Dr. Hoe Ee Khor is AMRO’s Chief Economist, responsible for country and regional surveillance, and related research activities, of the ASEAN+3 economies.
Prior to joining AMRO in 2016, Dr. Khor was Deputy Director of the Asia and Pacific Department (APD) at the International Monetary Fund (IMF). From 2009-2010, Dr. Khor was Head of Economic Development and Chief Economist at the Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development (ADCED).
Dr. Khor was Assistant Managing Director of MAS from 2001 to 2009 where he was responsible for economic research, monetary policy, macro-financial surveillance, and international relations.
Dr. Khor obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Mathematics from University of Rochester and a Ph.D. in Economics from Princeton University.
Faridah Bakar Ali joined Khazanah in May 2006 after building a career in accountancy and finance with PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia and BP Malaysia.
In Khazanah, Faridah delivered several notable Islamic Finance transactions including the world’s first exchangeable sukuk and the inaugural retail offering of Sukuk Ihsan, Khazanah’s sustainable and responsible investment sukuk.
Faridah graduated from Lancaster University in Accounting & Finance. She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW)
Lawrence Wu is an entrepreneur at heart with more than two decades of experience in corporate finance and investments, specializing in M&A and restructurings, reverse takeovers, schemes of arrangements and delisting of public companies, as well as capital fundraising. Prior to founding EDP Renewables APAC (formerly Sunseap Group), Lawrence held appointments at DBS Bank (Vice President), Macquarie (Vice President) and BNP Paribas (Director).
Having spearheaded the group's efforts in capital raising, Lawrence played a vital role in raising the requisite funding for the group and putting in place the capital structure required for its Solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) projects. These efforts helped set the foundation for the group's subsequent projects.
Carrying with him more than 7 years of venture capital investing in the sustainability space, he is also a Partner and Director of TRIREC Pte Ltd, a renewable energy venture capital firm that focuses on companies in the de-carbonization arena, as well as Director in SkyLab Holding Pte Ltd, a startup in the IoT, connectivity and cloud solutions that owns several patents and is recognised as one of the most promising companies in the SG:D Techblazer Awards in 2018.
Lawrence received the Entrepreneur of the Year Award (EYA) in 2015 and was named an honouree of the Spirit of Enterprise Award in 2017, an achievement he shares with his Co-Founder, Frank. He graduated from the Nanyang Technological University with First Class Honours in Accountancy in 2000, and he is both a Certified Public Accountant (Singapore), an ISCA Infrastructure and Project Finance Professional and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Mr Choy Dawen is Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Changi Airport Group, which is the manager of Singapore Changi Airport, a leading air hub in Asia and one of the world's most awarded airports.
Dawen is experienced in leading large-scale corporate development projects, as well as managing complex programmes and stakeholder engagement. In his career at Changi Airport, he has led corporate strategy, business development, transformation and sustainability, as well as programme management for the Changi East project developing Runway 3 and Terminal 5. He is also the founder of Antarctica Labs, a startup founded in 2021 for research and development on sustainability technologies.
Prior to joining the airport, he was Director of Corporate Development at Singtel, and served as a commissioned officer in the Republic of Singapore Air Force.
Raymond Chia, Managing Director, is Head of Asia Credit for Multi-Sector Funds for APAC Fundamental Fixed Income. He is responsible for managing Asia Credit for the global portfolios across the broader platform.
Before joining BlackRock, Mr. Chia was the Head of Credit Research, Asia ex-Japan for Schroders Investment Management where he was responsible for leading and managing the Asia Credit Research Team across Singapore and Greater China. At a later stage of his employment, in addition to his leadership of the credit research effort in Asia, he also had portfolio management responsibilities focusing on event driven high yield and distressed credits positioning across selected portfolios.
Prior to joining Schroders, Mr. Chia was Director and Portfolio Manager for PGIM (formerly Pramerica Fixed Income Asia Limited), the asset management arm of Prudential Financial, where he was responsible for portfolio management activities with a primary focus in Asia Fixed Income and High Yield for the Singapore office and Emerging Markets Team. Previously, he held various credit roles in UOB Asset Management and Standard Chartered Bank focusing mainly on Asia High Yield.
Dieu Anh Khuat is currently the Regional Lead for ASEAN & South Asia, Capital Structure & Rating Advisory (CSRA) team – which was created post the merger of the Rating Advisory and Capital Structure Advisory teams in 2023.
