Kevin McNeil is a Vice President- Senior Analyst in the Corporate Finance Group, Technology, Media and Telco team in New York. Kevin is responsible for the ratings of a portfolio of technology and technology-enabled services companies. Prior to joining Moody's in 2022, Kevin worked for five years at Fitch Ratings as a director and analytical lead for technology, information services and business services companies. Prior to Fitch, Kevin was a Vice President at NatWest, a Senior Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and a Consultant for Accenture. Kevin has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA specializing in Finance & Economics from Columbia University.
Cristiano serves as Vice President of the DeFi & Digital Assets team at Moody's Ratings. His role entails the comprehensive analysis of emerging digital financial products and services, as well as overseeing the digital transition of traditional financial entities. He possesses a solid background in risk management, acquired through his tenure in various consulting and banking institutions. Before joining Moody's, Cristiano worked two years in the decentralized finance space, thereby solidifying his proficiency in the digital finance domain.
Mariya Moore is a lead analyst on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications team in New York where she covers a portfolio of technology and tech-enabled services companies. Mariya joined Moody’s in 2011 as an Associate on the Business Development team in London, returned to Moody’s in 2013 as an Associate Analyst in the Moscow office, in 2017 she moved to New York as a team manager in Ratings and Research Support and transitioned to her current analyst role in July 2019.
Mariya holds a Master of Science in Finance from Manchester Metropolitan University, a B.A. in Finance and Economics from Perm State University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Stephen is a lead analyst responsible for a portfolio of US funds & asset management companies. He has also led research on thematic topics including Digital Transformation, ESG Investing, Active & Passive investing and liquidity risks. His research is frequently cited in the FT, Bloomberg, NY Times, WSJ, Barron’s and other financial media.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2013, he was an Executive Director at China International Capital Corporation focused on asset management and cross-border capital products. He served as Director at Societe Generale Asset Management’s alternative investment group as global strategy head for relative value investments and Director at Banc of America Capital Management’s alternative investment group managing hedge fund investments. Stephen started his career as a debt derivatives trader at Citibank in New York and graduated from the University of Michigan with an Honors in Economics.
Charleyne Biondi is a VP - Senior Analyst in the Digital Finance and Digital Assets team, leading the policy and regulatory research surrounding emerging technologies.
Before joining Moody’s Digital Economy team, Charleyne worked as a political science researcher at Columbia University in the City of New York and at the Center for Political Research at Sciences Po (CEVIPOF), focusing on the philosophy of technology and the societal implications of digital transformation.
Charleyne holds a dual Ph.D. in political theory from Columbia University and Sciences Po. She is a published author and pursues her research interests as a senior fellow and technology expert at the Montaigne Institute in Paris. Prior to her Ph.D., she worked as an analyst at J.P. Morgan Chase and graduated from a Master of Finance at Sciences Po Paris and Fundaçao Getulio Vargas in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
José Healy is an AVP-Analyst in the Technology team of Moody’s Ratings’ Corporate Finance Group.
He covers a portfolio of high yield companies in the software, payments, and fintech sectors. He joined Moody’s in 2019 and covered companies in the Transportation & Logistics space, before transferring to the Technology sector coverage in early 2023.
Prior to Moody’s, José was a program director at the South Bronx Educational Foundation as well as an Editions Coordinator at The Wall Street Journal.
While at The Wall Street Journal, José performed financial research on companies, industries, and markets.
José has an MBA with a specialization in finance from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Dallas.
Stephane Tu is a Lead Analyst on the TMT team within US CFG where he covers leveraged finance issuers in the payment and software sectors. Stephane has been with Moody's for over five years. Prior to joining the TMT team, Stephane covered issuers throughout the consumer products and services industries as a Ratings Associate. Stephane has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston University and is a CFA Charterholder.
