Chen Huang is an Executive Director - Ratings within Moody’s Financial Institutions Group. Based in Hong Kong, she manages teams of analysts covering the ratings and research of Asia ex-Japan insurers, Chinese and Mongolian banks. Chen joined Moody's in December 2020 as a Senior Vice President from Autonomous Research/Sanford C. Bernstein, where she primarily covered Chinese banks as a partner before moving to her most recent position as a consultant in China macrofinancial research. Previously, she worked at CLSA (now CITIC CLSA) as a senior analyst covering Chinese banks and non-bank financial institutions. Earlier in her career, she worked as a senior auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and had a brief stint at Caijing Magazine (now Caixin).Chen received her Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University in the U.S and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics in China. 

Frank Yuen is a Senior Vice President–Ratings for the Financial Institutions Group in Asia. Based in Hong Kong, he is the Lead Analyst for major insurers in Asia Pacific, including China, Hong Kong, Singapore and other parts of the region. 

Frank is also responsible for coordinating insurance research and outreach conference across Asia Pacific, and actively represents Moody’s to regulators, investors and the media on analytical and methodological views. 

Before joining Moody’s in early 2016, Frank was an associate director of equity research covering APAC banks and insurers at two international banks. Frank began his career as a management trainee at a multinational bank, where he worked in the bank’s assets and liabilities management (ALM), transaction banking and operations division. He also received training as an actuarial analyst before graduation. 

Frank graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in Actuarial Science, and is a CFA charterholder.

Juwon Lee is Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group. Based in Hong Kong SAR, China, she covers a portfolio of Korean financial institutions including banks, securities companies, finance companies, and insurance companies. Juwon is also a Digital Champion at Moody’s and has presented Moody’s digital initiatives at industry conferences and authored research on digital asset regulation.

Juwon joined Moody’s in February 2022, covering Korean and Mongolian financial institutions. Prior to joining Moody’s, she worked at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ), where she covered Korean financial institutions and Japanese banks. Before ANZ, Juwon was an equity analyst at Macquarie Securities Korea Limited, covering Korea’s shipbuilding, machinery, and logistics sectors, and received the Reuters-JoongAng StarMine Analyst Award for her work. She also held positions at MUFG Bank and Hyundai Oilbank.

Juwon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ewha WomansUniversity.
