Orlie Prince is an Executive Director for the Eastern Local Governments Ratings Team. She manages a team of analysts covering credits in Alabama, Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. Orlie is a rating committee chairperson, she leads the Cyber Security Risk Task Force for the Public Finance Group, and serves as the lead on the State Aid Intercept Programs.
Prior to rejoining Moody’s, Orlie conducted extensive community service. During her initial tenure with Moody’s, Orlie was a Senior Vice President and Manager of the Southeast Regional Ratings Team. Orlie holds an MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a BA in Political Science and Communications from SUNY Albany.
Cintia Nazima is a Vice President - Senior Analyst in the Global Project and Infrastructure Finance team in Moody’s Ratings (MIS), based in New York. Cintia’s portfolio includes US toll roads, airports, public power issuers, project finance and power projects. Cintia joined the team in New York in 2019 having previously worked as an associate analyst in the Public, Project and Infrastructure Finance team based in Sao Paulo office from 2014 to 2017. During her time in Sao Paulo Cintia worked on the portfolio monitoring, research and outreach activities related to a broad portfolio consisting of toll roads, utilities, water and sanitation, project finance and power projects and was the back-up analyst for the entire sub-sovereign portfolio in Brazil.
Being passionate about diversity and inclusion, Cintia has been actively involved as a member of the NY Multicultural ERG since 2019. She is the co-lead of the Professional Development Subcommittee where she manages the Active Language Studio, a program that offers Moody’s employees the opportunity to learn or improve their skills to communicate in a particular language, and other training focused on providing employees with continued development opportunities.
Prior to joining Moody’s in New York, Cintia was a senior credit analyst at XP Investimentos where she was responsible for the coverage of the entire Brazilian infrastructure portfolio.
Matthew Cahill is an Analyst in the Healthcare Ratings Group. He is a lead analyst for ratings of not-for-profit hospitals and healthcare systems across the US with a concentration in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, and Texas.
Prior to joining the Healthcare Ratings Team, Matthew held multiple Financial Planning and Analysis roles, both within and outside the organization. Matthew received his B.S in Finance from Villanova University and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst Designation in 2019.
Gregory covers a broad and complex portfolio of credits across Pennsylvania, Alabama and Tennessee, with particular expertise in distressed and transitional credits across the K 12 and municipal utility sectors. He chairs Moody’s Ratings Public, Project, and Infrastructure Finance (PPIF) Digital Economy Task Force, and has authored influential research on emerging risks and opportunities, including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital finance.
Prior to joining Moody's, Gregory managed a portfolio of hedged energy disbursements for a boutique energy procurement and management firm working with third party real estate management companies. He also worked as a Constituent Relations Representative for the New York State Senate. Gregory holds a Master of Arts in Economics from University at Buffalo, the State University of New York, where he also completed his undergraduate studies.
Sanjay Motwani is an Assistant Vice President for the Higher Education and Not-for-Profits Ratings Team. He covers a broad portfolio of public and private colleges, universities, and prominent not-for-profit organizations across the United States. Sanjay also serves on Moody's Cybersecurity working group. He has authored numerous publications analyzing federal policy proposals, legislative actions, credit trends, market dynamics, and cybersecurity risks impacting the Higher Education sector.
Prior to joining the team, Sanjay held various audit and risk management roles at Moody's, New York University and Chubb Limited. He earned an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BS from Rutgers University in Finance and Economics.