The CSRA team is an integral part of the bank’s corporate client coverage model, where it excels in providing regular thematic, capital structure, rating advisory and risk management insights to key corporate clients across a number of sectors and acting as financial advisor for several large global corporates.
Anh joined the bank in 2021 and is a founding member of the Capital Structure Advisory business in Asia. Prior to joining Standard Chartered, Anh spent over a decade at Citi, both in Europe and Asia, advising and structuring debt financing for both public sector and corporate clients across the emerging markets.
Anh holds a Masters in Finance from the London Business School and a Bachelor in Economics from the London School of Economics.
Ai Vin joined MAHB in 2015 and was appointed as General Manager Corporate Finance and Treasury on 1 June 2017. Ai Vin’s primary areas of focus are on the corporate funding, investment and corporate structuring strategies for alignment to MAHB’s overall business strategy and requirements to enhance shareholders value.
Prior to joining MAHB, Ai Vin worked in Transaction Advisory Services of Ernst & Young London. She has also worked in banking and financial advisory sectors in Malaysia and KPMG Singapore.
She has over 20 years experience in financial and corporate transaction advisory in Asia and Europe covering business valuation, corporate restructuring, capital market fundraising, financial due diligence, loan portfolio review, merger and acquisition.
Ai Vin holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy. She is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, the CPA Australia (Certified Practising Accountant) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
Mervyn Tang is the Head of Sustainability APAC. Currently based in Singapore, Mervyn is responsible for Schroders’ Sustainability initiatives in the Asia Pacific. He works in partnership with client facing and product teams to build the firm’s sustainable investment propositions across the region, and leads the company’s Regional Centre of Excellence for Sustainability.
Prior to joining Schroders in July 2021, Mervyn was Global Head of ESG Research at Fitch Ratings, overseeing a research team of 4 analysts across London and Hong Kong which primarily focuses on thematic and cross sector ESG research. He also held roles at MSCI, the Bank of England, and Citigroup.
Mervyn holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford and a Master of Science degree in Economics from the University of London.
Mervyn is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, a member of the advisory committee to Hong Kong University of Science and Technology’s BSc in Sustainable and Green Finance Program, and a faculty member of the Wealth Management Institute in Singapore teaching the “Certificate in ESG Advisory” and “Certificate in Introduction to Climate and Decarbonisation Strategies” courses. Mervyn is also the co-chair of the Singapore Sustainable Finance Association’s Transition Finance workstream, and also co-chair of the Investment Management Association of Singapore’s ESG working group.
Diwakar Vijayvergia is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager on the Asia Fixed Income team, focusing on Asia Pacific and emerging-market fixed-income strategies.
Prior to this he was a senior credit analyst on AB's Credit Research team specializing in Southeast Asia and India corporate credit. Vijayvergia has worked as a credit analyst since 2006 and has covered multiple regions, sectors and capital structures.
Before joining the firm in 2018, he was a senior vice president and head of credit strategy at Jefferies International, focusing on high yield and distressed credit in Asia.
Prior to that, Vijayvergia was a senior desk analyst for eight years at RBS, covering global distressed opportunities, private financing and performing credits. He holds a BCom (honors) in accountancy from the University of Calcutta and an MBA in finance from the Indian Institute of Management.

Atsi Sheth is Managing Director and Global Head, Credit Strategy and Research.
Moody’s Credit Strategy & Research group includes global teams focused on Macroeconomic Research, Default & Ratings Analytics and Global Emerging Markets as well as regional credit strategy teams each focused on Asia-Pacific, the Americas, and EMEA.
Together these teams establish and articulate Moody’s house views on the trends that drive risk across countries, sectors and asset classes. They undertake in depth data driven analysis and leverage the expertise of ratings and research analysts across Moody’s to generate global, regional and sector insights on macro-economic, political, policy, technology and environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks.
In her capacity leading the group, Atsi also serves as a spokesperson on Moody’s analytic views, engaging with investors, the media and a wide range of public and private sector stakeholders.
Atsi is a long-time champion of Moody’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) as well as our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. She serves as co-chair of the CSR Thought Leadership & Solutions working group and the Senior Advisor to Moody’s Asian Leadership Initiative - a Multicultural Business Resource Group.
