Heather Lavallee is Chief Executive Officer and a board member of Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA), a leading health, wealth and investment company. Prior to assuming her current roles, she served as the company’s President and CEO-elect, overseeing Voya’s Workplace Solutions and Investment Management businesses, as well as Voya’s technology and data organizations and its strategy and risk teams. Ms. Lavallee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colby College and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business.

Sarah Hibler is an Associate Managing Director in the Property and Casualty Group at Moody’s Ratings. She is responsible for managing analysts who cover a broad array of P&C insurers, reinsurers and insurance brokers. Prior to joining Moody’s in 1997, Ms. Hibler was a senior manager in the mergers & acquisitions practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP in New York City. At Deloitte & Touche, she also worked for a number of years in both the New York and London offices providing auditing and consulting services to insurance companies.

Ms. Hibler holds a degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Joe Brandon is President and Chief Executive Officer of Alleghany Corporation, a diversified property & casualty reinsurer and specialty primary insurer that was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (NYSE: BRK) in October 2022. Mr. Brandon was Executive Vice President of Alleghany in 2012-21 and a consultant to Alleghany in 2011-12. Mr. Brandon was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of General Re Corporation, another Berkshire subsidiary, in 2001-08. Mr. Brandon is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

James has lead coverage responsibility for a portfolio of U.S. and Bermuda-based insurance and reinsurance companies.

Prior to joining Moody’s in 2001, James was an Associate Director at Aon Capital Markets where he was involved in the structuring and placement of catastrophe bonds, alternative risk transfer programs and contingent event capital for corporate and insurance company clients. Before to joining Aon Capital Markets, James was as an independent floor trader at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and a corporate legal assistant in the Asset Securitization Group at the law firm of Hunton & Williams.

James received an A.B. in History magna cum laude from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Sarah Williams is Chief Risk Officer at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. She joined the company in 2022 and oversees all aspects of the company’s enterprise risk management function, including investment and market risk, cybersecurity risk, derivatives use and governance, and operational risk. Ms. Williams previously held leading risk management roles at Global Atlantic Financial Group, MassMutual and The Hartford. She started her professional career as an auditor at Liberty Mutual. Ms. Williams holds a BA in Accounting from American International College and a MS in Accounting from Western New England College.

Ari Moskowitz is Chief Risk Officer at Everest Group. He leads the Company’s risk management strategy, enterprise risk management framework and related Group processes, including capital performance management. Mr. Moskowitz is a strong proponent of diversity and allyship at all levels of the company and throughout the actuarial profession and is a NAWA board member and currently co-chair of the Membership Engagement Committee. Earlier in his career, Ari served in various P&C roles actuarial, pricing, reserving, and risk management roles at both insurance and reinsurance companies including TransRe, Selective Insurance and Crum & Forster. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Touro University and has his ACAS and MAAA certifications.

Mr. Robinson is an Associate Managing Director in the Life Insurance Group at Moody’s Ratings. He is responsible for managing analysts who cover a broad array of life and health insurance companies. Prior to joining Moody’s in 1999, Mr. Robinson worked in the Investment Policy and Strategy Group of the Trust Company of the West. Previously he had been with AXA Financial. Mr. Robinson holds a degree in economics from Duke University and a Masters Degree in Actuarial Science from Georgia State University. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a CFA charterholder.

David Hunt is President and Chief Executive Officer of PGIM, the global investment management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU). Mr. Hunt oversees all aspects of the asset management businesses, including its public fixed income, real estate, public equity, private fixed income, and mutual fund units. Mr. Hunt also serves on the Prudential Operating Committee. Before joining PGIM, Mr. Hunt was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company and co-leader of its North American Asset Management practice. Mr. Hunt earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Multinational Management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

Bruce Ballentine is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in the insurance rating group at Moody’s Ratings. He is the lead analyst for several major property & casualty insurers as well as insurance brokers and service companies. He also writes and speaks on various insurance industry themes. Bruce has worked at Moody’s since 2005 and in 1991-1995, and has done insurance related work at ABN AMRO Bank and The Bank of New York. Bruce holds a BA in geology from Harvard College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Andrew Reutter is a Managing Director and leads Capital Markets at Stone Point Capital. He is also a Managing Director at SPC Capital Markets, a registered broker-dealer with the SEC, and a member of FINRA and SIPC. Mr. Reutter joined Stone Point in 2008 and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including as a Senior Investment Analyst in the Corporate Debt Group at The Blackstone Group. Mr. Reutter holds a B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa.
