Moody’s Housing and Housing Finance Analyst Insights Series

Overview
Housing markets are at a critical juncture. In the single-family sector, potential homebuyers face higher interest rates, elevated home prices, and ongoing geopolitical uncertainty, while many homeowners remain reluctant to sell because of the low mortgage rates locked in on their existing properties. In multifamily, property owners and lenders are grappling with the effects of higher interest rates, regional supply imbalances, and affordability challenges that are testing market fundamentals.
Join Moody's Ratings analysts for a two-part webinar series exploring the latest developments in these key housing sectors. From single-family housing to multifamily finance, our experts will provide a comprehensive overview of what's driving market performance today and share their outlook for issuers and investors in the year ahead.
