Julien Maillard is a Senior Director at Moody’s, leading the product team responsible for Cloud, Consumption solutions, and the system side of AXIS.
Julien’s team is responsible for understanding market and user needs to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap of these solutions; ensuring they deliver the value clients expect and align with their business objectives.
Julien brings a strong background in Customer Success to this role, embedding customer centricity into every stage of the product development process.
Previously, Julien served as Head of RiskIntegrity Customer Success, where he oversaw client onboarding and implementation of RiskIntegrity solutions, working in close partnership with customers and partners.
Julien has been with Moody’s Analytics since 2011. He began as a Solvency II consultant and held various roles within the Insurance department, supporting the rapid expansion of services across Europe and the Americas.
Angela Black is a Director of Product Management within Moody’s Insurance division, working as part of the team responsible for Cloud, Consumption solutions, and AXIS systems technology. Having recently transitioned into this role, Angela leverages seven years of experience leading product initiatives within the Scenario Generator product suite. She now applies that experience to a broader strategic remit, helping to define and deliver solutions that respond to evolving client needs, regulatory requirements, and business priorities. Her work supports the team’s commitment to embedding customer centricity throughout the product development lifecycle.
Prior to her move into product management, Angela held a role in production operations for Moody’s calibration services, where she built a strong foundation in service delivery and operational reliability. Based in Edinburgh, she brings a cross-functional perspective shaped by her background in both technical operations and strategic product leadership.
May Zheng is a Director of Actuarial Product Management at Moody's Insurance group, based in Toronto, focusing on the strategic direction and development of the AXIS Actuarial System, driving innovation and aligning the product with evolving industry needs.
Prior to her current role, May led various business expansion initiatives and managed programming teams within Moody's Insurance Group, contributing to operational growth and technical excellence.
May is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA).
Melody started as an Actuarial Developer in Life and ALM in 2011, then transferred to an Actuarial Client Support role in serving APAC and North America regions in 2019. She is now a member of the Product Management team focusing on Actuarial Solutions.
Sera Hill is a Director of product management for AXIS systems technology, focusing on AXIS hosting and GlaaS. As part of her role at Moody’s, Sera is focused on delivering value across her products, aligning with industry standards, client needs and business objectives. Before joining Moody’s, Sera led a startup in Shanghai, delivering both in-house and client products across consumer and B2B segments. Her educational background is in computer science.
Brad Crafton is a Managing Director at Moody’s, where he leads the Life Actuarial Modeling functions. Brad has over 25 years experience in the actuarial software space, overseeing the development and support of the AXIS Actuarial System. Brad holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, and is a Fellow of both the Society of Actuaries and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
