Jacintha Poh is an Associate Managing Director for the Corporate Finance Group at Moody's, based in Singapore. She leads a team of analysts who are responsible for Moody's nonfinancial corporate ratings and research in the South and Southeast Asia region.

Jacintha joined Moody's in 2012 taking several Lead Analyst roles, where she demonstrated her ability to execute complex analyses across a diverse range of sectors, including real estate, hospitality, and investment holding companies.

Before joining Moody's, Jacintha worked for Lion Global Investors, where she served as a Credit Analyst on the Fixed Income team. Jacintha holds an honors BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of London.

Saranga Ranasinghe is a Vice President - Senior Analyst in the Moody’s Corporate Finance Group, based in Sydney. She covers mainly the Australian Real Estate Investment Trusts (A-REITs) and corporates in the construction and building products sector. Saranga was also based in the Singapore office covering the property developers, IT companies and real estate investment trusts in South East Asia.

Saranga moved back to Sydney in mid-2019, following 3 years in Singapore. 

Prior to moving to Singapore she spent 7 years in Sydney covering mostly natural resources companies. Prior to joining Moody’s, Saranga spent 5 years as a credit analyst in Sri Lanka. 

Saranga is a CFA charter holder. She also holds a Bachelor of Business (Hons) from the University of Wisconsin - Superior in the U.S

Stephanie Lau is a Vice President–Senior Credit Officer for the Corporate FinanceGroup in Asia. Based in Hong Kong, she covers mainly a portfolio of Hong Kong property companies. She has also covered other non-property sectors, including gaming, education, manufacturing, and logistics.  

Stephanie has over fifteen years of experience as an equity research analyst. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2015, Stephanie was a Vice President at Mirae AssetSecurities in Hong Kong, where she was the Lead Analyst for the China property sector. 

Stephanie has also worked as a sell-side equity analyst at MainFirst Securities in Hong Kong, CLSA Asia Pacific Markets in Shanghai, and Lehman Brothers in New York. 

Stephanie holds an MA from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced InternationalStudies at Johns Hopkins University, where she specialized in China Studies and International Economics. She also holds a BA in International Studies from JohnsHopkins University.

Alfred Hui is an Analyst in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Based in Hong Kong, he primary covers China property developers.

Prior to joining Moody’s, Alfred was an Analyst in the Syndicated Finance division of Aozora Asia Pacific Finance Limited. He has also worked for J.P. Morgan in the Asia Credit Research team. 

Alfred holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Yu Sheng Tay is an Assistant Vice President - Analyst based in Singapore with Moody’s Corporate Finance Group.

He covers a portfolio of companies in Southeast Asia across the real estate, palm oil, consumer products, and technology sectors.

Yu Sheng joined Moody’s in 2018 as an Associate Analyst. Prior to joining Moody’s, he worked as a credit analyst in a financial institution.

Yu Sheng holds a postgraduate degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
