Jacintha Poh is an Associate Managing Director for the Corporate Finance Group at Moody's, based in Singapore. She leads a team of analysts who are responsible for Moody's nonfinancial corporate ratings and research in the South and Southeast Asia region.

Jacintha joined Moody's in 2012 taking several Lead Analyst roles, where she demonstrated her ability to execute complex analyses across a diverse range of sectors, including real estate, hospitality, and investment holding companies.

Before joining Moody's, Jacintha worked for Lion Global Investors, where she served as a Credit Analyst on the Fixed Income team. Jacintha holds an honors BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of London.

Spencer Ng is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Public, Project & Infrastructure Finance team. Based in Singapore, Spencer is responsible for project finance and infrastructure credits, including power utilities, renewables and airports in South and Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining Moody’s in 2007, Spencer worked for Ernst & Young Transactions Advisory Services in their Project Finance team. Spencer has also held various analytical and accounting roles at ANZ Bank, JP Morgan and State Street Australia. 

Spencer holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Nidhi Dhruv is a Senior Credit Officer, with Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Based in Singapore, Nidhi covers a portfolio of issuers across the telecommunications, telecom towers, mining, construction and airline industries in South and Southeast Asia.

Before joining Moody’s in 2007, Nidhi was an analyst with Citigroup Investment Banking in India and Singapore for three years. 

Nidhi is a CFA charterholder and a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She also has an MBA in Finance from Mumbai University.

Shawn Xiong is a Vice President - Senior Analyst with Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Based in Hong Kong, Shawn is the Lead Analyst for a portfolio of China non-property companies, including those in the metals and mining, healthcare services, retail and telecom and IT services sectors.

Before his relocation to Hong Kong, Shawn worked for five years with Moody’s in Sydney, where he covered the Australian mining services, building materials and gaming sectors.

Prior to joining Moody’s, Shawn worked for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia as an Associate in its Debt Capital Markets division.

Shawn has also worked as a Senior Analyst in the Corporate Finance division of KPMG in Sydney.

Shawn holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting from Macquarie University in Sydney. He is also a CFA Charterholder and a CA.

Hiroe Yamamoto is an AVP- Analyst in the Public Infrastructure Finance department. Based in Tokyo, she manages a portfolio of regional/local governments and government-related issuers in Japan.

Hiroe joined Moody’s in 2015 as an Associate Analyst supporting the analysis of Japanese sub-sovereigns and publishing research on the sector. She also covered utilities, auto and other major corporates. Prior to that, Hiroe analyzed Japanese public sector entities at Credit Foncier and Dexia Credit Local in Tokyo.

Hiroe holds a Bachelor’s degree from Sophia University.

Sarah is an Assistant Vice President - Analyst with the Project & Infrastructure Finance Group, covering a portfolio of Australian and New Zealand infrastructure companies across sectors including the energy utilities, electricity and gas networks, airports, LNG projects and Private Public Partnership (PPP) projects.
