Jerome Cheng has worked at Moody’s for more than 20 years. Based in Hong Kong, Jerome is an Associate Managing Director in the Structured Finance Group.
Jerome is responsible for covered bonds and structured finance transactions in Asia(ex-Japan). His analysis of structured finance deals includes CDOs, CMBS, RMBS, consumer loans and equipment leases. He has worked on a number of first-time landmark securitization transactions across Asia.
Jerome holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Hong Kong, and Bachelor of Law degree from Manchester Metropolitan University.
Elaine Ng is a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer with Moody’s Structured Finance Group in Asia. Based in Hong Kong, Elaine has been with Moody’s since 2000. Elaine has been a lead analyst on rating various structured finance transactions in Asia (exJapan), including auto loan backed securitizations, auto lease backed securitizations, collateralized debt obligations, standby letter of credit supported transactions and asset-backed commercial papers.

Gracie Zhou is a Vice President–Senior Analyst in the Structured Finance team in Asia Pacific. Based in Shanghai with Moody’s since 2017, Gracie is responsible for undertaking analysis and conducting research on the rapidly growing securitization market in China.
Gracie has extensive working experience in capital markets of various regions globally for more than 10 years. Prior to joining Moody’s, Gracie was a Director for capital markets solutions at Standard Chartered Bank, where she originated, structured and executed a large number of public and private structured credit and asset-backed transactions across asset classes.
Gracie holds a Master of Finance (with distinction) from London Business School and a Bachelor of Law from Shanghai International Studies University. She is also a CFA and CAIA charterholder.
Kan Leung joined Moody’s in 2007 and is currently a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer in the Structured Finance Group in the Hong Kong office. Kan is responsible for the surveillance activities of structured finance transactions in Asia ex-Japan. His involvement in structured finance includes CLOs, repackaged securities, and ABS transactions. He regularly publishes research articles on auto loan ABS in China.
Kan is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified FRM. He received his BSc in Computer Science from the CUHK, and MBA/MSc in Investment Management dual-degree from the HKUST.
