Meena is the Senior Advisor for Asia-Pacific Financial Services Regulatory Affairs at EY in Hong Kong. She joined EY in 2018 with more than 22 years of experience in the Hong Kong Monetary Authority including as Executive Director responsible for Enforcement and Anti Money Laundering / Counter Terrorist Financing Supervision and prior to that as founding head of Banking Conduct Department. She started her career with the central bank in 1995 as a senior counsel specializing in advising the various banking departments.

Meena specializes in advising financial institutions on a wide range of regulatory issues particularly those related to conduct and culture as well as leveraging on technology to manage their conduct, compliance, and financial crime risks. She has sound understanding of relevant regulations, industry practice and regulators’ expectations and is experienced in leading advisory projects on internal control failings as well as diagnosing regulatory issues and providing necessary training to senior management of banks.

Ser-Jin Lee is the Head of Compliance and Government Relations for Grab Financial Group (GFG). With over a decade of financial markets, regulatory compliance and financial centre development experience, he leads a regional team responsible for GFG’s compliance with financial regulations and for public affairs in the financial regulatory sphere.

Prior to joining Grab in 2018, Ser-Jin held a variety of positions with Singapore’s central bank, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). At the MAS, he was responsible for growing the central bank’s network with Asia Pacific and Middle East central banks and he also led the MAS’ New York Office.

Ser-Jin holds postgraduate and bachelor degrees from the London School of Economics and the University of Chicago respectively.

Robin Hui Huang is Professor (senior level) at the Faculty of Law, Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of New South Wales, Li Ka Shing Visiting Professor of Law at McGill University, Honorary Professor at East China University of Political Science and Law, and Guest Professor at China University of Political Science and Law. He is Specially-Invited Research Fellow of the Supreme People’s Court of PRC and Expert Advisor of Shanghai Financial Court. He has acted as a Chinese law expert in international litigations and serves as an arbitrator in China and overseas. He also serves as Independent Non-executive Director of China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited, which is listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Professor Huang is a leading expert in corporate and financial law with a focus on Chinese and comparative issues. He has had about 120 publications, including 10 books and many papers in premier publishing houses and top journals in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Germany, Israel, Hong Kong, Mainland China, and elsewhere. He has recently published a book with Cambridge University Press, titled "Fintech Regulation in China: Principles, Policies and Practices.

Tae Jong Ok is a Vice President - Senior Analyst with Moody’s Financial Institutions Group. Based in Hong Kong, he is responsible for Moody’s portfolio of banks, securities firms and card companies in Korea and Mongolia.

Before joining Moody’s, Tae Jong worked for CIMB for four years in Seoul, as anequity analyst covering Korean internet and game sectors.He has also worked in Korea for Nomura and RBS for three years in Seoul, as aresearch associate covering Korean banks, insurance, securities firms and card companies.

Tae Jong holds a BA in Business Administration from the Seoul National University.

Patrick Winsbury is the Associate Managing Director of Moody’s Corporate Finance and Financial Institutions Groups in Sydney, covering the Australian and New Zealand markets. Patrick moved to Sydney in 2006, following postings in New York and Singapore with Moody’s Financial Institutions Group. He served as the Representative Director for Moody’s Singapore office from 1995-1999, having previously worked in Moody’s Hong Kong and London offices.

Patrick holds a Masters degree from the Cranfield School of Management, a B.A.in European Studies from the University of Bath and a Mineur from l’Université deMontréal.
