Julien is Senior Vice President in the EMEA Commercial Group, based in Zurich, and responsible to drive Moody’s commercial insurance strategy in the region. Julien has more than 17 years of experience in the financial industry, with extensive knowledge in Finance and (re)insurance business. Prior to joining Moody´s, Julien worked 10 years at Swiss Re in Zurich in different roles, in Treasury Capital & Liquidity Management and Business Development. As Senior Business Development Manager, Julien was in charge of originating structured reinsurance transactions, solutions and improving relationship with toptier clients and markets. Before joining Swiss Re, Julien worked for Mazars in Paris and Zurich to cover (re)insurance clients in audit and advisory services. Julien holds an Engineering degree from Ecole des Hautes Etudes d’Ingénieur (HEI), Lille, France and a Master in International Risk Management from HEC Business School in Paris

Andrea Wehmeier is lead analyst for Banks located in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Her career at Moody’s also included the coverage of European subsovereigns, including Regional and Local Governments and Government Related Issuers in the same jurisdictions. Prior joining Moody’s Sub-Sovereign Group in 2007, Andrea Wehmeier worked as Capital Markets Analyst, including positions in credit research, rates strategy and derivatives research at Dresdner Kleinwort in Frankfurt. 

She holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Justus-Liebig-University in Giessen, Germany.

Helena is the lead analyst for various primary insurance and reinsurance groups based in the UK.

Prior to joining Moody’s in 2011, she worked as an auditor within the insurance department of Mazars. 

Helena holds a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics and philosophy from King’s College London, is a chartered accountant and ICAEW Fellow.

Sven Reinke is a Managing Director in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Sven is responsible for a team on London-based Lead Analysts covering Commodities, TMT and Business and Consumer Services sectors. Sven joined Moody’s in the autumn of 2013 with 12 years’ experience in a number of different corporate credit roles. During his first nine years at Moody’s, Sven was a Lead Analyst covering a number of different corporate sectors.

Prior to joining Moody’s, Sven spent six years as a Senior Corporate Credit Officer at UBS Investment Bank in London responsible for the credit risk management of a portfolio of corporates in different industries. Before joining UBS, Sven was the Lead Credit Analyst for Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi’s German and Benelux blue chip counterparties. At the start of his career, Sven spent four years as a Credit Analyst at Deutsche Bank’s German mid-cap credit risk department.

Sven has a Masters Degree in Economics with focus on finance and banking from The Berlin School of Economics and Law. Sven also passed all levels of the CFA Program.

Martin Rast is a Senior Credit Officer with Moody’s Structured Finance Group in London. He joined Moody’s in 2005 and originally was a member of both the Covered Bonds and the SIV team. Martin is lead analyst for several European covered bonds with a focus on German Pfandbriefe. Prior to joining Moody’s, Martin worked for HypoVereinsbank in several roles, including its securitisation department. Martin holds a degree in mathematics from the University of Munich (Germany).His PhD thesis was on numerical optimisation in neural networks.
