Jaime Reusche is a Vice President – Ratings in Moody’s sovereign risk group. He has over 21 years of industry experience. Jaime is responsible for analysis and ratings of Latin American sovereigns. He authors research on developments impacting sovereign credit quality, participates in sovereign rating committees, and is responsible for communicating sovereign risk group views in investor briefings and discussions with policymakers. Previously, he was lead analyst for a portfolio of Central and Eastern European sovereigns in the same group, before refocusing on Latin America.

He had worked as a Director in Fitch Ratings’ sovereigns group covering Latin American credits including Argentina, Chile and Central American countries until 2011. Prior to this, Mr. Reusche held the positions of analyst, associate analyst and senior associate throughout his nearly seven years at the sovereigns group in Moody’s, where he covered Latin American and Eastern European sovereigns, and oversaw data collection for Moody’s semi-annual Country Statistical Handbook.

Lénaïc is an Assistant Vice President in the Sovereign and Sub-Sovereign Group based out of London.

He is responsible for a diverse portfolio ranging from public sector entities such as local governments, social housing providers and emerging market sovereigns. Lénaïc first joined Moody’s in 2019 as a Ratings Associate in the sovereign team.

Prior to joining Moody’s in 2019, Lénaïc worked as a credit risk analyst at JPMorgan, focused on European emerging market companies and spent six months at the French Ministry of Social Affairs, analysing social benefit reforms.

Lénaïc holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay as well as a Bachelor in Sociology from the Sorbonne University.

Aurélien Mali is currently Vice President - Ratings.  He acts as the firm’s expert in Africa. His position is a combined lead analyst and analytical outreach/credit ambassador role. As a member of the Sovereign Risk Group since August 2002, he was involved in Moody’s sovereign ratings in Europe and the Middle East at the beginning of his career. Over the last 8 years, he has been at the forefront of Moody’s growing footprint in Africa. He has been sovereign lead or backup analyst for almost all sovereign issuers and multilateral development banks we rate in Africa. Aurelien was relocated to our Dubai office early 2013 from our London office. Aurelien manages a research programme that supports the development of Moody’s reputation for analytical insight and excellence. He also assumes a greater role in participating in regular Moody’s and third-party conferences on the continent, Africa-related investor briefings, and undertaking analytical outreach to inform and explain Moody’s credit judgments. Aurelien also supports other Moody’s franchises using his unique experience and visibility across multiple sectors and asset classes in the region. Finally, he remains the lead/backup sovereign analyst for few countries including Nigeria, Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Angola and South Africa. Aurélien holds a BSc in Economics and a postgraduate degree (DEA) in Money, Finance and Banking from the Panthéon-Sorbonne University in Paris.

Matthieu Collette est Vice President-Analyste Senior au sein du Sovereign Risk Group de Moody’s Ratings et couvre un portefeuille composé d’emprunteurs publics locaux et de banques multilatérales de développement. Avant de rejoindre Moody’s, Matthieu était responsable des études économiques et financières de Finance Active-Altus Group, l’un des leaders français de la fintech. Matthieu a également été Senior advisor pour Cités et Gouvernements Locaux Unis (CGLU) et Régions de France. Tout au long de sa carrière, Matthieu a enseigné dans diverses institutions, notamment à l’Institut National des Etudes Territoriales (INET) et à l’Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Santé Publique (EHESP), ainsi qu’au Campus-AFD (Groupe Agence Française de Développement) et à l’Université de Strasbourg. Matthieu est titulaire d’un Master de l’Université de Paris 2, où il a débuté sa carrière dans l’enseignement et la recherche en économie financière.
