Ashwin Agarwal is the CEO and co-founder of Advocate Technologies. Advocate is a modern insurance compliance platform for CRE loan servicers and originators. Advocate’s platform utilizes Software and AI to improve the speed and accuracy of the borrower insurance compliance process.  Prior to founding Advocate, Ashwin was a Principal at Elysium, a multi-billion dollar private equity fund, leading insurance investments. Prior to that Ashwin worked in the M&A investment banking division of Goldman Sachs in New York.

Natalie Ambrosio Preudhomme is an Associate Director at Moody’s on the Commercial Real Estate team, where she does research and market engagement focused on climate change. Natalie joined Moody’s through the acquisition of Four Twenty Seven, a leading provider of data on physical climate risk. At Four Twenty Seven she led editorial strategy and communications. Previously, Natalie helped develop an assessment of U.S. cities’ vulnerabilities to climate change and their readiness to adapt, at the Notre Dame Global Adaptation Initiative (ND-GAIN). She currently serves on the Urban Land Institute’s Pacific Northwest ESG Council, the International WELL Building Institute Investing for Health Advisory Council and the University of Notre Dame's Accountancy Department Advisory Board. Natalie holds a B.S. in Environmental Science and a Certificate in Journalism, Ethics, and Democracy from the University of Notre Dame and a Certificate in Climate and Investing from the CFA UK.

Kathleen Dufraine is the Managing Director of the Insurance Center of Excellence and Head of the Corporate Flood Program at JPMorgan Chase. With over 35 years of experience as a credentialed and licensed insurance professional, Kathleen leverages her extensive expertise to build high-performing teams, ensure compliance, transform business processes, and provide consultative insurance support to lending and servicing leaders.

A recognized industry leader, Kathleen is a passionate advocate for reforming the Flood Disaster Protection Act and frequently speaks on this critical topic. Her past achievements include collaborating with the Mortgage Bankers Association to lobby Congress for the creation of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA), developing the ACORD 28 Property Certificate, and co-authoring influential whitepapers such as “Blanket Insurance” and “Due Diligence for Force Placed Insurance.” More recently, she contributed to the first edition of the ABA’s Reference Guide to Flood Compliance.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Kathleen enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending concerts, and traveling.

Antonios is a Senior Director in the Banking strategy group focusing on market development for climate and ESG solutions for banks. Previously with the Moody’s EMEA advisory team, he has led engagements on IFRS9 provisioning, portfolio modelling, stress testing and strategic capital and liquidity planning among others.

Prior to joining Moody’s he was helping financial institutions improve and develop their risk and capital management capabilities as part of the Financial Services advisory practice of a Big 4 firm in the UK, after a number of years in credit and analytics leadership roles in banking.

Antonios holds a Masters in Economics and Finance with focus in Econometrics from Warwick Business School.

Becky Leeper is the Senior Director, Americas Insurance at Moody's RMS, where she leads the Model and Product Specialist team serving insurance clients across property and catastrophe modeling solutions, as well as physical risk and climate risk solutions. With over a decade of experience at Moody's RMS, Becky has deep expertise in physical risk and catastrophe modeling, working extensively with both insurance and non-insurance clients to help them quantify and manage risk from natural catastrophe events and other physical hazards.

In her current role, Becky oversees a technical team responsible for the sales and adoption of catastrophe models and modeling applications across the Americas, ensuring clients can better understand and respond to risks such as hurricanes, floods, wildfires, and earthquakes. She also collaborates with organizations across banking, investment management, corporate sectors, and governments on applying catastrophe analytics to manage physical risk and meet regulatory and sustainability goals.

Before joining Moody’s RMS, Becky spent over a decade working with financial firms on integrating models for valuation and risk management in fixed income markets. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Duke University.

With over a decade of experience at Moody's RMS, Becky has developed deep expertise in physical risk and catastrophe modeling, working extensively with insurers to help them quantify and manage risks from hurricanes, floods, wildfires, earthquakes, and other natural catastrophe events. Her team focuses on driving the adoption of RMS models, analytics, and data to enable insurers to better understand and respond to risks affecting their portfolios.

In addition to her work with insurers, Becky collaborates with organizations in banking, investment management, corporates, and governments to support broader applications of catastrophe analytics. These efforts help institutions manage physical risks, improve regulatory compliance, and enhance sustainability strategies. Prior to joining Moody’s RMS, Becky spent more than a decade partnering with financial firms to integrate models for valuation and risk management in fixed income markets. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Duke University.

Dr. Firas Saleh oversees the Moody’s RMS™ U.S. Inland Flood HD Model and works closely with clients and across functional teams to define and execute the vision, strategy, and road map for flood products. He has coauthored more than 30 publications on flood and climate risk in peer-reviewed articles, in conference proceedings, and as book chapters. Firas holds a Ph.D. in Geosciences and Natural Resources from the University of Pierre et Marie Curie - Paris VI (Sorbonne University), France. He has strong professional track record in the U.S. Federal Government, industry, and academia. During his academic tenure at different institutes around the world, including the Paris School of Mines (Mines Paris-Tech), New Jersey Institute of Technology, and Stevens Institute of Technology, his research was focused on implementing quantitative forward-looking analytics to assess climate and weather-related physical risk and impacts on critical infrastructure resilience. He also served as a Senior Commercial Specialist at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad and Amman, the U.S. Commercial Service, and the U.S. Department of State. He is the recipient of the U.S. Department of Commerce Gold Medal Award for his distinguished federal service in fostering collaboration between government and Industry in relation to water and construction.
