Rob Fauber became President and Chief Executive Officer of Moody’s Corporation on January 1, 2021 and was elected to the Board of Directors effective October 22,2020. Rob joined Moody’s in 2005 and has held multiple leadership roles at Moody’s. Until his appointment as CEO, he was Moody’s Chief Operating Officer and drove strategic initiatives across the company. He served as President of Moody’s Investors Service from 2016 to 2019 and was Head of Moody’s Investors Service’s Global Commercial Group from 2013 to 2016, overseeing relationship management, product development, and strategy for the rating agency. Rob has also served as Head of Moody’s Corporate Development. Prior to Moody’s, he held roles in alternative investments, corporate strategy & business development, and investment banking at Citi. Rob earned his B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia and his M.B.A. from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University. He and his wife have two children.

Tameka Alsop is Managing Director, Chief of Staff to the CEO at Moody’s Corporation and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In this role, Ms. Alsop leads a range of strategic and operational initiatives that are vital to the company’s success.
Ms. Alsop has more than 20 years of experience helping drive positive change and business results at Moody’s. Prior to her position as Chief of Staff, Ms. Alsop was Managing Director, Head of US Financial Institutions Relationship Management at Moody’s Investors Service, where she built customer relationships with institutions to grow coverage and revenue, as well as expanded relationships with existing issuers and intermediaries. She also held various leadership positions across the organization including roles in Business Process Management and Ratings Operations, Investor Relations, Structured Finance Surveillance, Public Finance, Business Planning and Revenue Accounting.
Ms. Alsop currently serves on the Trident American Dreams Advisory Board and is a founding member of the Women’s Business Resource Group at Moody’s. She is also a key contributor to various Moody’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
Ms. Alsop holds a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University and is a certified project management professional.

Dr. Juan M. Licari is a managing director at Moody's Analytics. Juan and team-members are responsible for the research and analytics that enable our quantitative solutions. The team helps our customers solve complex business problems; adding value through data and analytics.
The analytics team specializes in solutions that help (i) understand, (ii) quantify, (iii) manage, and (iv) integrate risk. When it comes to specific methods to be selected the team has an open-mind approach; leveraging alternative tools ranging from traditional statistics & econometrics to machine learning & AI data-driven algorithms.
The solutions enabled by the team’s analytics are leveraged by our valued customers into core practices such as credit origination & pricing, stress testing & forecasting, optimal investment & portfolio management, ESG risk/opportunity quantification, capital & liquidity adequacy and cash-flow analysis.
A key value added to existing modelling methodologies comes from the explicit connection to the underlying economic cycle. This forward-looking philosophy allows decision-makers to plan for alternative scenarios and anticipate changes in credit and business conditions.
Juan is actively involved in communicating the team’s research and methodologies to the market. He is a public speaker at risk management events and economic conferences worldwide. Dr. Licari is a thought-leader in the risk management industry with frequently cited research publications.
As for his education, Dr. Licari holds Ph.D. and M.A. degrees in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the National University of Cordoba in Argentina. He is currently enrolled at the Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge, expecting to graduate in 2023. Isabel Gomez-Vidal is the Chief Revenue Officer for Moody’s Analytics. In this role, Isabel is responsible for Moody’s Analytics revenue streams and revenue performance including its global Sales organization, Customer Service and Customer Success and execution of its go to market strategy. Isabel oversees Moody’s offering of products and services that are used extensively by Financial Institutions, Corporates, Professionals Services firms and Governments. In addition, Isabel is responsible for aligning all revenue-generating departments and building strategic partnerships.
Since joining Moody’s in 2007 Isabel has worked in a variety of leadership positions in Europe and the US. Prior to her current role, she was the Executive Director, Global Head of Sales and Customer Service. Isabel is very active with Moody’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion group and is a member of the leadership team for the Women’s and LGBTA Employee Resource Groups. Isabel has collaborated with Sylvia Hewlett, the founder of Center for Talent Innovation, an advisory firm that focuses on helping organizations leverage talent across the divides of culture, gender and geography, in a number of articles including ‘’Women Want Five Things’’ and Sylvia’s latest book ‘’Growing Global Executive: The New Competencies’’.
She holds a BA in Economics from the University of Seville in Spain.

