closeDirk is an Vice President-Senior Analyst in the Corporate Finance Group at Moody’s Ratings, covering a portfolio of technology companies including software and semiconductor industries. Dirk joined Moody’s in 2019 from SEB AB in Frankfurt, where he was a Senior Credit Analyst covering customers in various industries including LBOs, project finance and corporate finance. Prior to that Dirk was heading the Financial Institutions Account Management department and has further experience in Trading Capital Markets as Execution Desk for institutional clients as well client relationship management. Dirk graduated from Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg with a Bachelor’s Degree and holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.
Luigi Bucci is a Vice President – Senior Analyst, in the EMEA Corporate Finance Group, based in London.
Luigi joined Moody’s in 2014 and is part of the European Telecoms team. Prior to his current role, Luigi was the lead analyst for a number of software names in the leverage finance space.
Luigi holds a Management degree from the University of Bristol. Prior to joining Moody’s, Luigi covered a number of roles within the automotive sector.
Fabrizio Marchesi joined Moody’s in January 2019 where he is the Lead Analyst for a portfolio of companies operating in the technology industry. Prior to joining Moody’s, Fabrizio was a Senior Analyst at PGIM where he covered a diverse portfolio of high yield credits across the cable, telecom and technology industries as well as in the chemicals, oil & gas and transport sectors. He started his career in leveraged finance in the Leveraged Debt Origination team at Deutsche Bank in London in 2001. Prior to this he worked in derivatives risk management at CIBC World Markets and corporate finance at Scotiabank in Toronto, Canada. Fabrizio holds an M.Sc. in Finance from the London Business School as well as M.A. and B.A. degrees in Economics from the University of Toronto.
Jeanine Arnold oversees the Moody's EMEA Leveraged Finance franchise and co-ordinates Leveraged Finance globally. She is part of the Corporate Finance Group (CFG) and Moody's Global Private Credit team with responsibility for EMEA corporates based in London.
Jeanine's primary responsibility is for ratings consistency and accuracy of leveraged finance issuer ratings across EMEA and in collaboration with other regions. She also has responsibility for leveraged finance research and thought leadership as well as investor, banking and private equity outreach. She heads up the Global Leveraged Finance Data and Analytics strategy, which underpins Moody’s research and outreach initiatives.
Prior to Jeanine's current role, she led the Paris-based CFG team, which was responsible for a wide range of credits across the healthcare, retail, transportation, IT, gaming and business and consumer services industries.
During her time at Moody’s Jeanine has been a lead analyst for European Airlines and Aerospace and Defense companies as well as investment holding companies, manufacturing and semiconductor companies.
Prior to joining Moody’s Jeanine was a Director at Fitch Ratings based in London, specializing in the rating of transportation names across Europe, the CIS and Middle East, including Rail, Airlines, Shipping and Ports. Prior to this, she worked in the credit risk management and investment banking teams of Bank of America Merrill Lynch as well as RBS, where she managed credit finance transactions for European Industrials within the Automotive, Chemical and Manufacturing sectors.
Jeanine qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2006 from Ernst and Young in London and has a Joint Honors degree in French and German from the University of Nottingham.
