Maria Jose Mori Senior Vice President, Financial Institutions Moody's Ratings

Pepa Mori is a Senior Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group. She joined Moody’s in 2008 as part of the Iberian team. Since then she has managed a wide portfolio of issuers, currently covering banks in Italy and Spain. She also has oversight responsibilities for Moody’s banks ratings in Central Eastern Europe. 

Prior to joining Moody’s, Ms. Mori worked as a credit analyst in a variety of roles. These include credit research at BBVA, rating European sub-sovereigns and public sector companies at Standard & Poor’s; and financial analysis at BBVA’s asset management division. Ms. Mori holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and MSc in Finance from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF), Madrid (Spain).

Effie Tsotsani Vice President - Senior Analyst, Financial Institutions Moody's Ratings

Effie Tsotsani is a Vice President – Senior Analyst based in London and is the lead analyst for various financial institutions in the UK, Norway and Iceland.

Effie joined Moody’s in 2014 after working for eight years as an equity analyst covering the banking sector as a sell-side and buy-side analyst. Ms Tsotsani holds a Master of Science in Statistics from Athens University of Economic and Business and a Bachelor degree in Mathematics from National University of Athens.

Alberto Postigo Vice President - Senior Credit Officer, EMEA Banking Moody's Ratings

Alberto Postigo joined Moody’s Inverstors Service in 2002. He is currently based inMadrid with responsibilities as lead analyst for a number of Spanish banks. Beforejoining the Financial Institutions Group, Mr. Postigo worked in the structuredfinance group for six years, mostly in the analysis and rating of ABS transactions.

Before joining Moody’s, Mr. Postigo worked at Lucent Technologies as a seniorconsultant in the switching and networking group. Mr. Postigo holds a degree inTelecommunications Engineering by the Universidad de Valladolid as well as adegree in Economics and Business Administration by the Universidad Autónomade Madrid.

Swen Metzler Vice President – Senior Credit Officer, Financial Institutions Moody's Ratings

Swen joined Moody’s Investors Service in August 2010 as a member of the of the Financial Institutions Group. He is the lead analyst for several German, Austrian and Swiss banks.

Prior to joining Moody’s Swen was a portfolio manager and buy- side analyst for global banks and financial institutions with Deka Investment, Frankfurt. He graduated in Business Administration from Goethe University of Frankfurt and is a CFA Charterholder.

Fabio Iannò Vice President - Senior Credit Officer, Financial Institutions Moody's Ratings

Fabio Iannò is in charge of a portfolio of Italian and dutch banks. 

Prior to joining Moody’s in March 2018, Fabio was a Director at Fitch Ratings in London for 7 years covering Italian banks. Before Fitch Ratings he worked for Deloitte & Touche in New York (2008 - 2009) as Senior Consultant in the Capital Markets division and in Milan (2004 - 2008) in the audit department.

Fabio holds an MBA - Master in Business Administration (SDA Bocconi) and an MSc in International Business (Bocconi University).

Roland Auquier Vice President - Senior Analyst, Financial Institutions Moody's Ratings

Vice President -Senior Analyst, Financial Institutions Group, based in Paris. Roland is the sector lead for the French banking system, and covers a portfolio of banks in France and Benelux. Roland joined Moody’s in 2008, and has covered banks in multiple banking systems including France, the UK, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Israel and Norway. He has also been the sector lead for non-bank financial companies across Europe. Roland was involved in the global effort leading to the current global methodology on banks, which includes the introduction of the Loss Given Failure framework -a response to the shift in public policy toward implementation of resolution regimes. Roland started his career at HSBC.

Andrea Wehmeier Vice President – Senior Analyst, Financial Institutions Moody’s Ratings

Andrea Wehmeier is lead analyst for Banks located in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Her career at Moody’s also included the coverage of European subsovereigns, including Regional and Local Governments and Government Related Issuers in the same jurisdictions. Prior joining Moody’s Sub-Sovereign Group in 2007, Andrea Wehmeier worked as Capital Markets Analyst, including positions in credit research, rates strategy and derivatives research at Dresdner Kleinwort in Frankfurt. 

She holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Justus-Liebig-University in Giessen, Germany.

Guillaume Lucien-Baugas Vice President - Senior Analyst, Financial Institutions Moody's Ratings

Guillaume Lucien-Baugas joined Moody’s in September 2007 and is based in Paris in the Financial Institutions Group where he has responsibilities for rating a number of banks in France and the Benelux. Prior to joining the Financial Institutions Group, he was part of the Structured Finance Group at Moody’s, rating CDO and CLO transactions. 

He started his career in asset management at Eiger Capital Limited in London, where he was a senior credit analyst in the fixed income markets.

Mr. Lucien-Baugas holds a masters degree in Finance and Management from Dauphine University (Paris IX) and a postgraduate certificate in Finance from ESCP Europe. He is a CFA Charterholder.
