Anne Van Praagh serves as Global Head of the Corporate Finance Group (CFG) for Moody's Ratings, overseeing credit ratings, research, and market engagement on corporates across the globe. She transitioned to this role from Global Head of Public, Project & Infrastructure Finance (PPIF). 

Anne brings extensive leadership experience in Ratings & Research, including roles as Global Head of Sovereign Ratings (2021–2022) and Head of MIS Research (2019–2022), where she drove content and engagement strategy for 20,000 annual research publications. In 2016, she launched the Credit Strategy & Standards Group (CSS), setting Moody’s macroeconomic “house views” and coordinating the firm’s credit response to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

She has led global teams with a focus on analytical rigor and digital transformation through AI and advanced analytics. As Global Head of PPIF, Anne directed major rating actions on high-profile sovereigns and related ratings, ensuring robust analytics and operational excellence. 

Anne also serves on the MIS Inc. Board of Directors. Previously, she spent three years as Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s public finance investment banking team, advising on $25 billion in financings. 

Anne holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree from George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs. She is married with two daughters

Terry has over 25 years of experience in credit ratings and bank credit risk management. As a Managing Director, based in Singapore, he leads Moody’s Public, Project & Infrastructure Finance in Asia Pacific. He assumed his position in February 2015.

In this role, Terry oversees ratings teams in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Australia, and Japan which are responsible for Moody’s extensive coverage across the public and infrastructure sectors, including transport infrastructure, regulated utilities,power and social infrastructure.

Prior to this role, Terry spent seven years as an Associate Managing Director and head of corporate, project and infrastructure finance ratings for Australasia, based in Sydney. During that period, Moody’s rating coverage for this region grew substantially to more than 100 rated issuers. In the corporate sector, the analytical team monitored ratings in a wide range of non-financial sectors, such as consumer and retail, industrial, mining, oil and gas, and property, while the infrastructure team covered power, transport, utilities and social infrastructure.

Terry was also previously responsible for Moody’s coverage of the oil and gas as well as mining sectors in Asia Pacific.

Before joining Moody’s in 2000, Terry worked for around 12 years in various risk management and credit origination roles at Westpac Institutional Bank in Sydney. His last position at Westpac was Senior Manager, Credit and Divisional Credit Officer, responsible for approving credit exposures to institutional clients.

Ray Tay is a Associate Managing Director in Moody’s Project and Infrastructure Finance Group. Based in Singapore, Ray covers project finance, transport, utilities and other infrastructure credits in Southeast Asia and India. Ray also authors research and conducts outreach focused on topics such as project bonds and the role of funding diversity and credit enhancement in bridging the infrastructure gap, particularly in emerging markets. Ray is also a member of Moody’s APAC ESG Working Group.

Before joining Moody’s in 2012, Ray was a Director with the Global Infrastructure & Projects Group in KPMG. Ray has also worked as a Senior Business Analyst with the Singapore Power Group, focusing on regulatory economics in each of its principal local operating subsidiaries.

Ray holds a Bachelor’s in Economics with honors from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Nikhil Dhingra is a visionary business leader with over 21 years of experience driving growth and innovation across various sectors. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of ACME Solar Holdings Ltd (ACME Solar) and also serves as Whole Time Director on the Company’s Board. In his role at ACME Solar, he helms the company’s strategic direction to bring a results-driven organizational mindset grounded in collaboration, agility, and long-term value creation. He is developing and executing long-term growth strategies for ACME Solar’s ambitious target of achieving 10 GW capacity by 2030 and oversees all aspects of the company’s operations while ensuring that the organization achieves its business goals. Prior to current role, Nikhil was CEO at Oriental Tollways and at Acme Solar Holdings . Before his corporate journey with Acme Solar, He held leadership roles in Investment banking at ICICI Securities where he successfully led high-performing teams, cultivated strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, board members and spearheaded initiatives across functions for turning vision into reality. He began his professional journey with Infosys, SAP Labs and mastered the strategy ropes at PWC. Nikhil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from NIT, Kurukshetra and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Mr. Girishkumar Kadam is Senior Vice President and Group Head – Corporate Sector Ratings at ICRA Limited.  

Girishkumar holds a B. Chem. degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology (erstwhile UDCT), Mumbai, and a Masters in Management Studies (Finance) from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University. 