Prior to her current role, Atsi was Moody’s Chief Credit Officer for the Americas and before that Managing Director in Moody’s Sovereign Risk Group. She has also served as Chief Economist at Reliance Capital and taught courses on International Political Economy and Emerging Markets at Columbia University and Northwestern University. Atsi has a PhD from Northwestern University and a B.A. from Bombay University.
Gong Cheng is Moody’s Chief Credit Officer for Asia-Pacific (APAC). Based in Hong Kong SAR, China, Gong is also a Managing Director for the agency’s APAC Credit Strategy and Research Group. He is responsible for developing Moody’s views on emerging risks, conducting cross-sector macro research and aligning credit views across various industry sectors in the region. He chairs the APAC Credit Council and is a member of Moody’s Macroeconomic Board, which sets the agency’s global forecasts that inform rating assessments.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Gong had worked extensively in the public sector since 2010, including the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), European Stability Mechanism (ESM) and Banque de France, the French central bank. He led policy and research work on green finance, Asian economies, crisis resolution and sovereign debt. He was a member of the Central Banks and Supervisors’ Network for Greening the Financial System and led working groups on green and transition finance and central banks’ net-zero investments. He had also served as an official representative of the ESM and BIS in the G20 International Financial Architecture Working Group, dealing with international issues such as official-sector lending, sovereign debt restructurings, global imbalances and reforms in the international monetary system.
Gong holds a PhD in economics from Sciences Po Paris and master's degrees in finance and international political economy from Sciences Po Paris and London School of Economics. He has published extensively on topics such as net zero transition, climate finance, sovereign debt restructuring and fiscal and monetary policies.
Brian Cahill is Vice Chairman, Moody’s Ratings Asia Pacific. In this role, he provides strategic and operational support across key business initiatives including Moody’s Ratings domestic credit rating affiliates in India, Vietnam and other locations. He also supports senior level external engagement with market participants including policy makers and regulators in respect of Moody’s Ratings credit rating and sustainable finance activities. He is on the board of Moody’s Foundation supporting its global activities and with a particular focus on its work in Asia Pacific.
Prior to his current role, Brian was Global Head for Sustainable Finance at Moody’s Ratings leading its strategy for incorporating Environmental, Social, and Governance factors - including climate risk - into credit ratings,
analytics, research, and outreach.
In addition, he oversaw the development of Moody’s Ratings sustainable finance solutions such as second party opinions and net zero assessments. These provide analytic insight to market participants wishing to evaluate the sustainability and emission reduction claims of debt issuers, a critical need in the rapidly growing sustainable finance market.
Brian was regional head of Moody’s Ratings corporate finance franchise from 2002 to 2020. He also led the Asia project and infrastructure team from 2009 to 2018 and the Asia Financial institution team from 2009 to 2016.
Prior to joining Moody’s Brian practiced as a lawyer. He received an MA and Master of Law from Cambridge University.
Laura Acres is Managing Director for the Corporate Finance Group for Asia. Based in Singapore, she has overall responsibility for Moody’s corporate ratings and research for the region, managing teams in Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Tokyo. Laura also spearheads our global Emerging Markets initiative, leading many of our aggregated research based publications in this space and helping to coordinate Moody’s approach to this large and growing area of focus. Laura joined the company in 2006 taking a number of Lead Analyst roles for a variety of corporates around the region; she also created Moody’s aggregated high-yield research and outreach initiatives for the Asia Pacific region. She was appointed Managing Director in 2015 and led the Singapore based South & South East Asia corporate rating teams and was then appointed to her current role in 2020. Before joining Moody’s, Laura worked for Schroders PLC in London and Singapore, and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in Singapore, where she specialized in corporate restructuring and recovery throughout Southeast Asia. Laura holds a BSc (Econ) from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Gary Lau is the Managing Director for the Corporate Finance Group in Hong Kong. Gary manages analytical teams in Hong Kong, covering corporate ratings in North Asia (ex-Japan). He has extensive experience with Moody’s in analytical and management positions with responsibilities across different industries and geographies. He has been with Moody’s since 1998.
Before joining Moody’s, Gary worked for Barclays Bank Plc and Bank of America in the Financial Institutions and Corporate Banking Divisions.
He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Social Science, both from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Marie Diron heads the Sovereign Risk Group for Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa, and Sub-Sovereign Risk Group for Asia Pacific and EMEA. She is responsible for analytical teams covering more than 70 sovereign ratings, 15 Multilateral Development Banks and around 400 sub-sovereign ratings in about 30 countries. Marie is also a project owner of Moody’s Investors Service’s ESG scores, which were launched in early 2021.
