| Iuliia Shustikova is a Product Manager overseeing the Australia Bushfire HD Model, as well as typhoon models for the Philippines, South Korea, and Taiwan. Previously, she worked at WTW in the strategic risk consulting group as a senior associate, where she was in charge of a wide array of natural catastrophe modeling and risk engineering projects. As a part of her education, Iuliia was a fellow of Marie Skłodowska-Curie European Training Network and obtained her doctorate in hydraulic engineering from the University of Bologna, where she worked on large-scale flood modeling solutions and levee-breach scenarios. Her master’s degree from Kiel University was focused on flood risk assessment in coastal areas and environmental management. |
