With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, he has become a leading expert in credit modelling and risk management. Prior to joining Moody's Analytics, Steve gained extensive experience in various buy and sell-side roles, honing his skills in quantitative analysis and financial markets.

At Moody's Analytics, Steve has led numerous credit modelling engagements with clients in Europe and Africa. He has worked on diverse use cases, such as asset allocation, risk identification, stress testing, regulatory compliance, strategy development, and governance. Steve's expertise also covers climate risk quantification, and he has been actively involved in developing innovative solutions to help clients manage the impact of climate change on their businesses. Antonello Aquino is Managing Director, global co-head for Insurance, Funds and Asset Management, and EMEA Private Credit at Moody’s Ratings. He leads Moody’s analytical team responsible for maintaining credit ratings on insurers, funds, and asset managers in EMEA and North America, as well as private credit entities.

Antonello joined Moody’s in 2008 as a Senior Insurance Analyst, covering major European (re)insurers. Prior to Moody’s, he led the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) rating advisory practice at Credit Suisse in Europe. His earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Analyst in Standard & Poor’s insurance sector, and positions within the FIG M&A teams at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) and ABN AMRO.

He holds an MBA from HEC Paris and is an alumnus of London Business School. He graduated cum laude in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Italy. Antonello is fluent in English, Italian, and French.

Hanna Sundqvist is Head of Private Credit, Europe at Moody’s Analytics. She leads the firm’s private credit strategy across Europe and serves on Moody’s Asset Management Segment Board.

With more than a decade of experience in credit risk and financial markets, Hanna works with asset managers, insurers, banks, and regulators on portfolio risk management, predictive analytics and investment decision-making. She is a frequent speaker and author on private credit, alternative investments, and credit risk.

Prior to her current role, Hanna held senior positions within Moody’s Predictive Analytics business, supporting financial institutions across Europe. Before joining Moody’s, she worked at S&P Global and at Danske Bank.

Craig Abouchar is a member of Barings’ European High Yield Investments Group and the European High Yield Investment Committee. He is also a voting member of the Global High Yield Allocation Committee. He is a lead portfolio manager for the firm’s European High Yield Bond business, and he is responsible for the portfolio management of numerous strategies. Craig has worked in the industry since 1994, and his experience has encompassed a focus on below-investment-grade assets across all investment types and geographic markets. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Craig was Co-CEO, Europe of Castle Hill Asset Management. Prior to Castle Hill, he was a portfolio manager at Ignis Investment Management. Craig was also previously the chairman of the board of directors for the European High Yield Association. Craig earned a B.B.A. in finance from Emory University and an M.B.A in finance and international business from Columbia University.
