Bolaji is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chapel Hill Denham and Chief Investment Officer of the Nigeria Infrastructure Debt Fund. He has over thirty-three years of experience in investment banking, investment management, investing and mobile telecommunications. Chapel Hill Denham is Nigeria’s leading investment bank and its leading alternatives investment manager and impact investment firm with funds in Infrastructure, Real Estate, Renewables, Gender and Venture.
Prior to Chapel Hill, Bolaji spent over ten years with FCMB Group, in investment banking and securities trading, leaving in January 2001. From April 1993 to January 2001, he was Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer at CSL Stockbrokers Limited. Bolaji was Executive Director at FCMB Capital Markets from January 1996. He left FCMB Capital Markets in January 2001, to be a co-founder and Director of Econet Wireless Nigeria, now Airtel Nigeria. Bolaji led the capital raising and license bid auction for Econet Wireless Nigeria’s USD285 million GSM license. He was Chief Business Development & Strategy Officer and was appointed Chief Marketing Officer in October 2001. The US1.67 billion sale of Econet Wireless to Celtel in 2005, remains Nigeria’s single largest successfully exited private investment. Bolaji left mobile telecommunications and returned to financial services when he founded Chapel Hill in 2005.
Bolaji is the only private sector member of the Steering Committee responsible for Nigeria’s Integrated National Financing Framework. He is Co-Chair of the Private Sector Advisory Group on the SDGs, Vice Chairman of Endeavor Nigeria and a Director of Trustfund Pensions. He is a former Chairman of Lafarge Africa Plc and Nahco FTZ Limited, a former Director of Nahco Aviance Plc and NASD Plc. Bolaji was appointed to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, Africa Advisory Board in September 2009.
Bolaji is an Economics (Honours) graduate of the London School of Economics and was educated at Charterhouse, Godalming, Surrey, United Kingdom and at Igbobi College.
Mr. Chiemeka has over twenty-eight (28) years of professional experience in Securities Trading and Asset Management across markets in Africa. He joined The Nigerian Stock Exchange as Divisional Head of Trading Business in February, 2019 and is now the Divisional Head of Capital Markets in Nigeria Exchange Limited. Before joining the Exchange, he worked with United Capital Securities Limited, a subsidiary of United Capital Plc. As the MD/CEO of United Capital Securities Limited, he championed the first cross broader trading under the West African Capital Market Integration initiative and was also responsible for Strategy, Market penetration, Product development and Client Management. He also championed the issuance and listing of the First
Eurobonds Mutual Fund($10M) listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange and Wealth for Women Mutual Fund, the first gender focused mutual fund listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
Before joining United Capital Plc, He was the CEO/MD of Chapel Hill Denham Securities where he was responsible for Strategy, Leadership, Product development and Customer relationship management. He led the firm to rank among the Top 10 brokerage firms responsible for over 70% of market trades with 4% market share. Prior to that, he was the CEO/MD of RenCap Securities (Nigeria) Limited a fully owned subsidiary of Renaissance Capital Plc. At RenCap Securities he was responsible for Customer relationship management, Trading, Management reports, Budgets and clients acquisition.
In 2008, prior to joining RenCap, he was the Head of Securities Trading at Afrinvest West Africa Ltd where he was responsible for Fixed Income and Equities Transactions across African markets for International and domestic institutional clients. He was also involved in several landmark transactions including the first Global Depository Receipts (GDR) transaction on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Nigerian International Debt Fund, Reverse GDR trades etc. Prior to this, he was with Dominion Trust Limited where he started his career in 1994.
He is a Fellow and Council Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS), Member of the Institute of Directors (IOD), Fellow of Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers and Associate of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria.
He completed the Oxford Business School Advanced Management Program (AMP) in 2007, Master in International Law and Diplomacy in 2004 from the University of Lagos and the Lagos Business School Senior Management Programme in 2001. He has a BSc. degree from the University of Lagos in 1992.
Akintunde is the CEO of Global Credit Rating Company Ltd, Nigeria (GCR). Prior to GCR, he was a vice president at Moody’s Investors Service, focusing on African credit risk and has also held senior analytical positions at HSBC Investment Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank and UniCredit Bank AG.

Ifeoma is a Credit and Risk management professional with over 27 years experience in the financial sector. She commenced her Banking Career with international Merchant Bank and subsequently worked at MBC international, First Bank, Stanbic Bank and UBA. Her work experience covers Internal Audit, Corporate Finance, Credit Evaluation and Origination, Foreign Operations and Risk Management. She currently works as Group Head, Environmental Social and Governance Risk at the Bank of Industry.
She graduated from the Accountancy Department of the University of Nigeria and also an alumnus of the Lagos Business school. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a member of several other professional bodies including Chartered Risk Management institute of Nigeria, Sustainability Professionals Institute of Nigeria and Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Professionals.

Iker is an Analyst in the Moody’s EMEA Corporate Finance Group based in Dubai. He covers a diversified industry portfolio, with exposure in Turkey, Africa, and the Middle East.
He joined Moody’s Dubai office in 2022, and previously worked as an associate analyst in the Moody’s London office covering the leveraged finance industry with exposure to Business and Consumer Services, Healthcare, Airlines and Aerospace & Defense. Before that, he spent 2 years working in the consulting industry in Spain.
Iker holds a Masters Degree in Investment Management from Henley Business School. He also holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of Deusto and is a CFA charterholder since 2018.
Isabella Burke is a Vice President Relationship Manager for Africa and is based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Isabella’s responsibilities encompass increasing coverage and revenue from new and existing customers in Southern and West Africa. Prior to joining Moody’s Investors Service, Isabella was covering South Africa as Business Development Manager for a London based hedge fund manager. She was tasked with introducing long-only and hedged solutions into the South African market. Isabella has a great depth and breadth of knowledge of capital markets ,having previously worked at Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse and Investec. Isabella studied at King’s College, London and is fluent in Italian and has basic French.
Mik Kabeya is a Vice President - Senior Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group, based in London. Mik covers financial institutions across the African continent. Prior to relocating to London, Mik was based in Dubai where he covered financial institutions based in the Middle East. Before joining Moody’s, Mik worked at Fullerton Financial Holdings and at BNP Paribas.
Ighosime is an AVP Analyst in the EMEA FIG Banking team at Moody’s in London and will help with the execution of Moody’s strategy in Africa by enhancing local and international investors’ outreach as well as relationships with various stakeholders in Nigeria. He spent the majority of the last sixteen years in investment banking, working with and advising large corporations, financial institutions and international investors across the continent, particularly in Nigeria and Ghana. Prior to joining Moody’s, he was an Executive Director in the Lagos office of Lion’s Head Global Partners, a boutique investment bank and asset manager operating across frontier and emerging markets. Before this he led growth and strategy at African Leadership University, Mauritius an innovative education company looking to grow the next generation of leaders. Ighosime also spent over seven years with Chapel Hill Denham, the leading independent investment bank and asset manager in Nigeria, completing several landmark capital markets and corporate deals in Nigeria.

Isabella Burke is a Vice President Relationship Manager for Africa and is based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Isabella’s responsibilities encompass increasing coverage and revenue from new and existing customers in Southern and West Africa. Prior to joining Moody’s Investors Service, Isabella was covering South Africa as Business Development Manager for a London based hedge fund manager. She was tasked with introducing long-only and hedged solutions into the South African market. Isabella has a great depth and breadth of knowledge of capital markets ,having previously worked at Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse and Investec. Isabella studied at King’s College, London and is fluent in Italian and has basic French.
