Michael Rohr is a Senior Vice President and member of the Financial Institutions Group. Based in Frankfurt, he is responsible for Moody’s ratings for a variety of large financial institutions – including the investment banks – in Switzerland and Germany. Michael joined Moody’s in March 2012.
Prior to his current function, Michael spent 16 years in equity research, asset management and retail banking, holding various positions at both sell-side and buy-side equity research firms and universal banking institutions focused on analyzing European banks.

Swen joined Moody’s Investors Service in August 2010 as a member of the of the Financial Institutions Group. He is the lead analyst for several German, Austrian and Swiss banks.
Prior to joining Moody’s Swen was a portfolio manager and buy- side analyst for global banks and financial institutions with Deka Investment, Frankfurt. He graduated in Business Administration from Goethe University of Frankfurt and is a CFA Charterholder.
Steffen Dyck is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Sovereign Risk Group.
Based in Frankfurt, he is the lead analyst for a portfolio of European sovereigns and multilateral institutions.
Up until early 2018, Steffen was the lead analyst for number of sovereigns and multilaterals in the Middle East, including Egypt and most of the Gulf Cooperation Council members.
Before relocating to Frankfurt in June 2015, Steffen was based in Moody’s Singapore office, where he covered sovereigns in the Asia-Pacific region as well as in the Middle East.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2012, Steffen worked for more than six years with Deutsche Bank’s Risk Analysis team in Frankfurt and Singapore, covering macroeconomic and sovereign risk analysis across Asia (ex-Japan), Latin America, and Sub-Saharan Africa. He also helped manage the bank’s sovereign rating processes.
| Alexander Zeidler is a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer at Moody’s in London. He coordinates Moody’s efforts in the Nordic covered bond markets Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and in the Baltic countries. Furthermore, he is responsible for a portfolio of covered bond programmes in Norway and Switzerland and was previously leading the analysis of the covered bond markets in Austria and Luxembourg. As a senior member of the analytical team, Alexander has coordinated and contributed to a number of publications and regularly speaks at investor and industry conferences. Prior to joining Moody’s EMEA Covered Bonds team in 2010, Alexander was responsible for a portfolio of CMBS transactions in the UK, France, the Netherlands and Germany for four years. Alexander started his career in commercial real estate finance, working for overten years as an underwriter, credit auditor and corporate analyst at UniCredit in Germany. Alexander also holds a MBA from a Fulbright program sponsored by the U.S. government at the University of Louisville, U.S.A. Moody’s has a leading global covered bond franchise, rating some US$2 trillion worth of covered bonds securities, which represents more than 80% of all public bonds issued globally in the sector. Alexandra serves as a lead analyst for financial institutions in EMEA, including asset managers, insurance brokers, insurance companies and funds. She joined Moody's in 2013 after two years of experience in the banking sector.
Alexandra holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Manchester Business School, and BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia, Greece.
Marie-Laure Schaufelberger is Head of ESG and Stewardship for the Pictet Group where she drives strategy for the Group’s Responsible Vision across investments and its own assets. She began her career at Pictet in 2007 in the media relations and public affairs team where she was also responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. In 2014, she joined Pictet Asset Management’s Thematic Equities team as a Product Specialist, servicing clients across several environmental and social thematic strategies. Marie-Laure holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva and is a CFA charter holder. She is also the President of Sustainable Finance Geneva, an organization that promotes a Swiss financial ecosystem that serves society’s needs and protects the natural world.
Julia Haake, a trained economist with a PhD from Versailles University in France, is Managing Director, Market Strategy at Moody’s ESG Solutions. She has joined Moody’s in December 2021, joining from ISS and formerly oekom research (acquired by ISS in 2018), where she was part of the ESG business unit’s leadership team and, over the last ten years, held various positions in business development, client coverage, stewardship and engagement. Julia has been working in Sustainability, CSR and ESG since 1993, when she started as a researcher, first at the German Wuppertal Institute and then at Versailles University in France, where she completed her PhD thesis in Environmental Economics. She later joined the French consulting firm O2 France as a consultant advising corporates on environmental and sustainability strategy and environmentally friendly product design. From 2003 to 2008 she contributed to building and rolling out the French postal operator Groupe La Poste’s CSR strategy, before joining the global environmental NGO WWF, where her role was to lead the Paris-based team in charge with managing corporate relations, sustainability partnerships and corporate fundraising.
In 2019, Julia has been elected member of the board of the French Sustainable Investment Forum (FIR) and appointed member of the French market regulator’s (Autorité des Marches Financiers) Sustainable Finance Commission. She is also co-author of the book "L'Entreprise Légère", written with Basile Gueorguievsky, published by Delachaux & Niestlé in 2010.

| Jens Schmidt-Bürgel is Geschäftsführer (Managing Director) of Moody’s Deutschland and Country Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In this role he oversees the outreach activities in these countries and acts as senior point of contact to issuers and other market participants. He is also the Head EU-27 focusing on the strategic direction and oversight of Moody’s Investor Service (MIS) 8 offices in the region. In this capacity Jens works closely with the local Country Managers in each of EU-27 offices and is responsible for promoting the Moody's brand, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key capital market participants, associations, regulators and government officials. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2015, Jens was a Managing Director at Fitch Ratings in Frankfurt and as country head responsible for business and relationship management in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He also oversaw Fitch’s operations in Warsaw and the representative office in Stockholm. Jens holds a dual degree in European Business Administration from ESB Reutlingen and Middlesex University Business School. In addition, he has an Executive MBA from WHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management and Kellogg School of Management. |
