Q: How do I register for Moody's Analytics Ag Day 2021? 

A: Click on the "Register" button on the event homepage. It will direct you to create a Moody's Live Events account. Enter your personal information and create a unique password to create your account. If you already have a Moody's Live Events account, sign-in and confirm your registration. 

Q: Will sessions from Moody's Analytics Ag Day 2021 be recorded? 

A: If you are registered for Moody's Analytics Ag Day 2021, you will have access to select presentation recordings. We do recommend joining for the live experience, Q&A, and ability to engage with industry experts and other participants.

Q: Will Moody's Analytics Ag Day 2021 conference presentations be available? 

A: Select sessions will be available on-demand, including presentations in PDF format, and will be located on the platform at the conclusion of the conference. An email communication will be sent to registrants at the conclusion of the event advising you of their availability. Be advised that Q&A will not be captured in the recording, therefore it is important that you attend the live event in order to hear this valuable content.

Q: What settings are recommended to get the most out of the platform and Moody's Analytics Ag Day 2021? 

A: The hub uses modern browser technologies and is best experienced using Google Chrome or the latest Microsoft Edge (Version 86.0 or above).

Some other tips and tricks to get the best experience from the hub during live events, are below:

  • If you are using your VPN, please disable this during the live event for a better customer experience.
  • Reduce your bandwidth, close any background applications that rely on internet access. The fewer applications open, the greater the connection for the hub.

Q: I cannot register/get an error when registering:

A: The hub is restricted to business organizations and there are certain blocks to prevent access to restricted domains, including personal emails. If you would like to use your personal email on the account, we will need to register you directly on the site after verifying you. You can email us directly (ideally from your business domain) with your request.

If the site says you already have an account with the hub, please use the Forgotten password advice below or email us.

Q: I have forgotten my Moody's Events Live account password: 

A: There are 2 ways to reset your password.

  1. Find your event confirmation email, which contains your unique link to the site. Once you click that link it will take you to the site and log you in. In the top right corner, you should see your name. Click Profile > Password and reset your password.
  2. Click Forgotten Password and enter your email. The hub will send you an email prompting you to change your password. Depending on your security setting, the email may drop into your spam folder. Please look into your spam and mark the site as a safe sender.

Q: I registered but have not received a confirmation email: 

A: Please check your spam folder and mark the site as a safe sender, this will prevent the issue from happening in the future. If you do not see it in your Spam folder, please email us and we can confirm your registration for you. 

Q: Does the site work on mobile and tablet?

A: Yes. If you have issues with your work laptop, the site does operate on mobile and tablet.
