Pedro Sancholuz Ruda is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in the Structured
Finance Group at Moody’s Investors Service. His primary responsibility is leading the
new ratings consumer unsecured ABS team. Previously, Pedro worked as a rating
analyst covering student loan, credit cards and consumer loan ABS.
Prior to joining Moody’s in April 2006, Pedro worked as a Senior Analyst at Ernst &
Young in the Tax-Mergers and Acquisitions department and as a Performance Analyst
at GoldenTree Asset Management.
Pedro holds an MBA with concentrations in finance and accounting from Fordham
University and an undergraduate degree in business administration from Universidad
de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Jonathan Root is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Jonathan is the U.S. airline analyst and has rating responsibility for Enhanced Equipment Trust Certificates on a global basis. He has led Moody’s analysis on more than 55 EETCs since he began covering the airline sector in 2009. Jonathan also covers selected aerospace & defense companies including The Boeing Company, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin and Northrup Grumman and the global package delivery companies, UPS and FedEx.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Jonathan was a Director of Finance at Automatic Data Processing, including at its European headquarters based in Paris. Jonathan started his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young and has performed different roles in financial services, including in US and Australian insolvency, litigation consulting and M&A advisory work.
Jonathan is a CFA charter holder. He has an M.B.A. in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Christina Boni is a Senior Vice President with Moody’s Investors Service, and is responsible for a portfolio of investment grade and speculative grade companies in the retail sector. Prior to joining Moody’s in January 2016, Christina was a Managing
Director for Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) focusing on leveraged retailers. From 2008-2009, Christina was a Portfolio Manager at Fridson Investment Advisors, a credit hedge fund. In addition, Christina was a sell-side leverage finance analyst at Credit
Suisse (CS) and Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, which was acquired by CS in 2000. She was voted by clients to the Institutional Investor Fixed Income team for the Retail sector for seven consecutive years. She also was appointed to the Institutional
Investor Fixed Income team for her work in the Supermarket and Food and Beverage sector. In addition, Christina worked at the Walt Disney Company as a Senior Analyst within their Strategic Planning Group. Christina holds a B.S. in Economics from the
Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a M.B.A from the Harvard Business School.
Madhavi Bokil is a Senior Vice President, heading the Macro Research Team of the Credit Strategy and Standards Group. She is a member of Moody’s Macro Board and the lead author of Moody’s Global Macroeconomic Outlook.
Before joining Moody’s Ratings Madhavi held positions as Senior Economist at AIG and GE Capital, undertaking global macroeconomic analysis, forecasting and CCAR stress testing. Prior to that she held a faculty position in the Department of Economics at Clark University, where she pursued research in and taught International Macroeconomics and Monetary Economics. She holds a BA in Economics from Fergusson College, Pune, India, a MA in Economics from the University of Mumbai, India and a PhD in International Economics from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
