Zhao Zhihong, who holds PhD in management from Dalian University of Technology, is a senior economist, and an expert entitled to special government allowance. Zhao is also a director of the Northern Finance Institute of (NFI). He had worked for China Construction Bank for a long time before, and now serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of China Bohai Bank Co., Ltd. He has published seven monographs, including "Comprehensive Risk Management System of Banks", "Banking Product Factory - Evaluation and Analysis of Innovation Capability", "Real Time Smart Bank", "Lean Banking Services - Customer Experience Wins", "Banking Technology - Building Intelligent Financial Value Network", "Agile Bank – Metamorphosis of Financial Supply Aspect" and "Comprehensive Risk Management of Future Banks".

Geng XIAO is Professor of Practice at the Chinese University of Hong Kong at Shenzhen, where he is Director of the Institute of Policy and Practice at the Shenzhen Finance Institute. Professor Xiao is also Chairman of the Hong Kong Institution for International Finance. Before joining Shenzhen Finance Institute, Geng Xiao is Professor of Practice in Finance at Peking University HSBC Business School, Director of the Research Institute of Maritime Silk-road, and Deputy Director of PHBS Think-tank. Professor Xiao was previously Professor of Practice in Finance and Public Policy at the University of Hong Kong, Vice President of the Fung Global Institute, Director of the Columbia University Global Center in Beijing, Founding Director of the Brookings-Tsinghua Center for Public Policy, Senior Fellow of the Brookings Institution, Head of Research and Advisor to Chairman at Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, and Consultant for the World Bank and UNDP. He graduated from University of Science and Technology of China and received Ph.D. in Economics from University of California at Los Angeles.

Mr. Lian is a distinguished expert of Price Monitoring Center of National Development and Reform Commission, founding member of the China Financial Forum, the president  of the China Chief Economist Forum, Deputy Director of the Chief Economist Committee of the Asian Financial Think Tank, Shanghai Municipal Government decision-making consultation expert, and Chief Economist of the Bank of Communications from 2007 to 2019. Mr. Lian is entitled to State Council’s special government allowance,  and was invited to expert panels chaired by CCP General Secretary and often invited to expert and entrepreneur seminars chaired by the Premier of the State Council (five times).

Mr Lian’s primary research interests are in macroeconomic operation and policy, international finance and commercial banking. He has published more than 600articles and 18 books, managed and completed over 30 research projects at the provincial and national level. His monograph “Interest Rate Liberalization: What Will be Dominant?" won the special prize at the 2016 Development and Research Distinctive Achievement Award of China Banking Industry. Another monograph "Research on China's Financial Holding Companies in the New Era" topped the list of Sina Finance’s comprehensive selection of the top 10 financial books for banking sector in 2019.

Chen Huang is an Associate Managing Director within Moody’s Financial Institutions Group. Based in Hong Kong, she manages teams of analysts covering the ratings and research of Asian insurers and Chinese banks. Chen joined Moody's in December 2020 as a Senior Vice President from Autonomous Research/Sanford C. Bernstein, where she primarily covered Chinese banks as a partner before moving to her most recent position as a consultant in China macrofinancial research. Previously, she worked at CLSA (now CITIC CLSA) as a senior analyst covering Chinese banks and non-bank financial institutions. Earlier in her career, she worked as a senior auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and had a brief stint at Caijing Magazine (now Caixin).Chen received her Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University in the U.S and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics in China. 

Yulia Wan is a Vice President, Senior Analyst with Moody’s Financial Institutions Group in Asia. Based in Shanghai, she is responsible for a portfolio of banks in Mainland China.

Yulia has over 10 years’ experience in researching and analyzing Chinese financial institutions, including through roles at Accenture Co, Ltd in Shanghai, Xinhua Finance and Royal Bank of Canada.

Yulia got Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2003. She holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, and a BA and MA from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing.