Mona Breed is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Moody’s Corporation. In this role, Mona is responsible for all global enterprise technology programs and activities. She joined Moody’s in 2018 after nearly 30 years of diverse experience across all dimensions of technology, finance and large-scale project management/system implementation.
Ms. Breed came to Moody’s from OppenheimerFunds, where she served as Head of Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, IT Strategy and Transformation. Prior to joining Oppenheimer in 2013, she held a range of senior technology and finance leadership roles at Apollo and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Ms. Breed currently serves as the Treasurer for the Skating Club of New York. She is also a member of the Dell, Zoom and AWS North American Customer Advisory Boards, and sits on the AEA Investors LP Senior Advisory Council. In 2021, Ms. Breed was a finalist for the New York CIO of the Year ORBIE Award in the “Global” category. She is a graduate of Emory University.

Mr. West has served as President of Moody’s Ratings since November 2019. Mike served as Managing Director—Head of MIS Ratings and Research from June 2016 to October 2019. Previously, Mike served as Managing Director—Head of Global Structured Finance from February 2014 to May 2016 and Managing Director—Head of Global Corporate Finance from January 2010 to January 2014. Earlier in his career, Mike was also responsible for the research strategy for the ratings businesses and before that led Corporate Finance for the EMEA Region, European Corporates and the EMEA leveraged finance business. Prior to joining Moody’s in 1998, Mike worked at Bank of America and HSBC in various credit roles.

Stephen Tulenko is the President of Moody's Analytics, a division of Moody's that provides financial intelligence and analytical tools to help business leaders make better, faster decisions.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Tulenko served as the Executive Director of the Enterprise Risk Solutions business, and the Executive Director of Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing, both within Moody's Analytics. Prior to the formation of Moody's Analytics, he held various sales, product development, and product strategy roles in Moody's Investors Service. He joined Moody's in 1990.
Mr. Tulenko has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance, Marketing and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University

Cristina Pieretti is a General Manager at Moody’s, where she oversees the Digital Insights Operating Unit, having responsibility for the digital delivery of Moody’s research and insights, primarily through Moodys.com. Previously she led Moody’s Commercial Real Estate Data and Analytics business, being responsible for the integration of REIS, Moody’s first acquisition of a publicly listed company. Before this, Cristina was driving efforts in Moody’s Accelerator to identify and develop new business opportunities, with a special focus in AI and machine learning. She was also responsible for evolving the company’s innovation processes. Cristina joined Moody's in 2008, and held product management roles in the structured finance and credit risk measurement businesses. Prior to joining Moody's, Cristina worked in banking, where she participated in multiple transactions in Latin America.
Cristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, as well as an MBA. She is also a CFA charterholder.

Scott Kenney is Senior Vice President Risk Management and Chief Audit Executive of Moody’s Corporation. Mr. Kenney reports directly to the Audit Committee of Moody’s Board of Directors and reports administratively to Moody’s Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Kenney is responsible for overseeing Moody’s Global Internal Audit function, including providing an independent oversight function that evaluates the processes and controls over the organization’s financial, technology, ratings and operational activities. Mr. Kenney also oversees risk assurance for the Corporation.
Mr. Kenney has over twenty-five years of experience in internal audit, risk management, business process and internal controls. Prior to joining Moody’s, Mr. Kenney was a Managing Director at Deloitte, serving as leader to several internal audit departments, external financial statement audits, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts and large regulatory compliance engagements. He served in a variety of positions while at Deloitte, served as Global Director of Compliance for Take Two Interactive and Internal Auditor at Staff Builders Home Health Care.
Mr. Kenney currently serves on the Board of Governors for the New York Institute of Internal Auditors and Hetrick Martin Institute. He also is a member of the advisory committees for Finance and Audit at OnePulse Foundation.
Mr. Kenney holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York. Mr. Kenney is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (ISACA), Certified Informational Technology Professional (AICPA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

David Platt is SVP & Chief Strategy Officer for Moody's Corporation, with responsibility for Global Corporate Development and Corporate Affairs, which encompasses Global Communications and Branding, Corporate Social Responsibility and Government, Public & Regulatory Affairs. He currently serves as President of the Moody's Foundation and is a member of the Board of Directors of BitSight Technologies, Inc. He has also served on the Board of Directors of ICRA Limited, Moody's affiliate in India. During his tenure, Dave has overseen corporate strategic planning and led over $8 billion in M&A and investments to advance Moody's global integrated risk assessment growth strategy.
Prior to joining Moody's in 2013, Dave provided M&A and corporate finance advisory services to boards and companies across a wide range of industries. Previously, he was a Managing Director in the M&A groups at Deutsche Bank and Bank of America and held similar roles in the M&A groups at Citigroup and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He began his career as a Senior Investment Analyst in the Fixed Income Division at Fidelity Investments where his responsibilities included credit risk assessment, setting exposure limits and investment oversight for a range of corporate and municipal credits and structured products.
Dave holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago, a B.A. from The University of California, Berkeley in Political Economies of Industrialized Societies and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

