Graeme Knowd is a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group based in Singapore. He manages a team of analysts in Japan and Singapore.The team has responsibility for rating financial institutions, including banks, securities firms and other non-bank financial institutions in North Asia (ex-Greater China) , South and South East Asia. Graeme has analyzed financial institutions globally for more than 20 years.

Before joining Moody’s, Graeme worked as a sell-side equity analyst at CLSA and Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, Graeme worked for The Bank for International Settlements, where he was involved in risk management and regularly conducted training for central banks throughout the world, particularly in Latin America. He has also worked for other leading financial institutions, such as UBS and S&P, and began his career at the Bank of England. He has worked in London, Switzerland, Tokyo and Singapore.

Graeme has Master’s degrees from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and Kobe University, where he studied Economics.

Mr. Amitabh Chaudhry is currently the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Axis Bank. Under his leadership, Axis Bank is undergoing a well-outlined multi-year transformation program, which is expected to catapult the bank to a premier financial institution of the country.

Before joining the Bank, Mr. Chaudhry had a long and successful stint of nine years at HDFC Life. Under his leadership, HDFC Life emerged as the finest, most technology savvy brand in the insurance space and today, it is one of India’s largest private life insurers.

Prior to HDFC Life, Mr. Chaudhry was the Managing Director & CEO of Infosys BPO and Head of the testing unit of Infosys Technologies Ltd. He was instrumental in building the BPO right from its inception and was later credited for making it an extremely profitable business, having presence across seven countries. He started his career with Bank of America in 1987 and played diverse roles such as Head of Technology Investment Banking for Asia, Regional Finance Head for Wholesale Banking and Global Markets, Chief Finance Officer of Bank of America (India) and Relationship Manager in Wholesale Banking for Mumbai and Delhi. He moved to Credit Lyonnais Securities in 2001as Head of Structured Finance practice and then also took over as the Head of Investment Banking franchise for South East Asia, before joining Infosys BPO in 2003.

Mr. Chaudhry is currently the Chair of the FICCI Committee on Banking. He has also served as Director on the Board of several reputed organizations and has received numerous awards and recognitions.

Mr. Umesh Govind Revankar holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Mangalore University and MBA in Finance.

He has attended Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Mr. Revankar started his career with Shriram Group as an Executive Trainee in the year 1987.

He is with Shriram group for the last 34 years and possesses extensive experience in the financial services industry.

During his stint with the Shriram Group, he has shouldered various responsibilities and worked in several key roles of business operations.

Alka Anbarasu is an Associate Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group in Asia. Based in Singapore, Alka is responsible for Moody's analytical teams covering ratings and research on banks, insurance companies, and non-bank financial institutions in Japan, ASEAN and Indian Sub-continent. Alka also coordinates the Global Financial Institution Group's efforts on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) scoring and research. Alka is a regular speaker at Moody's market briefings, external conferences podcasts and broadcast media. She is very active in promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives and is a passionate impact leader for Moody's Community Impact initiatives in Asia.

Srikanth Vadlamani is a Vice President – Group Credit Officer, APAC Banking for the Financial Institutions Group in Asia. Based in Singapore, he is primarily responsible for the credit ratings of banks and finance companies in India, Indonesia and Sri Lanka.

Prior to joining Moody’s, he was a Director in Daiwa Securities’ research department in Singapore, where he was responsible for the coverage of banks in the ASEAN region. He has also worked for other investment banks, including J.P. Morgan, Lehman Brothers and Nomura, where he covered banks and other financial institutions in India, Southeast Asia and emerging Europe.

Srikanth holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, majoring in Finance and Economics.