Marie has worked as Moody’s lead sovereign analyst for a number of Asia Pacific credits, including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Sri Lanka and Australia. Marie has also worked in Moody’s Credit Policy, leading a number of macroeconomic analyses, including our regular Global Macro Outlook and other credit research work. Marie was previously Director at Oxford Economics, leading the company’s forecasting and scenario analysis service to financial sector and corporate clients, after a number of years at the European Central Bank and Brevan Howard LLP. Marie received a MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge and graduated from the Ecole Centrale Paris.
Vikash Halan is a Managing Director and team leader for Moody’s Corporate Finance Group, based in Singapore. In this role, he manages a team of rating analysts covering non-financial corporates in Asia Pacific excluding greater China.
Vikash joined Moody’s in 2011 and, prior to becoming a team leader, spent almost a decade as a lead analyst covering a range of sectors, including oil and gas, chemicals, shipping, conglomerates, real estate and investment holding companies.
Before joining Moody’s, Vikash worked for J.P. Morgan in Hong Kong as a capital markets and ratings advisor for clients in the Asia-Pacific region. He started his career as a chartered accountant with the Indian firm, BDO Lodha.
Vikash holds post graduate diploma in Business management form Xavier Institute of Management.
Ivan Chung is the Representative Director for Moody’s Investors Service (MIS) in Hong Kong. In this role, Ivan ensures a sound and controlled operating environment and acts as senior representative and main contact point for key local and regulatory issues, both internally and externally.
In addition to his Hong Kong role, Ivan is an Associate Managing Director within Moody’s Corporate Finance Group, where he co-heads the team responsible for Chinese local government financing vehicles ratings.
Ivan first joined Moody’s in 1997 and rejoined in 2006. He has held senior analytical positions both in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group and Project and Infrastructure Finance Group, and most recently acted as the head of Greater China Credit Research and Analysis team, leading the research of evolving credit trends and bond markets in China.
Ivan holds a BBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and an MA from City University of Hong Kong. He is also a CFA charterholder.
Gene Fang is an Associate Managing Director in the Sovereign and sub-sovereign Ratings Group in Asia. Based in Singapore, he manages the teams responsible for sovereign credit ratings in the Asia Pacific region and credit research on Chinese regional- and local governments.
Before joining Moody’s, Gene worked as an investment banker, covering financial institutions for J.P. Morgan and Citigroup in Hong Kong and Singapore. In this role, he managed client relationships across Asia and advised on debt, equity, and M&A transactions. Gene graduated from Columbia University in political science. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
Clement Wong is a Managing Director and team leader with Moody’s Ratings Corporate Finance Group. Based in Hong Kong, he oversees a team of rating analysts covering Chinese industrial corporate entities in sectors including internet, technology, auto, chemicals, food and beverage and more. He and his team are also actively involved in Moody’s Greater China investor outreach activities and have been authoring sector- , issuer- and credit trend-specific research reports.
Clement is an auditor by training with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte. He has over 20 years of credit experience in the banking industry.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2014, he was Country Credit Officer for Wholesale Banking in Hong Kong and Japan at Standard Chartered. Clement has also worked for several international banks, including Citibank, where he helped set up the commercial banking risk management team in China while stationed in Shanghai for almost five years. During his time at Citibank Shanghai, he also collaborated with other teams to build the bank’s framework for lending and approving credits; and before relocation to Shanghai, as Senior Credit Officer, worked on assessing large corporates’ credit exposure; and had been in charge of problem loan recovery for small-medium-sized companies.
Clement holds a Master’s degree in International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Social Science degree from The University of Hong Kong. He is also a CFA charterholder and a CPA.
Lina Choi is an Associate Managing Director with the Corporate Finance Group for Moody’s Investors Service HK Ltd. She covers a portfolio of Chinese corporates in various sectors, including Internet, technology, food and beverage.
Before joining Moody’s, Lina worked as a senior investment analyst for AllianceBernstein Holdings LP, a US asset management company. She covered Chinese equities in the telecoms, media and technology sectors. Lina has also worked as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley’s Equity Research Division, overseeing the Asian telecommunications industry.
Lina has an BA in Economics from the University of Chicago. She is a CFA charter holder.
Jacintha Poh is an Associate Managing Director for the Corporate Finance Group at Moody's, based in Singapore. She leads a team of analysts who are responsible for Moody's nonfinancial corporate ratings and research in the South and Southeast Asia region.