John Goggins is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Moody’s Corporation. In this role, Mr. Goggins is primarily responsible for providing legal advice to senior management and managing the provision of legal services by a team of inhouse lawyers and outside counsel. His team deals with all legal issues, including contract negotiation, intellectual property, employee matters, litigation and compliance with local laws.
Mr. Goggins joined the firm in 1999 as Vice President and Associate General Counsel. Previously, he served as Counsel for Dow Jones & Company from 1995 to 1999 during which he was responsible for SEC compliance, corporate finance, executive compensation, investor relations, and negotiating acquisitions, depositions and joint ventures.
Mr. Goggins was an Associate with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft from 1985 to 1995 where he worked on mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Goggins holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in economics and history from Amherst College. He is a member of the New York State Bar.

Katie Hysenbegasi is the Global Head of Risk&Compliance Modeling and Analytics for the Bank of NY Mellon. In the current position, Katie is leading a team of modelers/analysts (in four locations: NYC, Pittsburgh, Poland and Pune) for BAU activities, Stress testing, CECL/IFSR9, and Basel 2.5/3 covering credit, counterparty credit risk, and market risk. In addition, she is responsible for the scenario design and macroeconomic factors forecasting. Additional responsibilities cover building and maintaining risk and performance tools along with advanced analytics (AI/ML) to increase efficiency and automation. Katie joined BNY Mellon in January 2006 as a head of the credit risk modeling group.
During her career, she has served as Citigroup Vice President developing statistical models to support marketing and risk management. Katie also has taught for the Department of Economics at Baruch College, CUNY, as an adjunct assistant professor and lecturer.
Katie obtained an M.S. in Applied Mathematics for Finance from Baruch College of CUNY; an M.A. degree in Economics and a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from WMU 2001.

Nick is Moody’s Analytics Chief Product Officer – responsible for defining and managing the company’s product and portfolio strategy. His remit includes Marketing, Innovation, Customer Experience and Commercial Strategy, ensuring that we have a modern and innovative approach to the way we work, and place the customer at the center of everything we do.
Nick joined MA as a former customer from ANZ Bank where he was the Group General Manager of Risk. His work history spans banking and finance, digital and internet technology, insurance and superannuation in senior managerial roles with experiences in Australia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.
Nick graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Economics & Commerce (Banking/Finance) and has also completed post graduate work at New York University (NYU Stern) in Strategy, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT Sloan) in Digital Transformation, and University of Technology Sydney in Architecture. Nick is well placed to help Moody’s in defining and delivering products that result in better, faster solutions for our customers in the most efficient and cost-effective way.

Howard R. Fields is senior vice president, counsel, Anti-Money Laundering. In this role, he manages a global compliance team responsible for the operation of the Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions and Export Controls at Mastercard. These key programs allow Mastercard to maintain compliance with regulatory obligations globally.
Prior to joining Mastercard, Mr. Fields was with GE Capital for twelve years in various senior compliance officer roles, including Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for both GE Capital Solutions and GE Capital America, AML Counsel, and Compliance Leader –Financial Crimes Compliance Group. Previously, Mr. Fields’ practiced White Collar Criminal defense for Wiggin & Dana, LLP. Prior to that he was an Enforcement Attorney with the United States Securities & Exchange Commission.
Mr. Fields is a certified anti-money laundering professional under ACAMS, and served as a founder board member for the ACAMS Connecticut chapter.
Mr. Fields graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Pace School of Law and earned his Bachelor of Science from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. He is a member of the bar for the 2nd District, New York State, and Connecticut.

Margaret Rienecker is Managing Director - Global Ratings Operations & Controls for Moody’s Investors Service. In this role, Margaret leads the organization that provides end-to-end operational support for ratings and related activities and facilitates regulatory compliance and process excellence.
From 2016 to mid-2021, Margaret led the global Ratings and Research Support group for Moody’s Investors Service, the team that supports the development and maintenance of ratings, research and related activities for global fundamental and structured finance ratings groups.
Prior to her roles in MIS, Margaret was Chief Administrative Officer for Moody’s Analytics. She was responsible for the development of financial budgets, forecasts and strategic plans for the division and providing analysis and information to senior management of Moody’s Analytics and Moody’s Corporation.
Margaret joined Moody’s in 1995 as Director, Cash Flow and held several positions of increasing responsibility within the Finance organization. In 2001 Margaret was appointed Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis for the Corporation. From 2004 to 2006 she was Group Managing Director in charge of Information Technology. Prior to joining Moody’s, Margaret held finance positions with The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation and General Electric, and is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program.
Margaret holds an M.B.A. from New York University and a B.S. in Finance from Boston College.

