closeSebastien is part of the EMEA Corporate Finance Group based in Poland. His current portfolio focuses on oil and chemical companies. Until 2022, Sebastien was based in London covering European telecommunications and media issuers and prior to that was responsible for a portfolio of mainly European high yield issuers operating in industries including payment solutions, business and consumer services, equipment and transportation rental services, and retail.
Prior to re-joining Moody’s in 2011, Sebastien was an analyst within the credit team at LGT Capital Partners (fund of hedge funds based in Switzerland), where he monitored a portfolio of investments in distressed credit/special situations hedge funds.
Ernesto Bisagno is a Vice President – Sr Credit Officer in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Ernesto is the EMEA tobacco analyst and also covers the EMEA food, consumer goods and retail sectors.
Ernesto joined Moody’s in June 2014 with an extensive professional experience in risk management and credit analysis in several leading financial institutions in the UK and Italy, most recently with Citigroup and UBS where he covered energy, metals, mining and chemicals across Western Europe and the UK.
Ernesto was also a senior auditor with PWC earlier in his career. Ernesto holds an Economics degree from Università degli Studi di Genova and is also a CFA Charter Holder.
Gunjan Dixit is Senior Vice President –Head of Strategy & Business Management for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region at Moody’s Ratings, based in London.
In this role, Gunjan works in close partnership with the EMEA leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational effectiveness, and foster cross-functional collaboration. Her focus is on aligning regional priorities with Moody’s Ratings’ global objectives and supporting the continued evolution of the business across EMEA.
Before stepping into her current role in June 2025, Gunjan spent nearly two decades in Moody’s EMEA Corporate Finance Group (CFG), where she developed deep expertise in both high-yield and investment-grade credit. As a seasoned lead analyst, she covered a wide range of industry sectors, authored influential research, contributed to the development of rating methodologies, and played a pivotal role in advancing several strategic initiatives such as ESG integration and process innovation. She also served as an established Ratings Committee Chair, known for her analytical rigor, collaborative leadership, and ability to navigate complex challenges.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Gunjan was Manager of Corporate Credit Operations at the Export-Import Bank of India in Mumbai. She holds an MSc in International Finance and Investments from London, where she received the Outstanding Student Award. She is also a Gold Medalist in her MBA and a Chancellor’s Medal recipient in her B.Com, both completed in India.
Agustin Alberti is a Vice President – Senior Analyst in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group based in Madrid. He is responsible for a portfolio of high profile issuers in the TMT sector.
Agustin joined Moody’s in December 2018. Prior to joining Moody’s Agustin worked for 8 years for BBVA as a TMT buy side analyst and portfolio manager. Previously, he was a TMT sell side analyst for Banco Sabadell for 3 years, and head of investor relations for Tecnocom for 2 years.
Agustin has a degree in Business Administration from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF) in Madrid and a degree in Philosophy from UPRA (Rome). Agustin is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English, French and Italian.
Carlos Winzer is a Senior Vice President at Moody’s Ratings where he heads up the European telecommunications team in the Corporate Finance Group. Mr. Winzer joined Moody´s New York in 1992. After spending two years at Moody’s office in NY and eight years in London, he relocated to the Madrid office in 2002. He joined Moody’s from Citibank NA, where he was Corporate Bank Risk Manager and Relationship Officer in Corporate Finance. Mr. Winzer holds a graduate degree in economics and business administration from CUNEF (Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros in Madrid). In addition, he holds a postgraduate degree in business administration from Guildhall University in London. Mr. Winzer is a professor at ICADE business school and IEB MBA program in Madrid.