Girishkumar has an aggregate work experience of around 23 years, out of which he has been associated with ICRA for nearly 20 years. He has worked in Engineers India Ltd, New Delhi and in Torrent Power Limited, Ahmedabad.

Spencer Ng is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Public, Project & Infrastructure Finance team. Based in Singapore, Spencer is responsible for project finance and infrastructure credits, including power utilities, renewables and airports in South and Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining Moody’s in 2007, Spencer worked for Ernst & Young Transactions Advisory Services in their Project Finance team. Spencer has also held various analytical and accounting roles at ANZ Bank, JP Morgan and State Street Australia. 

Spencer holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Kaustubh Chaubal is a Senior Vice President with Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Based in Singapore, he covers a portfolio of Indian and India-based issuers in the metals and mining (ferrous and non-ferrous), automobile, chemicals and pharmaceuticals industries.

Prior to joining Moody’s in 2015, Kaustubh spent eight years as a Ratings Advisor with Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore, the last two of which was as Head of ASEAN Ratings Advisory, while also covering issuers in the Middle East and Africa.

Kaustubh has also worked as a Senior Analyst at Standard & Poor’s India-based subsidiary, CRISIL, covering a broad array of industries including pharmaceuticals, building materials, chemicals, and investment holding companies. And, he has previously held analytical roles at ING Vysya Bank and Unit Trust of India Investment Advisory Services, as well as auditing roles at RM Ajgaonkar & Company and RD Samant & Company.

Kaustubh holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University. He is also a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Jitin Makkar is Senior Vice President and Group Head-Corporate Sector Ratings at ICRA. He leads a large team of analysts and is responsible for the analytical quality of ratings and research relating to the Indian corporate sector. Select sectors handled by him include Automotive, FMCG, Healthcare, Hospitality, IT Services, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, and Textiles. He is a member of ICRA’s Rating Committee. Further, he plays a crucial role in overseeing material developments in the macro-environment and individual sectors to augment ICRA’s ability to identify emerging risks that could impact the rated portfolio. Jitin has over 21 years of work experience, of which 17 years have been with ICRA. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering and is an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Management Development Institute, GurugraM.

Nidhi Dhruv is a Senior Credit Officer, with Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Based in Singapore, Nidhi covers a portfolio of issuers across the telecommunications, telecom towers, mining, construction and airline industries in South and Southeast Asia.

Before joining Moody’s in 2007, Nidhi was an analyst with Citigroup Investment Banking in India and Singapore for three years. 

Nidhi is a CFA charterholder and a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She also has an MBA in Finance from Mumbai University.

Hui Ting Sim is an Vice President - Senior Analyst with Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Based in Singapore, she covers a portfolio of Southeast Asian oil and gas companies. 

Hui Ting joined Moody’s in 2017 as an Associate Analyst and previously covered a range of industries including metals & mining, as well as Singapore real estate investment trusts. 

Prior to joining Moody’s, Hui Ting worked in credit risk roles at Noble Resources International Pte Ltd and PetroChina International (Singapore) Pte Ltd. 

Hui Ting holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) from the National University of Singapore. She is also a CFA charter-holder. 

Tushar is an Analyst in Moody’s Project and Infrastructure Finance Group. Based in Singapore. He covers utilities, transport infrastructure and project finance credits in Southeast Asia and India.

Prior to joining Moody’s, Tushar worked as a Credit Analyst in Kotak Mahindra Bank in Mumbai, covering project and infrastructure finance, mainly in the Roads and Power space.

Previous roles also includes that of a Credit Analyst in Axis Bank and ICICI Bank.

 Tushar is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He Holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Jai Narain Vyas University.

Vikash Halan is a Managing Director and team leader for Moody’s Corporate Finance Group, based in Singapore. In this role, he manages a team of rating analysts covering non-financial corporates in Asia Pacific excluding greater China.

Vikash joined Moody’s in 2011 and, prior to becoming a team leader, spent almost a decade as a lead analyst covering a range of sectors, including oil and gas, chemicals, shipping, conglomerates, real estate and investment holding companies.

 Before joining Moody’s, Vikash worked for J.P. Morgan in Hong Kong as a capital markets and ratings advisor for clients in the Asia-Pacific region. He started his career as a chartered accountant with the Indian firm, BDO Lodha.

Vikash holds post graduate diploma in Business management form Xavier Institute of Management.

Mr Nikhil Dhingra is a visionary business leader with over 21 years of experience driving growth and innovation across various sectors.
