John Clark leads product for Property Intelligence at Moody's Insurance Solutions, delivering AI-powered insights for underwriting and portfolio management. He brings over 15 years of experience building software and data products grounded in geospatial analytics. Before Moody's acquisition of CAPE Analytics in January 2025, John led CAPE’s product team, scaling next-generation property intelligence solutions for insurers and property stakeholders. Earlier in his career, he conducted applied remote-sensing research at Carnegie Science, led data product management at Skybox, and built satellite-powered data products at Google. John holds a BA and MS from Stanford University.
Alisha Fazo is the lead Application Product Manager for the Intelligent Risk Platform cat modeling applications, Risk Modeler and new primary underwriting application. Alisha brings more than 10 years of experience managing software application product pipelines across private and public sectors to Moody's RMS. Alisha oversaw operations for robotic engineering projects at NASA and was instrumental in designing Kaiser Permanente’s IT Clinical Call Center application. She holds a master’s degree in Information Systems and bachelor’s in Economics from Santa Clara University.
Maurizio’s main passion is about designing and developing innovative solutions to improve Cat risk modeling practices and customer experience. He is the team coach of about ten senior Product Managers responsible for the success of all Moody’s RMS core climate models, spanning Wind, Flood, Wildfire and Severe Convective Storm. Prior to this, Maurizio had different leadership roles at RMS and SCOR where he led Cat Research and Development. Maurizio holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin and a PhD in Hydrology from ETH Zurich.
