Graeme Knowd is a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group based in Singapore. He manages a team of analysts in Japan and Singapore.The team has responsibility for rating financial institutions, including banks, securities firms and other non-bank financial institutions in North Asia (ex-Greater China) , South and South East Asia. Graeme has analyzed financial institutions globally for more than 20 years.
Before joining Moody’s, Graeme worked as a sell-side equity analyst at CLSA and Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, Graeme worked for The Bank for International Settlements, where he was involved in risk management and regularly conducted training for central banks throughout the world, particularly in Latin America. He has also worked for other leading financial institutions, such as UBS and S&P, and began his career at the Bank of England. He has worked in London, Switzerland, Tokyo and Singapore.
Graeme has Master’s degrees from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and Kobe University, where he studied Economics.

Ms. Gayares is the Chief Risk Officer of the BPI Group of Companies and Head of its Risk Management Office since January 2018. As Chief Risk Officer, she is primarily responsible for the overall management of the BPI Group’s enterprise risks and provides executive and strategic risk support to the Bank’s Board of Directors, through the Risk Management Committee (RMC), in fulfilling its risk management function and ensuring that the Bank has an established, sound, and robust enterprise risk management (ERM) framework.
Prior to her appointment as the Chief Risk Officer, Ms. Gayares served as BPI’s Chief Compliance Officer from 2012 to 2017 where she was instrumental in transforming the Bank’s compliance, anti-money laundering, corporate governance, and data privacy frameworks, methods, and processes, and helping the Bank become one of the leading financial institutions in the Philippine banking industry in the areas of governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC).
Ms. Gayares joined BPI in 2000 as part of the merger with Far East Bank and Trust Company. Aside from heading Risk Management and Compliance in BPI, her work experience covered career stints in the areas of Corporate Banking, Credit and Transaction Banking, Loans Operations, Project Management, IT Systems, and Financial Control.
Ms. Gayares is a graduate of the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and completed her Master’s degree in Business Administration (major in Finance and Investments) at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

- 24 years of experience at Citibank/Citigroup as Senior Executive in risk management function, based in 7 countries in Asia (Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong and the Philippines), Europe (Germany, United Kingdom) and the U.S.A. (New York).
- His last role at Citibank/Citigroup in New York City was Managing Director - Risk Management, responsible for the oversight of North America Credit Cards & Private Label Cards businesses (U.S. & Canada) and unsecured credit portfolios at 13 countries in the Asia Pacific region.
- When he was based in London, U.K., he was Managing Director – Risk Management, responsible for the oversight of the consumer banking credit in 11 countries in Central/Eastern Europe and the Middle East Africa regions
- He joined Citibank Indonesia as a Management Associate in 1990 upon graduation from the University of Texas at Austin, U.S.A. (Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering and MBA in Information Systems Management with merit scholarship from IBM).
Mr. Manop has been appointed Chief Finance & Strategy Officer of SCB X PCL. since April 2022 and has extensively involved in formulating strategy for the new group structure. He had been Chief Financial Officer of Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) from June 2020 to December 2022.
Prior to taking on the CFO role, Mr. Manop had been taking a leadership role as Head of International Banking Business/China Business to develop regional banking platforms for SCB especially in China, Myanmar, and Cambodia. Under his leadership, SCB was the only Thai bank to receive “Best Local Bank in Asean for Belt & Road Award” from Asia Money for 3 consecutive years in 2017-2019 and “Best Belt & Road Bank for Thailand Award” from Finance Asia in 2018.
Before joining SCB, Mr. Manop served as Head of China A-share Research at CLSA Shanghai/Hong Kong, specializing in China macro strategy and infrastructure sector investment during 2004-2012. Prior to that, he worked at the Thai Ministry of Finance responsible for state-owned enterprise development policies.
Mr. Manop earned his MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University, USA under the Royal Thai Government scholarship and BA in Accounting Information Systems from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. He is a certified public accountant (Thailand) and was part-time lecturers at Chulalongkorn University and Fudan University (Shanghai). In 2018, Mr. Manop was awarded “Thai Government Scholar Rising Star Award” from the Royal Thai Government.
Mr. Dmytro Kolechko has over 15 years of professional experience at C-level positions in Risk Management and Executive Boards of international banks and financial companies in Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vietnam. Since 2015 he is the Chief Risk Officer at Vietnam Prosperity Bank (VP Bank).
VPBank was the first bank in Vietnam to be awarded regionally for the Achievement in Enterprise risk management in 2021 and the Achievement in Liquidity risk management in 2020 by The Asian Banker.
Mr. Dmytro Kolechko holds PhD, the areas of his research and scientific interests are (a) winning strategies in global business architectonics, and (b) mathematical behavioral modelling of retail customers, private entrepreneurs, and SMEs.
