Vanessa is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in the Funds & Asset Management group, based in Paris. She joined Moody’s in 1998. She is Team Leader in EMEA and Asia Pacific, responsible for ratings and research in the asset management industry and fund finance. Vanessa holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from University Laval of Quebec, Canada and is also graduate from EDHEC (Ecole de Hautes Etudes Commerciales du Nord), a French Business School. She holds a SFAF diploma (i.e. the French equivalent to the CFA).

Alexandra serves as a lead analyst for financial institutions in EMEA, including asset managers, insurance brokers, insurance companies and funds. She joined Moody's in 2013 after two years of experience in the banking sector. 

Alexandra holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Manchester Business School, and BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia, Greece.

Daniel Marty is in charge of the development of fundamental methodologies, including for sovereigns, banks, asset managers and non-financial corporates. Prior to assuming that position, Daniel was a lead analyst in charge of a portfolio of regional and local governments as well as government-related issuers in France and Belgium. Daniel also worked in Moody’s sovereign team covering a range of European countries. He has been based in London, New York and more recently Paris. Daniel holds a Master in Management from ESCP Europe in Paris and speaks French, English and Spanish.

Javier Hevia is a Vice President-Senior Credit Officer in the European Structured Credit Surveillance team where he works on the monitoring of CLOs, Project Finance CDOs and Esoteric transactions. Prior to his surveillance role in Moody’s Javier spent five years in the primary team assessing the credit risk of a broad array of structured credit transactions in Europe with special focus in the Spanish securitization market. Javier has published extensive research on CLO sector developments. 

Prior to joining Moody’s in 2007, Javier worked for three years in JPMorgan in London advising corporates, insurance companies and pension funds on strategic risk management, asset-liability management and longevity risk. Previously he worked for the Central Bank of Costa Rica and for a Costa Rican bank. 

Mr. Hevia holds a Bsc. in Economics (honors) from the University of Costa Rica and Masters degree in Finance (honors) from RSM Erasmus University in the Netherlands.
