Andre has a background in Applied Mathematics and for the last 20 years he has been supporting the Financial Services industry in developing and validating credit risk models. Andre now leads EY's UK Consulting Sustainability practice, focusing on Net Zero, Climate Modelling, Data and Reporting. Outside work Andre is a keen mountain biker.
Thea works as a senior strategist in the Moodys Credit Portfolio Management team. She has over a decade’s worth of industry experience in banking and insurance in the EMEA region, specializing in capital management and credit portfolio management. She holds a Master of Science in Finance alongside a Master of Science in Quantitative Risk Management
Vicki Fan is a seasoned Risk Management professional with years of experience working in the financial industry. In her current role at ESG Credit Risk Management, TD Bank, Vicki is responsible for leading multiple initiatives to incorporate sustainability and climate risks into credit risk management activities for both retail and non-retail lending businesses and overseeing the escalation of credit transactions with heightened level of environmental and social risks. Vicki has held progressively senior roles across different areas, including Retail Risk Management Credit Decision Strategy, TD Securities Audit, and different risk management groups, and previously worked in the accounting and professional service industry. Vicki is also a CPA and a CFA Charterholder.
Vicki is based in Toronto, Canada, and outside of work, she enjoys spending family time with her husband and a lovely 4-year-old boy.
Antonios is a Senior Director in the Banking strategy group focusing on market development for climate and ESG solutions for banks. Previously with the Moody’s EMEA advisory team, he has led engagements on IFRS9 provisioning, portfolio modelling, stress testing and strategic capital and liquidity planning among others.
Prior to joining Moody’s he was helping financial institutions improve and develop their risk and capital management capabilities as part of the Financial Services advisory practice of a Big 4 firm in the UK, after a number of years in credit and analytics leadership roles in banking.
Antonios holds a Masters in Economics and Finance with focus in Econometrics from Warwick Business School.