Jacintha joined Moody's in 2012 taking several Lead Analyst roles, where she demonstrated her ability to execute complex analyses across a diverse range of sectors, including real estate, hospitality, and investment holding companies.
Before joining Moody's, Jacintha worked for Lion Global Investors, where she served as a Credit Analyst on the Fixed Income team. Jacintha holds an honors BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of London.
Suzanne Wingo was appointed Group Credit Officer for the Project & Infrastructure Finance Group worldwide in 2016. The infrastructure portfolio covers approximately 1,700 investor-owned and government-owned utilities, project financings, and infrastructure issuers globally. Suzanne’s responsibilities include improving the quality and consistency of credit standards and conducting broad portfolio monitoring activities. In 2014 and 2015, she served as the Group Credit Officer for the Corporate Finance Group-Americas covering all corporate industry sectors and methodologies. Suzanne chairs the Infrastructure Finance Franchise Committee and serves as a member of Moody’s Rating Practices Committee, Policy Governance Board, North American Credit Council, Latin American Credit Council, and Project and Infrastructure Finance Editorial Board.
Prior to joining Credit Strategy & Standards in 2014, Suzanne was a senior analyst in the Corporate Finance Group with lead analyst responsibility for a diverse portfolio of investment grade and high yield companies. At various points in her career at Moody’s, she covered retail, apparel, manufacturing, healthcare, food, consumer products, media, and business & consumer services companies.
Suzanne previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager in the Transaction Services Group in New York. She led the financial due diligence process for financial sponsors and strategic buyers of acquisition candidates operating in a variety of corporate industries. During her time at PwC, Suzanne also worked on global initiatives out of the London and New York offices and led audit teams in the Louisville, KY practice.
Suzanne is a CFA Charterholder and formerly was a Certified Public Accountant. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Kentucky. She previously served on the Von Allmen School Advisory Board at the Gatton College of Business & Economics
Ray Tay is a Senior Vice President and team leader for Moody’s Project and Infrastructure Finance team for South and South East Asia. In this role, based in Singapore, he oversees the ratings team responsible for Moody’s extensive coverage across the project finance and infrastructure sectors, including transport infrastructure, power & utilities, and credit enhanced issuances.
Ray also authors research and speaks on topics such as project bonds and the role of funding diversity and credit enhancement in bridging the infrastructure gap, particularly in emerging markets. Ray is also a member of Moody’s Physical Climate Risks Working Groups.
Before joining Moody’s in 2012, Ray was a Director with the Global Infrastructure & Projects Group in KPMG. Ray has also worked as a Senior Business Analyst with the Singapore Power Group, focusing on regulatory economics in each of its principal local operating subsidiaries.
Ray holds a Bachelor’s in Economics with honors from the National University of Singapore.
Christian de Guzman is a Senior Vice President with Moody’s Sovereign and Sub-Sovereign Risk Group. Based in Singapore, he covers a portfolio of sovereigns and multilateral development banks in Asia Pacific, including Japan, India and a number of Southeast Asian credits, while also managing the team responsible for sub-sovereign ratings in Asia ex-China.
Christian joined Moody’s in 2009, after working as a Senior Economist for the Monetary Authority of Singapore, covering ASEAN economies. He has also held various positions with the Research Department at the International Monetary Fund in Washington DC, and Procter & Gamble in Singapore.
Christian was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate in Economics and Political Science at the University of Georgia and received his M.A. in International Economics and Southeast Asian Studies from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
Kaustubh Chaubal is a Senior Vice President with Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Based in Singapore, he covers a portfolio of Indian and India-based issuers in the metals and mining (ferrous and non-ferrous), automobile, chemicals and pharmaceuticals industries.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2015, Kaustubh spent eight years as a Ratings Advisor with Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore, the last two of which was as Head of ASEAN Ratings Advisory, while also covering issuers in the Middle East and Africa.
Kaustubh has also worked as a Senior Analyst at Standard & Poor’s India-based subsidiary, CRISIL, covering a broad array of industries including pharmaceuticals, building materials, chemicals, and investment holding companies. And, he has previously held analytical roles at ING Vysya Bank and Unit Trust of India Investment Advisory Services, as well as auditing roles at RM Ajgaonkar & Company and RD Samant & Company.
