Pepa Mori is a Senior Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group. She joined Moody’s in 2008. Since then she has managed a wide portfolio of European issuers, currently having oversight responsibilities for Moody’s banks ratings in Italy and Central Eastern Europe. She is also the lead analyst for Banco Santander.

Prior to joining Moody’s, Ms. Mori worked as a credit analyst in a variety of roles. These include credit research at BBVA, rating European sub-sovereigns and public sector companies at Standard & Poor’s; and financial analysis at BBVA’s asset management division. Ms. Mori holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and MSc in Finance from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF), Madrid (Spain).

Paula Jouandet-Dahlen is a Vice President – Senior Analyst based in Stockholm and is the lead analyst for various banks in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Paula joined Moody’s in April 2024 from AXA Investment Managers in Paris where she was Head of Credit Research, leading a team of credit analysts across Europe covering banks, corporate, sub-sovereign and agency issuers. Prior to AXA IM, Paula spent time at Fortis Investments and Barclays Capital. She holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Gothenburg.

Fabio Iannò is in charge of a portfolio of Italian and dutch banks. 

Prior to joining Moody’s in March 2018, Fabio was a Director at Fitch Ratings in London for 7 years covering Italian banks. Before Fitch Ratings he worked for Deloitte & Touche in New York (2008 - 2009) as Senior Consultant in the Capital Markets division and in Milan (2004 - 2008) in the audit department.

Fabio holds an MBA - Master in Business Administration (SDA Bocconi) and an MSc in International Business (Bocconi University).

Guillaume Lucien-Baugas joined Moody’s in September 2007 and is based in Paris in the Financial Institutions Group where he has responsibilities for rating a number of banks in France and the Benelux. Prior to joining the Financial Institutions Group, he was part of the Structured Finance Group at Moody’s, rating CDO and CLO transactions. 

He started his career in asset management at Eiger Capital Limited in London, where he was a senior credit analyst in the fixed income markets.

Mr. Lucien-Baugas holds a masters degree in Finance and Management from Dauphine University (Paris IX) and a postgraduate certificate in Finance from ESCP Europe. He is a CFA Charterholder.

Anna Sherbakova is a Senior Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group, based in London, where she covers banks in the UK and Norway, as well as non-bank financial institutions. She joined Moody’s in 2011 in New York, where she held lead analytical responsibility for a portfolio of finance companies across multiple sectors, including business development companies (BDCs), consumer and commercial lenders, and leasing firms. Prior to joining Moody’s, Anna worked at a private equity firm focused on middle- market companies, as well as at a buy- side investment firm.

Anna holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSBA from Boston University.

Guy Combot joined Moody’s as Vice President – Senior Analyst with the Financial Institutions Group in September 2018 and is based in our Paris office. He covers a portfolio of French and Italian banks.

Prior to joining Moody’s, Guy worked at CNP Assurances, a leading provider of life insurance in France. After joining CNP Assurances in 1998, he worked in a number of positions including the compliance unit and investment division, before starting his last role as a senior buy-side credit analyst of financial institutions in 2012.

Guy graduated from IPAG Paris Business school with a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and holds an Accounting post-graduate degree from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.

Guy is a Financial Analyst (CIAA / EFFAS), and a member of SFAF(French Society of Financial Analysts).

Guy is a French national and speaks fluent Italian and English.

Vice President -Senior Analyst, Financial Institutions Group, based in Paris. Roland is the sector lead for the French banking system, and covers a portfolio of banks in France and Benelux. Roland joined Moody’s in 2008, and has covered banks in multiple banking systems including France, the UK, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Israel and Norway. He has also been the sector lead for non-bank financial companies across Europe. Roland was involved in the global effort leading to the current global methodology on banks, which includes the introduction of the Loss Given Failure framework -a response to the shift in public policy toward implementation of resolution regimes. Roland started his career at HSBC.

Niclas Boheman, based in Stockholm, serves as Moody’s lead analyst for large banks in the Nordics and also has responsibilities for UK Specialist Banks. His work includes a core focus on cyber risks affecting European banks, complemented by broader analysis of innovation and digitalisation trends within financial services.

Mr Boheman joined Moody’s in 2016, having previously held a number of roles at Svenska Handelsbanken, including as a bank analyst. 

He holds a Degree of Master of Science (One Year) in International Economics from the School of Economics and Management at Lund University.

Daniella Aruina is a Lead Analyst on the Financial Institutions Group team, based in London. She covers UK and Irish banks, building societies and finance companies. Daniella joined Moody’s in 2022 as a Ratings Associate, assisting with ratings of global investment banks, UK banks, finance companies and securities firms. Prior to joining Moody's, Daniella worked as an investment banking analyst at Jefferies. Daniella holds a B.A. degree in Economics from NYU Abu Dhabi.
