Natallia Birukova is an Analyst in the U.S. Structured Finance group at Moody’s Ratings. In her role as a rating analyst, she monitors the ratings of consumer-backed ABS, including student loan, auto loan and lease, and unsecured consumer loan transactions. Before joining Moody’s Ratings in early 2019, Natallia held a position as a compliance analyst at JP Morgan Chase.
Natallia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Quantitative Modeling from Baruch College, and a Bachelor in Finance from the Belarusian State Economic University in Minsk.
Joe Grohotolski is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in the Structured Finance Group at Moody’s Ratings. His primary responsibility is rating student loan ABS transactions.
Prior to rejoining the Structured Finance Group Joe was a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Compliance Department from 2008 to 2015. During this time he managed the Compliance Department’s Surveillance Unit, Securities Trade Monitoring Unit and Information Technology Unit. Joe also focused on compliance matters related to structured finance.
Joe was also a Vice President/Senior Credit Officer in the Structured Finance Group at Moody’s Investors Service from 2001 to 2008. His primary responsibility was rating Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS).
Joe holds an M.B.A. from Lehigh University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Rochester.
Selven Veeraragoo is a Vice President – Senior Analyst in the Structured Finance Group at Moody’s Ratings. His primary responsibility is rating student loan ABS.
Prior to joining Moody’s in November 2012 , Selven worked as a Junior Professional Associate at the World Bank and interned at State Street Global Advisors.
Selven holds an M.S. in Economics from Tufts University and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Business from Lafayette College.
