Carlos Winzer Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance Group Moody's Investors Service

Carlos Winzer is a Senior Vice President at Moody’s Investors Service where he heads up the European telecommunications team in the Corporate Finance Group. Mr. Winzer joined Moody´s New York in 1992. After spending two years at Moody’s office in NY and eight years in London, he relocated to the Madrid office in 2002. He joined Moody’s from Citibank NA, where he was Corporate Bank Risk Manager and Relationship Officer in Corporate Finance. Mr. Winzer holds a graduate degree in economics and business administration from CUNEF (Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros in Madrid). In addition, he holds a postgraduate degree in business administration from Guildhall University in London. Mr. Winzer is a professor at ICADE business school and IEB MBA program in Madrid. 

Emile El Nems Vice President - Senior Credit Officer, Corporate Finance Moody's Investors Service

Emile El Nems is a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer on the Homebuilding, Building Materials and Packaging Team covering a portfolio of investment grade and high yield issuers in a number of verticals, including building materials, building products, manufacturing and packaging goods. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2019 as a VP-Lead Analyst, Emile was a portfolio manager at a top US hedge fund for five years and a managing director responsible for a Technology, Telecommunications & Media portfolio at a large European hedge fund for seven years. Before his asset management experience, Emile was a principal in the Investment Banking Group at Thomas Weisel Partners and a team leader in the Investment Banking Group at Bank of America Securities covering global wireline and wireless telecommunications, cable, and media companies. Emile received his MBA in finance from Columbia University and BS in Chemical Engineering from Stevens.

Ernesto Bisagno Vice President - Senior Credit Officer, Corporate Finance Group Moody’s Ratings

Ernesto Bisagno is a Vice President – Sr Credit Officer in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Ernesto is the EMEA tobacco analyst and also covers the EMEA food, consumer goods and retail sectors.

Ernesto joined Moody’s in June 2014 with an extensive professional experience in risk management and credit analysis in several leading financial institutions in the UK and Italy, most recently with Citigroup and UBS where he covered energy, metals, mining and chemicals across Western Europe and the UK.

Ernesto was also a senior auditor with PWC earlier in his career. Ernesto holds an Economics degree from Università degli Studi di Genova and is also a CFA Charter Holder.

Lenny Ajzenman Associate Managing Director Moody's Ratings

Lenny Ajzenman is an Associate Managing Director with Moody’s Investors Service, and co-heads the Technology, Media and Telecom Team within U.S. Corporate Finance. Prior to his current position, Lenny chaired rating committees for companies across a variety of industry sectors and covered a portfolio of investment and speculative grade business and consumer services companies. Lenny was instrumental in the development and rollout of Moody’s Probability of Default Ratings and Loss Given Default Assessments for speculative grade issuers and has published frequently on leveraged finance topics.

Prior to joining Moody’s in June 2004, Lenny was Vice President and Controller at MacAndrews & Forbes Group Inc. In addition, Lenny was a manager in the mergers and acquisitions and audit departments of Deloitte & Touche. Lenny holds a BBA from Baruch College and an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business.

Sean Cray AVP-Analyst Moody's Ratings

Sean Cray is an AVP-Analyst on the Business and Consumer Services team within the US Corporate Finance Group. Sean covers a portfolio of services and software companies across various verticals including consulting, business process outsourcers, deathcare and others. Prior to joining the Services team in 2020, Sean covered investment grade and speculative grade issuers throughout the telecom, media, consumer products and gaming industries. Prior to joining Moody's in 2008, Sean worked as a financial analyst at AIG.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Rutgers University.

Jason Cuomo Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance Moody's Investors Service

Jason Cuomo is a Senior Vice President in the Corporate Finance Group. He is the lead rating analyst for a diversified portfolio of high-yield and investment grade cable, telecommunication, and media credits that hold more than $120 billion in debt. He is a voting member of rating committees, and a rating chair. Mr. Cuomo joined the firm in 2006.

Mr. Cuomo is a thought leader on individual credits, sector outlooks, financial adequacy, emerging credit trends and accounting topics supported by at least 300 publications. His work has influenced capital market flows, investment decisions, global changes in analytic methodologies, credit policy, and US GAAP. He is also active in corporate projects to develop technology solutions that automate the firm’s analytic tools and processes, as Co-head of the Americas initiative to identify and adopt enabling technologies.

Outside Moody’s, Mr. Cuomo is frequently quoted by the media and has been a featured guest at investor and industry events where he has been a panelist and key note speaker. He also actively participates in professional initiatives to advance the quality of financial information for the investment community in collaboration with standards-setters, academics and other influential organizations. He is an active member of the Center For Audit Quality’s SEC regulations committee that meets regularly with the SEC to discuss current and future accounting policy and regulation.

Prior to joining Moody’s, Mr. Cuomo was at Ernst & Young advising private equity firms on M&A deals totaling more than $5 billion. Earlier, Mr. Cuomo worked on the buy-side at a private equity firm performing corporate development and investment activities for a portfolio of leveraged buy-outs and new technology and telecommunication ventures. Mr. Cuomo started his career as a CPA earning his distinction working as an auditor for top-ranked international accounting firms.

Mr. Cuomo holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and Finance from Montclair State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Luigi Bucci Assistant Vice President -Analyst, Corporate Finance Moody’s Ratings

Luigi Bucci is a AVP-Analyst in the EMEA Corporate Finance Group, based in London.

Luigi joined Moody’s in 2014 and is part of the European Telecoms team. Prior to his current role, Luigi was the lead analyst for a number of software names in the leverage finance space.

Luigi holds a Management degree from the University of Bristol. Prior to joining Moody’s, Luigi covered a number of roles within the automotive sector.

Neil Mack Vice President - Senior Analyst Moody's Investors Service

Neil Mack is a Vice President - Senior Analyst on Moody’s Telecommunications/Media Team covering a portfolio of investment grade and high yield telecommunications companies. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2017 he held various positions in fixed income asset management, including at Citigroup Asset Management, Bear Stearns, AllianceBernstein and PartnerRe Asset Management. Neil is a CFA charter holder and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. He received his MBA in Finance from Columbia University and BA in English from Fordham University.