Kaustubh holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University. He is also a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Clara Lau is the Group Credit Officer, Corporate Finance, Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong. She is responsible for overseeing the quality and accuracy of corporate ratings in the region. She also coordinates the development of credit policies, rating methodologies and analytical initiatives, and ensures consistency in their application. Lau has extensive rating experience with a major focus on real estate companies, utilities and conglomerates. Before joining Moody’s in 1997, Lau was the Head of Credit with Credit Suisse in Hong Kong, responsible for assessing and sanctioning corporate credit in North Asia. Spencer Ng is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Public, Project & Infrastructure Finance team. Based in Singapore, Spencer is responsible for project finance and infrastructure credits, including power utilities, renewables and airports in South and Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2007, Spencer worked for Ernst & Young Transactions Advisory Services in their Project Finance team. Spencer has also held various analytical and accounting roles at ANZ Bank, JP Morgan and State Street Australia.
Spencer holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales. He is also a CFA charterholder.
Abhishek Tyagi is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer with Moody’s Project and Infrastructure Finance Group, based in Singapore. He covers companies in the port, airport and utility sectors in India and Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Abhishek worked for eight years as an equity analyst with CLSA in Mumbai, covering Indian utilities and infrastructure companies. Previous positions also included an investment analyst at B&K Securities in Mumbai and a supply chain analyst with Tata Steel in Jamshedpur.
Abhishek holds an MBA from the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar and a Bachelor of Technology (Metallurgy and Material Science) from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee.
Nidhi Dhruv is a Senior Credit Officer, with Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Based in Singapore, Nidhi covers a portfolio of issuers across the telecommunications, telecom towers, mining, construction and airline industries in South and Southeast Asia.
Before joining Moody’s in 2007, Nidhi was an analyst with Citigroup Investment Banking in India and Singapore for three years.
Nidhi is a CFA charterholder and a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She also has an MBA in Finance from Mumbai University.
Rachel Chua is a Vice President and Senior Analyst with the Corporate Finance Group in Singapore. She covers a portfolio of investment grade and high yield energy companies across the Oil and Gas, and Chemical sectors in South and Southeast Asia. In addition, her coverage also extends to Singapore real estate investment trusts.
Before joining Moody’s in 2012, Rachel was with KPMG Corporate Finance, where she advised clients on financing infrastructure transactions.
Rachel holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Maisam Hasnain is a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group.
Based in Singapore, Maisam covers a portfolio of companies across the industrial, mining and plantation sectors in Southeast Asia.
Prior to his move to Singapore in 2017, Maisam spent four years in Moody’s Hong Kong office covering a broad array of sectors, including telecommunications, communications infrastructure, building materials, and metals and mining.
Maisam joined Moody’s in 2010 and started as an Associate in Moody’s Regional Product Strategy team, which is responsible for managing all aspects of Moody’s research and data service offerings, including new business initiatives.
Maisam holds a double major in Economics and Finance, and a minor in Arabic from The University of Hong Kong. He is also a CFA charterholder.
Ralph Ng is a Vice President and Senior Analyst within Moody’s Project and infrastructure Finance Group, based in Hong Kong SAR.
Ralph covers the infrastructure sectors in China and Hong Kong, with a portfolio spanning state-owned and privately-owned utilities and transportation companies. Ralph also authored a series of publications focused on the port sectors in China and Hong Kong.
Ralph first joined Moody’s Commercial Group in 2010 and transferred to the project & Infrastructure Finance Group in 2014. Prior to joining Moody’s, Ralph worked in Global Banking Department at HSBC in Hong Kong.
Ralph holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from The University of hong Kong. He is a CFA charter holder and a certified FRM.
Sweta Patodia is an Assistant Vice President – Analyst in the Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Based in Singapore, Sweta covers a diversified portfolio of Indian corporates across the oil and gas, technology start-ups and IT sectors.
Sweta joined Moody’s in 2014 as an Associate Analyst. Prior to joining Moody’s, Sweta worked as a Credit Analyst for over three years at HSBC in India.

Hui Ting Sim is an Assistant Vice President - Analyst with Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Based in Singapore, she covers a portfolio of Southeast Asian oil and gas companies.
Hui Ting joined Moody’s in 2017 as an Associate Analyst and previously covered a range of industries including metals & mining, as well as Singapore real estate investment trusts.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Hui Ting worked in credit risk roles at Noble Resources International Pte Ltd and PetroChina International (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