Anne Van Praagh is Global Head of the Public, Project & Infrastructure Finance Group for Moody’s Ratings, overseeing credit ratings and research on public sector entities worldwide.

Anne was head of Ratings Research from 2019 to early 2022, driving the content and engagement strategy for 20,000 research publications published annually. In 2016, Anne launched the Credit Strategy & Research group, setting Moody’s macroeconomic and “house views” on emerging risk trends and coordinating Moody’s credit response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Previously she held roles as MD for Sovereign Risk in the Americas, Middle East and APAC, Chief Credit Officer for Public Sector Ratings, and lead analyst for US infrastructure, states and local governments. She also spent three years as vice president in Morgan Stanley’s public finance investment banking team advising on $25 billion in financings.
Anne began her career as a speechwriter at the US Department of Defense in the Clinton Administration. She has a Master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree from George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs. She is married with two daughters.
Tim is the Chief Technology Officer for Moody’s Investors Services. Prior to joining Moody’s, Tim was the Chief Technology Officer for Ally Financial.
Tim brings to Moody's more than 20 years of technology experience and skills, encompassing a broad range of technology functions focused in the financial services sector. His prior roles with Ally include Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Enterprise Architect. Before joining Ally, Tim led strategic technology projects at JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America.
Tim received his bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania and master's in Software Engineering from Pennsylvania State University-Great Valley Graduate Center.

Michael Solomon is the Managing Director – MIS Business Planning at Moody’s Corporation, with responsibility for the financial planning for the rating agency and the technology services group. He has built a successful global team with associates in New York, London, Hong Kong, Paris, Costa Rica, and Gurgaon. Mr. Solomon has developed a number of reporting tools and considerably enhanced several management processes to better support decision making in the business. He is also acting as a key liaison between the Finance team and the rating agency and has sponsored and led a number of key projects for MIS.
Mr. Solomon joined Moody’s as a Manager in 1998 and has held several Finance positions within the company. Prior to joining Moody's, Mr. Solomon held various financial positions at Scholastic Publishing and A.C. Nielsen. He has an M.B.A. from Hofstra University, concentrating in Finance and Business Information Systems, and a B.S. from the School of Management at Binghamton University.

David Little is the General Manager of the Structured Solutions Division of Moody’s, a global team responsible for the maintenance and development of data and analytic products covering all types of Structured Finance securities. Mr. Little joined Moody’s in 2002 as an Associate Product Strategist, and from 2002 until 2007 he held a variety of roles relating to strategy and product development for Structured Finance. In 2007, Mr. Little was promoted to Managing Director in the Global Product Strategy and Development group, responsible for a global portfolio of research, data and analytic products across all fixed income asset classes. In 2008, David transferred to Moody’s Evaluations Inc., where he headed the Moody’s end-of-day pricing business and in 2010 he returned to Moody’s Analytics to head the Global Structured Finance Sales Team and later the Americas Enterprise Risk Solutions, Global Account Management and Stress Testing Sales Teams.
Prior to coming to Moody’s, David was an associate in the Investment Banking division of Lehman Brothers where he focused on coverage of Financial Institutions, working on debt issuance and M&A. He also spent five years at a Japanese trading firm, Marubeni America, where he was involved in marketing, sales and strategy. David holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Yale University and an MBA, with distinction, from the New York University Stern School of Business.

Caroline Sullivan is Senior Vice President & Corporate Controller for Moody’s
Corporation. Prior to joining Moody’s, Caroline was a Managing Director and the
Banking Controller for Bank of America. Caroline joined Bank of America in 2011 as
the controller for the main broker dealer for the bank. Prior to joining the bank,
Caroline was at Morgan Stanley for six years and held a variety of controllership roles
in New York and Hong Kong. She has also worked for Allied Irish Bank in New York
and started her accounting career at EY.
Caroline is a CPA and holds an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from Seton
Hall University in New Jersey, and a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Teacher Education
from St. Patrick’s College, Drumcondra, Ireland.
She currently resides in New Jersey with her husband Jay and sons, Peter and Michael
and daughter Anna.
