Yasuko has lead responsibility over a portfolio of French, Dutch and Belgian Banks. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2011, Yasuko spent ten years at Societe Generale Asset Management (SGAM), the last seven of which as a buy side credit analyst covering financial institutions. Prior to this, she worked for seven years as a financial auditor with Ernst & Young in Paris.
Yasuko is graduate of Ecole Superieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC) in France. Yasuko is also a CFA charterholder.
Guillaume Lucien-Baugas joined Moody’s in September 2007 and is based in Paris in the Financial Institutions Group where he has responsibilities for rating a number of banks in France and the Benelux. Prior to joining the Financial Institutions Group, he was part of the Structured Finance Group at Moody’s, rating CDO and CLO transactions.
He started his career in asset management at Eiger Capital Limited in London, where he was a senior credit analyst in the fixed income markets.
Mr. Lucien-Baugas holds a masters degree in Finance and Management from Dauphine University (Paris IX) and a postgraduate certificate in Finance from ESCP Europe. He is a CFA Charterholder.
Fabio Iannò is in charge of a portfolio of Italian and Irish banks.
Prior to joining Moody’s in March 2018, Fabio was a Director at Fitch Ratings in London for 7 years covering Italian banks. Before Fitch Ratings he worked for Deloitte & Touche in New York (2008 - 2009) as Senior Consultant in the Capital Markets division and in Milan (2004 - 2008) in the audit department.
Fabio holds an MBA - Master in Business Administration (SDA Bocconi) and an MSc in International Business (Bocconi University).
Dr. ir. Lars Machenil is CFO at BNP Paribas.He was previously CFO at BNP Paribas Fortis. Since 2003 he held several Board and executive roles for Finance in the Benelux, Turkey and Poland. These roles covered functions such as accounting, Performance management, M&A and structuring. Before, Lars worked for 3 years with McKinsey in Venezuela, Italy and Brussels mainly focusing on Banking and Wireless Communications. Lars started his professional career with Procter & Gamble among others focusing on supply chain management. Lars holds a PhD in nuclear science and an engineering degree in electrotechnics.
Olivier Panis is a Senior Vice President in the EMEA Financial Institutions Group based in Paris, covering a portfolio of European Global Investment Banks (GIBs) and other banks in France and Benelux.
Olivier joined Moody’s in Dubai in 2013 where he assumed responsibility for a portfolio of financial institutions in the Gulf Cooperation Countries (GCC) and North Africa. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2013, he was heading the Portfolio Management team for Corporate Banking Emerging Markets at Barclays.
