Pete Trombetta, a Vice President-Senior Analyst on the Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defense, Lodging Team, is responsible for a portfolio of lodging, cruise and diversified manufacturing companies. Previously, Pete covered companies in the restaurant, gaming, retail, and apparel industries. Before joining Moody’s in August 2005, Pete was an Assistant Vice President in the capital recovery group and lending groups at PNC Bank.

 Pete received a B.A. in Psychology from Widener University and an MBA from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University

John Puchalla is an Associate Managing Director in the New York office of Moody’s Ratings. He is responsible for the Consumer Products & Gaming team within Moody's US Corporate Finance Group. Prior to his current assignment, John managed Moody’s High Yield Team. Previously, John was as a full-time Rating Committee Chair, managed the Credit Estimates team and led research on defaults and liquidity. John has covered a variety of corporate sectors at Moody’s including consumer products, media and entertainment, broadcasting and cable, publishers and amusement parks. John originally joined Moody’s in 1997 as a member of the Economics Analysis group evaluating trends in global corporate credit quality and credit markets until transferring to the Corporate Finance Group in 2002. Prior to joining Moody’s, John held various positions at Nasdaq and MNC Financial. John holds a M.B.A. in finance, economics and international business from New York University, a B.S. in finance from Penn State University, and is a CFA charter holder

William Fahy is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer on the Corporate Finance team. Bill is responsible for a portfolio of restaurant industry credits, in addition to a number of retail companies. During his career at Moody’s, Bill has worked on an array of investment grade and non-investment grade portfolios that include forest and paper products, metals, mining, transportation, telecommunications and media.

Bill holds an M.B.A. in finance from Pace University, has attended the Kellogg Graduate School of Management’s Executive Program, and received an undergraduate degree in accounting from William Paterson University.

Adam McLaren is a Vice President – Senior Analyst in Moody’s Ratings Corporate Finance Group responsible for a portfolio of speculative-grade and investment-grade Gaming companies. Adam was previously on the Retail, Restaurants, Gaming and Lodging team covering a portfolio of restaurant and retail industry companies. Prior to that, he covered a portfolio of companies in various industries including Healthcare Services, Automotive Suppliers, and Business and Consumer Services. Prior to joining Moody's, Adam worked at a predecessor of TD Bank where he completed a formal credit training program and worked in the middle market lending group as a credit analyst. Adam holds a B.S. in finance from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech.
