 2024 onwards, Frank has been a lead analyst assessing corporate transition plans under the NZA framework. His role also extends to participating, presenting, and moderating at Moody’s events and webinars. He is also frequently involved in external outreach meetings and working groups.
Prior to his tenure at Moody’s, which began in 2015, Frank gained valuable experience in corporate finance credit ratings and equity/fixed income research in Latin America. Frank is a CFA charter holder and has also earned the CFA Certificate in Climate and Investing, demonstrating his commitment to understanding the intersection of finance and climate change. His academic background includes a Master’s degree in Finance and a BA in Economics from UTDT, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
